【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示装置领域,特别是涉及一种显示装置及其背光模组。
【背景技术】
在侧入光式LED背光模组中,为了推出薄化的背光模组,导光板的厚度越来越薄。目前大尺寸量产的导光板厚度最薄已达到2.0mm,今后还会有1.5mm、1.0mm甚至更薄的导光板。根据设计需要,承载导光板的背框在靠近导光板的入光侧处会远离导光板设置,导致导光板的入光侧有部分悬空,使导光板入光侧的边缘处与背框之间具有间隙。随着导光板厚度变薄,导光板本身的刚度变差,容易因自重而出现弯曲或弯折,特别是入光侧的弯曲或弯折,将影响背光模组的出光效率,造成背光模组辉度不足等问题。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种显示装置及其背光模组,能够防止导光板在入光侧因自重出现弯曲或弯折的问题,提高背光模组的出光效率,改善背光模组辉度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组,该背光模组包括导光板、反射片、背框以及支撑体。该反射片设置于该导光板下方。该背框用于承载该导光板和该反射片,且该导光板入光侧的边缘处与该背框之间具有间隙。该支撑体设置于该间隙处,用于支撑该导光板。
其中,该支撑体为支撑柱,该背框设置有通孔,该支撑柱的第一端从该通孔中穿过并抵靠该反射片,第二端固定于该背框上。
其中,该支撑柱的第二端为弹性部,该弹性部卡置在该背框的外壁,以使该支撑柱与该背框弹性卡合。
其中,该支撑柱的第二端通过螺丝或连接销固定在该背框上。
其中,该支撑体为支撑块,该支撑块的上端抵靠该反射片,下端抵靠该背框的内壁。
其中,该支撑块的上端具有一凹槽,该凹槽中具有贯穿该支撑块上端和下端的第一螺钉孔,该背框设有与该第一螺钉孔对应的第二螺钉孔,该背光模组进一步包括螺钉,该螺钉穿设该第一螺钉孔以及该第二螺钉孔,以将该支撑块固定于该背框上。

其中,该弹性突起的顶端为弹性卡钩或蘑菇头卡扣。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种显示装置,其包括显示面板以及背光模组,该背光模组包括导光板、反射片、背框以及支撑体。该反射片设置于该导光板下方。该背框用于承载该导光板和该反射片,且该导光板入光侧的边缘处与该背框之间具有间隙。该支撑体设置于该间隙处,用于支撑该导光板。
其中,该支撑体为支撑柱,该背框设置有通孔,该支撑柱的第一端从该通孔中穿过并抵靠该反射片,第二端固定于该背框上。
其中,该支撑柱的第二端为弹性部,该弹性部卡置在该背框的外壁,以使该支撑柱与该背框弹性卡合。
其中,该支撑柱的第二端通过螺丝或连接销固定在该背框上。

本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的显示装置及其背光模组能够防止导光板在入光侧出现弯曲或弯折,稳定背光模组的出光效率,防止背光模组辉度不足。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1,图1是本发明第一实施例的背光模组的结构示意图。本发明第一实施例的背光模组包括导光板110、反射片120、背框130、支撑体140以及光源170。
反射片120设置于导光板110下方,背框130用于承载导光板110和反射片120。背板130包括承载部131、弯折部132以及凹陷部133。承载部131承载导光板110和反射片120,在导光板110靠近光源170的入光侧的边缘处弯折部132远离导光板110延伸,并在延伸预定距离后平行承载部131延伸,形成凹陷部133。由此,导光板110靠近光源170的入光侧的边缘处与背框130之间具有间隙。支撑体140设置于间隙处,用于支撑导光板110及反射片120。在本实施例中,支撑体140的顶端与承载部131的承载面位于同一平面。

本实施例与第一实施例所不同的是,在本实施例中,支撑体240为支撑块240。支撑块240的上端抵靠反射片220,下端抵靠背框230的内壁。支撑块240的上端具有一凹槽241,凹槽241中具有贯穿支撑块240上端和下端的第一螺钉孔242。背框230设有与第一螺钉孔242对应的第二螺钉孔234。背光模组进一步包括螺钉250,螺钉250穿设第一螺钉孔242以及第二螺钉孔234,以将支撑块240固定于背框230上。其中,螺钉250的钉帽251设置于凹槽241中,且不抵靠反射片。并且,螺钉250的长度要大于第一螺钉孔242的长度,且不大于第一螺钉孔242与第二螺钉孔234的长度之和。在其他实施例中,可使用铆钉等穿设于第一螺钉孔242以及第二螺钉孔234中进行固定,也可使用一弹性柱弹性卡合于第一螺钉孔242以及第二螺钉孔234中。支撑块240的材质可以是塑料、塑胶、橡胶、硅胶以及金属等。

图4是本发明第三实施例的背光模组的部分立体示意图,图5是本发明第三实施例的背光模组的侧视图。请参阅图4与图5,本发明的背光模组进一步包括设置于导光板310上方的光学膜片360。弹性突起343从凹槽341的表面朝导光板310的方向延伸。导光板310和反射片(未图示)对应弹性突起343处设置有凹槽341,光学膜片360对应弹性突起343处设置有开口361,弹性突起343穿过凹槽341,且外力压缩后弹性突起343插入光学膜片360上的开口361,弹性结构撤去外力后弹回,以使其顶端穿出开口361并卡合于光学膜片360表面,以此对光学膜片360进行固定,使之可以悬挂,,防止光学膜片360在外力作用时跳出。
其中,弹性突起343的顶端为弹性卡钩,在其他实施例中,弹性突起343的顶端也可为蘑菇头卡扣。如前所述,支撑块340的材质可以是塑胶、橡胶、硅胶以及金属等,具有一定的弹性,且不易损坏。
在本实施例的其他变形中,可以省略螺丝,仅将支撑块固定在光学膜片及导光板上,背框也不需进行开口。
本发明进一步公开了一种显示装置,其包括显示面板以及背光模组,背光模组用于为显示面板提供背光源。其中,背光模组为上述各实施例所述的背光模组。
区别于现有技术,本发明的显示装置及其背光模组通过上述方式,在导光板靠近光源的入光侧的边缘处与背框之间的间隙处设置一支撑体,能够配合背框一起承载导光板及反射片等,能够防止导光板在入光侧因自重出现弯曲或弯折,稳定背光模组的出光效率,避免背光模组辉度不足的缺陷。

- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述支撑体为支撑柱,所述背框设置有通孔,所述支撑柱的第一端从所述通孔中穿过并抵靠所述反射片,第二端固定于所述背框上。

- 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中,所述支撑块的上端具有一凹槽,所述凹槽中具有贯穿所述支撑块上端和下端的第一螺钉孔,所述背框设有与所述第一螺钉孔对应的第二螺钉孔,所述背光模组进一步包括螺钉,所述螺钉穿设所述第一螺钉孔以及所述第二螺钉孔,以将所述支撑块固定于所述背框上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其中,所述支撑块还包括弹性突起,且所述弹性突起从所述凹槽的表面朝所述导光板的方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,所述导光板和所述反射片对应所述弹性突起处设置有凹槽,所述背光模组进一步包括设置于所述导光板上方的光学膜片,所述光学膜片对应所述弹性突起处设置有开口,所述弹性突起的顶端穿出所述开口并卡合于所述光学膜片表面。
- 根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其中,所述弹性突起的顶端为弹性卡钩或蘑菇头卡扣。
- 一种显示装置,其包括显示面板以及背光模组,所述背光模组用于为所述显示面板提供背光源,其中,所述背光模组包括:导光板;反射片,设置于所述导光板下方;背框,用于承载所述导光板和所述反射片,且所述导光板入光侧的边缘处与所述背框之间具有间隙;支撑体,设置于所述间隙处,用于支撑所述导光板。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述支撑体为支撑柱,所述背框设置有通孔,所述支撑柱的第一端从所述通孔中穿过并抵靠所述反射片,第二端固定于所述背框上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述支撑柱的第二端为弹性部,所述弹性部卡置在所述背框的外壁,以使所述支撑柱与所述背框弹性卡合。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述支撑柱的第二端通过螺丝或连接销固定在所述背框上。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述支撑体为支撑块,所述支撑块的上端抵靠所述反射片,下端抵靠所述背框的内壁。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述支撑块的上端具有一凹槽,所述凹槽中具有贯穿所述支撑块上端和下端的第一螺钉孔,所述背框设有与所述第一螺钉孔对应的第二螺钉孔,所述背光模组进一步包括螺钉,所述螺钉穿设所述第一螺钉孔以及所述第二螺钉孔,以将所述支撑块固定于所述背框上。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述支撑块还包括弹性突起,且所述弹性突起从所述凹槽的表面朝所述导光板的方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述导光板和所述反射片对应所述弹性突起处设置有凹槽,所述背光模组进一步包括设置于所述导光板上方的光学膜片,所述光学膜片对应所述弹性突起处设置有开口,所述弹性突起的顶端穿出所述开口并卡合于所述光学膜片表面。
- 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中,所述弹性突起的顶端为弹性卡钩或蘑菇头卡扣。
