在本实施例中, 仅以 Rel-11用户设备和 Rel-10基站为例进行说明。 但值得注意的是, 本发明并不限于此, 也可以应用到之前或者之后的版 本中。 本发明中的基站可以是宏小区 (Macro Cell) 基站, 也可以是微小 区 (Pico Cell)基站, 还可以是远端无线头(RRH, Remote Radio Head) , 可根据实际情况确定具体的设备。
图 1 是 Rel-11用户设备在 Rel-10基站之间切换的示意图。 其中该 Rel-11用户设备的 MBMS服务工作在某一频率 _ !, 该用户设备从基站 1 切换到基站 2时, 由于基站 1和 2不能保证 MBMS服务的连续性, 用户 设备接收的 MBMS可能会在切换的过程中被中断。
本发明提供一种测量报告的发送方法, 图 2 是本发明实施例中测量 报告的发送方法的流程图。 如图 2所示, 该方法包括:
歩骤 201, 用户设备在进行切换时, 延迟或不发送第一频率的测量报 告; 其中, 该第一频率不提供用户设备感兴趣的多媒体广播组播服务。
在本实施例中, 用户设备在进行切换时, 可以是从源基站切换到目 的基站; 也可以在同一个基站内部的不同频率间切换。 但不限于此, 可 以根据实际情况确定具体的场景。
在本实施例中, 该第一频率可以为一个, 也可以为多个。 用户设备 可以对多个频率进行测量, 其中 MBMS服务工作在某一频率/ i (第二频 率), 此外还有一个或多个不提供用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS服务的频率 (第一频率), 例如 /2, ……。
在本实施例中, 对于这些频率/ 2, /3......, 即使已经满足测量报告的 触发条件, 用户设备也不会立即发送这些频率的测量报告, 而是延迟或 者不发送。 由此, 可以使得提供用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS服务的频率/ i 的测量报告首先被发送, 使得基于/ i进行切换, 从而保证 MBMS服务的 连续性。
在本实施例中, 测量报告的触发条件例如可以是 M m>M s+Offset; 其中, M 表示目标小区的信号强度或信号质量 (如信噪比, 信干燥比 等), M 表示源小区的信号强度或信号质量 (如信噪比, 信干燥比等), Offset表示偏移量。 可以参考现有技术, 此处不再赘述。
图 3 是本发明实施例中测量报告的发送方法的又一流程图。 如图 3 所示, 该方法包括:
歩骤 301, 用户设备判断基站是否能保证 MBMS服务的连续性; 在 不能保证 MBMS服务的连续性时, 执行歩骤 302; 在能够保证 MBMS服 务的连续性时, 可以执行歩骤 305。
在本实施例中, 该基站可以是用户设备在同一基站内部切换时所在 的基站; 也可以是用户设备从源基站切换到目的基站时的源基站。 可根 据实际情况确定具体的结构。
在本实施例中, 用户设备可以从基站发送的信息中判断是否能保证
MBMS服务的连续性。 例如, 如果该基站为 Rel-11基站, 则会发送一些 pre-Rel-11基站所不会发送的信息 (如关于提供 MBMS服务的信息)。
因此, 如果 Rel-11用户设备能够收到这些信息, 则可判断该基站为
Rel-11基站, 可以保证 MBMS服务的连续性; 如果 Rel-11用户设备没有 收到这些信息, 则可以判定该基站为 pre-Rel-11基站, 不能保证 MBMS 服务的连续性。
歩骤 302, 用户设备在进行切换时, 判断第二频率是否满足测量报告 的触发条件, 其中第二频率提供用户设备感兴趣的多媒体广播组播服务。 如果第二频率满足测量报告的触发条件, 则执行歩骤 303; 如果第二频率 不满足测量报告的触发条件, 则执行歩骤 304。
歩骤 303, 用户设备立即发送第二频率的测量报告;
在本实施例中, 决定是否立即发送该频率的测量报告时, 可以按照 如下原则: (1 ) 该频率提供了终端感兴趣的 MBMS服务; (2) 该频率的 测量结果满足了测量报告的触发条件。
在一个实施方式中, 可选地, 用户设备还可以设定 MBMS服务的优 先级高于单播业务的优先级。 由此, 触发第二频率/ i的条件更加严格。
在又一个实施方式中, 用户设备在第一频率和第二频率同时满足测 量报告的触发条件时, 仅立即发送第二频率的测量报告。 而现有技术中 多个频率同时满足测量报告的触发条件时, 同时发送该多个频率的测量 报告。 本发明与此不同, 即使多个频率满足测量报告的触发条件, 也仅 立即发送第二频率 的测量报告, 由此可以更好地保证 MBMS服务的连 续性。
歩骤 304, 用户设备延迟或不发送第一频率的测量报告; 其中, 该第 一频率不提供用户设备感兴趣的多媒体广播组播服务。
歩骤 305, 进行正常的测量报告流程。
由此, 可以使得提供用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS服务的频率的测量报 告被最先发送, 可以很好地保证 MBMS服务的连续性。
此外, 如果提供用户设备感兴趣的多媒体广播组播服务的第二频率 迟迟不能满足测量报告的触发条件, 则用户设备还需要进一歩处理。 图 4 是本发明实施例中测量报告的发送方法的又一流程图。 如图 4 所示, 该方法包括:
歩骤 401, 用户设备判断基站是否能保证 MBMS服务的连续性; 在 不能保证 MBMS服务的连续性时, 执行歩骤 402; 在能够保证 MBMS服 务的连续性时, 执行歩骤 406。
歩骤 402, 用户设备在进行切换时, 判断第二频率是否满足测量报告 的触发条件, 其中第二频率提供用户设备感兴趣的多媒体广播组播服务。 如果第二频率满足测量报告的触发条件, 则执行歩骤 403 ; 如果第二频率 不满足测量报告的触发条件, 则执行歩骤 404。
歩骤 403, 用户设备立即发送第二频率的测量报告。
歩骤 404, 用户设备延迟或不发送第一频率的测量报告; 其中, 该第 一频率不提供用户设备感兴趣的多媒体广播组播服务。
歩骤 405, 用户设备判断延迟时间是否超过预设的第一门限值; 在延 迟时间超过预设的第一门限值时, 执行歩骤 406; 在延迟时间没有超过预 设的第一门限值时, 执行歩骤 402。
歩骤 406, 用户设备进行正常的测量报告。
例如, 若某一个第一频率的测量报告的触发条件已经满足, 则发送 该第一频率的测量报告。
图 5 是本发明实施例中测量报告的发送方法的又一流程图。 如图 5 所示, 该方法包括:
歩骤 501, 用户设备判断基站是否能保证 MBMS服务的连续性; 在 不能保证 MBMS服务的连续性时, 执行歩骤 502; 在能够保证 MBMS服 务的连续性时, 执行歩骤 506。
歩骤 502, 用户设备在进行切换时, 判断第二频率是否满足测量报告 的触发条件, 其中第二频率提供用户设备感兴趣的多媒体广播组播服务。 如果第二频率满足测量报告的触发条件, 则执行歩骤 503 ; 如果第二频率 不满足测量报告的触发条件, 则执行歩骤 504。
歩骤 503, 用户设备立即发送第二频率的测量报告。
歩骤 504, 用户设备延迟或不发送第一频率的测量报告; 其中, 该第 一频率不提供用户设备感兴趣的多媒体广播组播服务。
歩骤 505, 判断第一频率的信号强度或信号质量(如信噪比, 信干燥 比等) 超过预设的第二门限值时、 和 /或第二频率的信号强度或信号质量 (如信噪比, 信干燥比等) 低于预设的第三门限值; 在判断结果为是时 执行歩骤 506, 否则执行歩骤 502。
在本实施例中, 如果第一频率的信号强度或信号质量超过预设的第 二门限值, 则可能表明频率 /2, h……等比较重要, 此时可能需要中断 MBMS服务; 或者如果第二频率的信号强度或信号质量低于预设的第三 门限值,则可能表明/ i的测量结果比较差,不适合继续提供 MBMS服务, 此时也可能需要中断 MBMS服务。
歩骤 506, 用户设备进行正常的测量报告。
由上述实施例可知, 通过用户设备在进行切换时, 延迟或不发送不 提供用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS服务的频率的测量报告, 可以使得提供用 户设备感兴趣的 MBMS服务的频率的测量报告被最先发送, 由此可以很 好地保证 MBMS服务的连续性。
本发明实施例还提供一种用户设备, 与上述方法实施例相同的内容, 此处不再赘述。
图 6是本发明实施例的用户设备的构成示意图。 如图 6所示, 该用 户设备 600包括第一发送单元 601 ;其中用户设备 600其他的部分可参考 现有技术, 此处不再赘述。
其中, 第一发送单元 601 用于在进行切换时延迟或不发送第一频率 的测量报告; 其中, 第一频率不提供用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS服务。
由此, 可以使得提供用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS服务的频率的测量报 告被最先发送, 可以很好地保证 MBMS服务的连续性。
图 7是本发明实施例的用户设备的又一构成示意图。 如图 7所示, 该用户设备 700包括第一发送单元 701 ; 此外, 该用户设备 700还可以包 括判断单元 702;
其中,判断单元 702用于判断基站是否能保证 MBMS服务的连续性; 并且,第一发送单元 701还用于在基站不能保证 MBMS服务的连续性时, 延迟或不发送第一频率的测量报告。 在具体实施时, 该基站可以为 3GPP Rel-10版本或者之前版本的基 站; 用户设备可以为 Rel-11 UE。
如图 7所示, 所述用户设备还可以包括: 第二发送单元 703; 第二发 送单元 703 用于在第二频率满足测量报告的触发条件时, 立即发送该第 二频率的测量报告; 其中第二频率提供用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS服务。
在一个实施方式中, 用户设备还可以包括: 优先级设定单元, 用于 设定 MBMS服务的优先级高于单播业务的优先级。
在另一个实施方式中, 第二发送单元 703 还可以用于在第一频率和 第二频率同时满足测量报告的触发条件时, 仅立即发送第二频率的测量 报告。
进一歩地, 第一发送单元 701 还可以用于在延迟时间超过预设的第 一门限值时, 发送第一频率的测量报告。 或者, 第一发送单元 701 还可 以用于在第一频率的信号强度或信号质量超过预设的第二门限值时、 和 / 或第二频率的信号强度或信号质量低于预设的第三门限值时, 发送第一 频率的测量报告。
由上述实施例可知, 通过用户设备在进行切换时, 延迟或不发送不 提供用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS服务的频率的测量报告, 可以使得提供用 户设备感兴趣的 MBMS服务的频率的测量报告被最先发送, 由此可以很 好地保证 MBMS服务的连续性。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读程序, 其中当在用户设备中执 行所述程序时, 所述程序使得计算机在所述用户设备中执行如上面实施 例所述的测量报告的发送方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质, 其中 所述计算机可读程序使得计算机在用户设备中执行上面实施例所述的测 量报告的发送方法。
本发明以上的装置和方法可以由硬件实现, 也可以由硬件结合软件 实现。 本发明涉及这样的计算机可读程序, 当该程序被逻辑部件所执行 时, 能够使该逻辑部件实现上文所述的装置或构成部件, 或使该逻辑部 件实现上文所述的各种方法或歩骤。 本发明还涉及用于存储以上程序的 存储介质, 如硬盘、 磁盘、 光盘、 DVD、 flash存储器等。 针对附图中描述的功能方框中的一个或多个和 /或功能方框的一个或 多个组合, 可以实现为用于执行本申请所描述功能的通用处理器、 数字 信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA) 或者其它可编程逻辑器件、 分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、 分立硬件组件 或者其任意适当组合。 针对附图描述的功能方框中的一个或多个和 /或功 能方框的一个或多个组合, 还可以实现为计算设备的组合, 例如, DSP 和微处理器的组合、 多个微处理器、 与 DSP通信结合的一个或多个微处 理器或者任何其它这种配置。

用户设备在进行切换时, 延迟或不发送第一频率的测量报告; 其中, 所述第一频率不提供所述用户设备感兴趣的多媒体广播组播服务。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的发送方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 所述用户设备判断基站是否能保证多媒体广播组播服务的连续性; 并且, 在所述基站不能保证多媒体广播组播服务的连续性时, 延迟 或不发送第一频率的测量报告。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的发送方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 所述用户设备在第二频率满足测量报告的触发条件时, 立即发送所 述第二频率的测量报告; 其中所述第二频率提供所述用户设备感兴趣的 多媒体广播组播服务。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的发送方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 所述用户设备设定所述多媒体广播组播服务的优先级高于单播业务 的优先级。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的发送方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 所述用户设备在所述第一频率和所述第二频率同时满足测量报告的 触发条件时, 仅立即发送所述第二频率的测量报告。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 所述方法还包括:
所述用户设备在延迟时间超过预设的第一门限值时, 发送所述第一 频率的测量报告。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 所述方法还包括:
所述用户设备在所述第一频率的信号强度或信号质量超过预设的第 二门限值时、 和 /或所述第二频率的信号强度或信号质量低于预设的第三 门限值时, 发送所述第一频率的测量报告。
8、 一种用户设备, 所述用户设备包括:
第一发送单元, 在所述用户设备进行切换时, 延迟或不发送第一频 率的测量报告; 其中, 所述第一频率不提供所述用户设备感兴趣的多媒 体广播组播服务。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的用户设备, 其中, 所述用户设备还包括: 判断单元, 判断基站是否能保证多媒体广播组播服务的连续性; 并且, 所述第一发送单元还用于在所述源基站不能保证多媒体广播 组播服务的连续性时, 延迟或不发送第一频率的测量报告。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的用户设备,其中,所述基站为 3GPP Rd 10 版本或者之前版本的基站。
11、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的用户设备, 其中, 所述用户设备还 包括:
第二发送单元, 在第二频率满足测量报告的触发条件时, 立即发送 所述第二频率的测量报告; 其中所述第二频率提供所述用户设备感兴趣 的多媒体广播组播服务。
12、根据权利要求 11所述的用户设备, 其中, 所述用户设备还包括: 优先级设定单元, 设定所述多媒体广播组播服务的优先级高于单播 业务的优先级。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的用户设备, 其中, 所述第二发送单元还 用于在所述第一频率和所述第二频率同时满足测量报告的触发条件时, 仅立即发送所述第二频率的测量报告。
14、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的用户设备, 其中, 所述第一发送单 元还用于在延迟时间超过预设的第一门限值时, 发送所述第一频率的测
