Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un échangeur de chaleur à double usage qui comprend un circuit de fluide de chauffage central et un circuit d'eau chaude utilitaire. L'échangeur contient un échangeur de chaleur principal chauffé par une circulation d'eau ou de vapeur et une bobine (2) entourée par une chemise externe (3) pourvue d'un conduit tronqué d'entrée (6) pour chauffer l'eau utilitaire dans la bobine (2) ainsi qu'un conduit tronqué d'entrée (4) et un conduit tronqué de sortie (5) de l'eau utilitaire; toutefois, la chambre d'écoulement du fluide chauffant l'eau utilitaire dans la bobine (2) est raccordée à la chambre d'écoulement (8) du fluide chauffé dans l'échangeur principal. De préférence, la bobine (2) est enroulée sur la chemise (1) de l'échangeur principal et la chambre d'écoulement du fluide chauffant l'eau utilitaire dans la bobine (2) est raccordée, à travers au moins un orifice de trop-plein (7), à la chambre d'écoulement (8) du fluide chauffé dans l'échangeur principal.
