Abstract
Eine Vakuum-Drehschieberpumpe weist einen Schöpfraum (12) in einem Gehäuse (10) auf. In dem Schöpfraum (12) ist ein Rotor (14) exzentrisch gelagert. Mit dem Rotor (14) sind verschiebbar Schieber (18) verbunden. Ferner ist mit dem Schöpfraum (12) und einer Ölkammer (32) ein Ausstoßkanal (30) verbunden. Zwischen dem Ausstoßkanal (30) und der Ölkammer (32) ist eine Ventileinrichtung (38) angeordnet, um ein Zurückströmen von Medium aus der Ölkammer (32) in den Schöpfraum (12) zu vermeiden. Erfindungsgemäß ist mindestens ein Ausgleichskanal (50,72) vorgesehen, der mit dem Ausstoßkanal (30) und der Ölkammer (32) verbunden ist und in die Ventileinrichtung (38) integriert ist.
