Description

Contact lens package and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a contact lens package in which a contact lens, in particular, a disposable soft contact lens, a hydrous soft contact lens made of HEMA (hydroxyethyl methacrylate), silicon hydrogel, etc., is housed in a sealed state together with a storage solution. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing such a contact lens package.
Conventionally, a hydrous soft contact lens is shipped from a manufacturer and provided to a user as a so-called contact lens package stored in a sealed container in a state of being immersed in a preservation solution such as physiological saline. . Such a contact lens package is, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-175969 (Patent Document 1), a concave portion for storing a contact lens and a storage solution, and an opening peripheral portion of the concave portion in the outer peripheral direction. A cover sheet covering the opening of the recess is overlaid on the container main body having the flange-shaped part that spreads, and this cover sheet is fixed to the entire periphery of the opening of the recess so as to be peelable. As a result, the contact lens and the preservation solution are sealed in a fluid-tight manner in the recess of the container body.
By the way, a hydrous contact lens is made into a predetermined lens shape, and then surface modification treatment such as plasma treatment for the purpose of improving the hydrophilicity of the lens surface or unreacted monomer is eluted to make the contact lens uniform. After being subjected to hydration treatment to achieve an equilibrium swelling state, washing treatment to remove unreacted monomer remaining in the contact lens, etc., the fluid is contained in the recess of the container body and is used as a contact lens package. Will be provided. In general, the process before the contact lens is packaged is performed using a dedicated processing container as described in JP-A-7-113990 (Patent Document 2).
However, according to such a conventional method, it is necessary to transfer the hydrous contact lens that has been hydrated using the processing container from the processing container to the container body for the contact lens package. It was complicated. In particular, in recent years, the number of contact lens packages provided to users has increased dramatically with the increase in disposable and regularly exchangeable contact lenses. It was a big problem that caused an increase in time. In addition, when a contact lens that has been hydrated is transferred from a dedicated processing container to a container body for a contact lens package, the contact lens may come into contact with other members or a mechanical load may be applied. The lens may be damaged, which is not preferable.
In JP 2002-228993 A (Patent Document 3), a hydration process or a cleaning process is performed in a state in which a contact lens is accommodated in a recess portion of a container body for a contact lens package. There has been proposed a configuration in which a user is sealed with a cover sheet and provided to a user without a contact lens package. However, in such a conventional structure, it is not necessary to transfer the contact lens from the processing container to the container body for the contact lens package. However, in the hydration process or the cleaning process, the processing liquid flows into the recess through the conduit. It is necessary to discharge the processing liquid overflowing from the depression through the conduit. Therefore, control of the flow rate and flow rate of the inflow / discharge of the processing liquid is complicated and difficult, which causes an increase in manufacturing cost and manufacturing time, which is not realistic.

The present invention has been made in the background of the above-mentioned circumstances, and the solution to the problem is that it can be subjected to a treatment process such as a hydration treatment while the lens is accommodated in the hollow portion of the container body, and a manufacturing process. It is an object of the present invention to provide a contact lens package having a novel structure that can be simplified and simplified.
Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide a novel method of manufacturing a contact lens package that can advantageously manufacture such a contact lens package.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention made to solve the above-described problems will be described. In addition, the component employ | adopted in each aspect as described below is employable by arbitrary combinations as much as possible.
That is, a first aspect of the present invention relating to a contact lens package is a contact lens package in which a contact lens and a preservative solution are contained in a sealed state, and a recess for containing the contact lens and the preservative solution, A container main body having a flange-shaped portion extending in the outer peripheral direction from the opening peripheral edge of the recess, and the recess overlapped with the container main body and fixed in a peelable manner over the entire periphery of the opening peripheral edge of the recess. A cover cover sheet for sealing the part, a drain hole provided in the recess, and a lid member for sealing the drain hole of the recess.
According to the contact lens package having the structure according to this aspect, since the drain hole is provided in the recess portion for storing the contact lens and the storage solution, the container body of the contact lens package can be used only in the final distribution stage. It can also be used in processing steps such as hydration and cleaning. That is, in the hydration treatment and cleaning treatment of the hydrous contact lens, it is necessary to supply a large amount of treated water around the contact lens and to discharge the treated water, but the container body of the contact lens package of this embodiment In the method, after the contact lens accommodated in the recess of the container body is immersed in the treated water to swell, the treated water can be discharged to the outside through the drain hole. Further, even when a large amount of treated water is dropped from above the depression in the cleaning process, the treated water can be smoothly discharged through the contact lens and the depression through the drain hole.
Therefore, the container body of the contact lens package can also be used in the processing step, and the work of transferring the contact lens after the processing step from the processing container dedicated to the processing step to the depression of the container body of the contact lens package in the distribution stage. It can be omitted, and it is possible to advantageously achieve simplification of work, shortening of work time, reduction of manufacturing cost, and the like. Moreover, from the processing step to the distribution stage, the contact lens can be accommodated and held consistently in the hollow portion of the container body of the contact lens package, so that the contact lens and other members interfere with the transfer of the container, The possibility that an unexpected external force is applied to the contact lens can be avoided, and the quality of the contact lens can be advantageously maintained.
In addition, in the distribution stage, since the drainage hole of the recess is sealed with the lid member, the contact lens and the preservation solution can be sealed in the recess, and can be provided to the user in the expected state. In addition, the lid member may be fixed to the drain hole so as not to be peeled off. If necessary, the lid member is fixed so as to be peeled off. Also good. The lid member may be any material as long as it can seal the drain hole of the hollow portion of the container body in a sealed state, such as a synthetic resin plate material or a flexible water-tight sheet material. Any of them may be used as long as they are fixed by, for example.
According to a second aspect of the present invention relating to a contact lens package, in the contact lens package described in the first aspect, the hollow portion of the container body has a bottom portion spaced apart from the peripheral edge of the opening in the depth direction. A curved convex portion is provided on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom portion and is raised toward the opening peripheral edge side, and a plurality of the drain holes are provided through the wall portion of the curved convex portion. It is what.
According to this aspect, since the curved convex part which protrudes toward the opening peripheral part side is provided at the bottom part of the concave part, the rear surface of the contact lens comes into contact with the curved convex part of the concave part. In addition, the contact lens can be held. Therefore, when the user peels off the cover sheet of the contact lens package and takes out the contact lens from the depression, the user can take out the contact lens from the depression so as to grasp the front surface of the contact lens. Contacting the rear surface of the contact lens is advantageously avoided. Therefore, dirt such as bacteria and lipids attached to the user's finger adheres to the inner surface of the contact lens, and this dirt is retained between the cornea and the contact lens, thereby reducing the possibility of causing an eye infection etc. can do.
In addition, since a plurality of drainage holes are provided in the curved convex portion in a penetrating state, the treated water is circulated from the front side of the contact lens to the rear side during drainage treatment or cleaning treatment. Since the water can be drained from the hole, a wider area of the contact lens can be brought into contact with the treated water.
According to a third aspect of the present invention relating to a contact lens package, in the contact lens package described in the second aspect, the lid member is sized so as to cover the entire bottom portion of the hollow portion when viewed from the bottom. The lid member is fixed in a sealed state over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom portion.
According to this aspect, it is possible to seal a plurality of drainage holes penetrating the curved convex portion of the hollow portion at a time with a single lid member, and it is possible to improve work efficiency.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention relating to a contact lens package, in the contact lens package described in the second or third aspect, the hollow portion of the container body is substantially circular in a plan view. While the outer diameter dimension at the peripheral edge of the opening is made larger than the outer diameter dimension at the outer peripheral edge of the bottom, a step surface is provided at the intermediate portion in the depth direction on the inner surface of the recess, The outer diameter of the step surface is smaller than the outer diameter of the outer peripheral edge of the bottom.
According to the contact lens package of this aspect, since the outer diameter dimension of the recess portion of the container body is larger on the opening peripheral edge side than the bottom side, the bottom portion of the upper recess portion is placed on the bottom of the plurality of container bodies. The opening of the lower dent can be covered with the upper dent and overlapped with the opening rim of the side dent. In addition, since a stepped surface having a smaller outer diameter than the bottom outer surface is formed in the middle part of the inner surface of the recessed portion, the entry position in the overlapping direction of the recessed portion below the upper recessed portion is defined. Can be overlapped. Therefore, when the container body of the contact lens package of this aspect is used in a process such as hydration, a contact lens is advantageous between the upper and lower dents while overlapping the plurality of container bodies. The processing step can be performed while being housed and held, and further efficiency of the processing step can be achieved.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention relating to the contact lens package, in the contact lens package described in the fourth aspect, the taper angle of the inner surface of the recess between the step surface and the peripheral edge of the opening is 20 to 40 °. On the other hand, the inner diameter of the stepped surface is 2 to 6 mm larger than the outer diameter of the curved projection.
According to this aspect, since the taper angle of the inner surface of the recess portion from the opening peripheral edge portion to the step surface is set to 20 to 40 °, the user's finger is recessed when the user takes out the contact lens from the recess portion. Hereinafter, in order to clarify the present invention more specifically, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, FIGS. 1 to 12 show a contact lens package 10 as a first embodiment of the present invention. The contact lens package 10 includes a container body 12, a lid member 14 (see FIGS. 5 and 9), and a cover sheet 16. The contact lens 18 as an ophthalmic lens and the storage solution 20 are accommodated in the container body 12 to which the lid member 14 is attached, and the cover sheet 16 is detachably fixed to the container body 12 so that the contact lens 18 is attached. In addition to being hermetically sealed, the contact lens 18 can be taken out by peeling the cover sheet 16 from the container body 12 as necessary.
More specifically, the container main body 12 is configured to include a recessed portion 22 that accommodates the contact lens 18 and the preserving solution 20 and a flange-shaped portion 26 that extends in a bowl shape from the opening peripheral edge 24 of the recessed portion 22 over the entire circumference. It is integrally formed by injection molding or the like with a synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene. In addition, the container body 12 includes a cover plate 28 that is formed separately and is engaged with the opening peripheral edge 24 of the recess 22 to cover the opening peripheral edge 24.
The recess 22 has a substantially circular shape in plan view, and in the bottom portion 30 that is spaced in the depth direction from the opening peripheral edge 24, it faces the opening peripheral edge 24 on the inner peripheral side with respect to the outer peripheral edge of the bottom 30. In addition, a curved convex portion 34 is formed in a dome-like shape with a partial spherical shell shape (see FIGS. 4 and 6). The curved convex portion 34 is provided with a plurality of drain holes 38 through the wall portion 36. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the curved convex portion 34 includes a vertical frame 42 provided radially around the vertex 40 and a horizontal frame 44 provided concentrically around the vertex 40. The drain hole 38 is constituted by a plurality of spaces defined by the vertical frame 42 and the horizontal frame 44. The inner surface 46 of the curved convex portion 34 has a shape that approximates the rear surface 47 of the contact lens 18 (see FIG. 5). Further, a stepped portion 48 is provided in the intermediate portion in the protruding direction on the inner surface 46 of the curved convex portion 34 (see FIG. 6). As will be described later, this is used when positioning and supporting the contact lens 18 in a dry state. Note that the stepped portion 48 is not necessarily provided.
On the other hand, the flange-shaped portion 26 that spreads in a bowl shape from the opening peripheral edge 24 of the recessed portion 22 has an extending portion 50 that extends in one side direction (left direction in FIG. 5) that is one side of the recessed portion 22. In a plan view, it has a substantially trapezoidal shape (see FIG. 4) and is integrally formed with the recess 22.
The lid member 14 is formed of a laminate sheet made of a composite material of an aluminum foil and a synthetic resin, and in a corresponding portion that covers the opening 52 of the bottom 30 of the recess 22, a recess 54 that is recessed toward the recess 22. (See FIG. 5), and has a substantially partial spherical shell shape that is flat in the thickness direction, similar to the curved convex portion 34. The lid member 14 is configured to include a flange-like portion 58 that spreads in a bowl shape from the peripheral edge of the opening of the recessed portion 54 over the entire circumference. In the flange-like portion 58, the bottom 30 of the recessed portion 22, the heat seal, etc. It is fixed with. That is, for example, as shown in FIG. 10, a substantially annular fixing surface 60 is formed so as to continuously extend with a substantially constant width over the entire circumference in the bottom 30 of the recess 22. Yes. The lid member 14 is superposed on the fixing surface 60 and fixed by an arbitrary method such as heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, adhesive, etc., so that the lid member 14 is releasably fused to the bottom 30 and the container body 12 The bottom 30 of the recess 22 is covered with the lid member 14 in a fluid-tight manner. That is, since the drain hole 38 of the recess 22 is sealed by the lid member 14, the contact lens 18 and the storage solution 20 can be sealed in the recess 22 and can be provided to the user in an intended state. .
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, contact lens 18 and storage solution 20 are accommodated in recess 22, and a sufficient amount of storage solution for immersing contact lens 18 is contained. 20 is filled. In addition, although the kind, material, etc. of the contact lens 18 accommodated and the preservation | save liquid 20 are not limited, in this embodiment, the contact lens 18 is hydrophilic software which uses HEMA (hydroxyethyl methacrylate) as a raw material, for example. In addition to being a contact lens, the preservation solution 20 can prevent the contact lens 18 from drying and can maintain the contact lens 18 in a ready-to-use state, and is a sterile aqueous solution, isotonic saline, or the like. The
The cover sheet 16 is formed of a laminate sheet made of a composite material of an aluminum foil and a synthetic resin, and has a planar shape corresponding to the outer shape of the container body 12, for example, a substantially water droplet shape as shown in FIG. Yes. Further, the cover sheet 16 is fixed to the container body 12 by heat sealing or the like. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the flange-like portion 26 that spreads on the outer peripheral side of the opening peripheral portion 24 of the hollow portion 22 and In the cover plate 28, substantially annular fixing surfaces 62, 64 are formed so as to continuously extend with a substantially constant width over the entire circumference in the circumferential direction. The cover sheet 16 is superposed on the fixing surfaces 62 and 64 and fixed by an arbitrary method such as heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, adhesive, etc., so that the cover sheet 16 is attached to the flange-like portion 26 and the cover plate 28 of the container body 12. The hollow portion 22 of the container body 12 is covered with the cover sheet 16 in a fluid-tight manner. When the cover sheet 16 is fixed to the container main body 12, the contact lens 18 and the preserving solution 20 are stored in advance in the recess 22 of the container main body 12, and the cover sheet 16 is fixed to the container main body 12. The contact lens package 10 of this embodiment is realized. Note that an appropriate display or design can be applied to the surface of the cover sheet 16 by printing or sticking, as necessary, before or after fixing to the container body 12.
The outer shape of the cover plate 28 that covers the opening peripheral edge 24 of the recessed portion 22 has a substantially circular shape in plan view, and a cutout portion 29 that is linearly cut out is formed in a part of the outer peripheral edge. Has been. The cover plate 28 includes four linear frames provided radially from the central portion and two frames provided concentrically with respect to the same central portion. The opening peripheral edge 24 is engaged with the opening peripheral edge 24 of the recess 22 to cover the opening peripheral edge 24. A plurality of through holes 72 are formed in portions other than the frame.
Further, the recess 22 has a substantially circular shape in plan view, and the outer diameter D1 at the opening peripheral edge 24 is larger than the outer diameter D2 at the outer peripheral edge of the bottom 30. A step surface 76 is provided at the intermediate portion in the depth direction on the inner surface 74 of the recess 22, and the outer diameter dimension D <b> 3 of the step surface 76 is made smaller than the outer diameter dimension of the outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom portion 30 ( (See FIG. 5).
The taper angle α of the inner surface 74 of the recess 22 between the step surface 76 and the opening peripheral edge 24 is set to 20 to 40 °, while the inner diameter L1 of the step surface 76 is the outer diameter L2 of the curved convex portion 34. 2 to 6 mm larger (see FIG. 6).
At the end of the extended portion 50 of the flange-shaped portion 26 located on the opposite side of the recessed portion 22, there is an arc-shaped side wall portion 78 extending downward and a through hole 80 adjacent to the side wall portion 78. Is provided. A plurality of protrusions 82 extending in the short side direction of the flange-like portion 26 are provided on both surfaces of the extending portion 50 of the flange-like portion 26. Note that the number and length of the protrusions 82 or the protrusion height of the protrusions 82 from the extending portion 50 are appropriately set in consideration of the gripping ability when turning the cover sheet 16. Further, two substantially rectangular projections 86 are provided on the back surface of the flange-shaped portion 26 (see FIGS. 9 and 10) at a position close to the recessed portion 22. The protrusions 86 are provided at two locations on the circumference where the arc-shaped side wall portion 78 is located so as to face the side wall portion 78 while being separated from each other. The height of the protrusion 86 is equal to or shorter than the extension length of the side wall portion 78.
The contact lens package 10 according to the present invention can be superposed on a pair. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the two contact lens packages 10 are overlapped with each other by rotating 180 degrees with the bottoms 30 of the recesses 22 facing each other. At this time, the bottom side surface 88 of the recessed portion 22 of one contact lens package 10 is accommodated between the side wall portion 78 and the two protrusions 86 of the other contact lens package 10, and vice versa. As a result, the flange-like portions 26 of the two contact lens packages 10 are arranged to face each other with a gap in a parallel state. Here, it is desirable that the inner diameter of the circumference formed by the inner periphery of the side wall portion 78 and the two protrusions 86 is the same as or slightly smaller than the outer dimension of the bottom side surface 88 of the recess portion 22. As a result, the bottom side surface 88 of the recess 22 is pushed in between the opposing surfaces of the side wall 78 and the two protrusions 86 without any gap, and the pair of contact lens packages 10 are firmly assembled.
The pair of contact lens packages 10 are overlapped with the bottom portions 30 of the hollow portions 22 of the container main bodies 12 facing each other, and the container main bodies 12 are overlapped with each other rotated by 180 °, so that the protruding portions are included. The Rukoto. As a result, it is possible to carry it stably for travel and the like.
A method for manufacturing the contact lens package 10 of this embodiment having such a structure will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 13A, the contact lens 18 in a dry state is accommodated in the recess 22 of the container body 12, and the opening peripheral edge 24 of the recess 22 is covered with a cover plate 28, and then surface modification is performed. Processing is performed. Examples of such surface modification treatment include plasma treatment and corona discharge treatment conventionally used to improve hydrophilicity. For example, specific conditions for the plasma treatment are described in detail in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-50379, so the outline will be described below.
By exposing the container body 12 containing the contact lens 18 in a dry state to the plasma 90, through the through hole 72 (see FIG. 2 and the like) of the cover plate 28 and the drain hole 38 (see FIG. 4 and the like) of the curved convex portion 34, The plasma 90 can be sufficiently brought into contact with the front surface 92 and the rear surface 47 of the contact lens 18, and the hydrophilicity of the both surfaces 47 and 92 of the contact lens 18 can be enhanced. Here, by providing the cover plate 28 on the container body 12, the contact lens 18 can be protected from the stress of the plasma 90, and the risk of the contact lens 18 being blown or damaged is reduced. I can do it. Further, since the inner surface 46 of the curved convex portion 34 has a shape close to the rear surface 47 of the contact lens 18, the contact lens 18 can be stably held. Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, even the contact lens 18 before water content can be stably supported in a positioned state at the central portion of the curved convex portion 34 by being supported by the stepped portion 48 of the curved convex portion 34. I can do it. Thereby, the contact lens 18 can be stably positioned at a predetermined position with respect to the plasma 90, and the surface modification process can be performed more stably.
Next, as shown in FIG. 13B, the contact lens 18 in a dry state is subjected to a hydration process and a cleaning process. Such hydration treatment and washing treatment include, for example, a treatment liquid 94 conventionally used for hydration treatment and washing treatment of water-containing contact lenses such as deionized water, an aqueous solution containing a surfactant, and physiological saline. This is performed by pouring the container body 12 containing the contact lens 18 for which the surface modification process has been completed. As a result, the treatment liquid 94 reaches the dry contact lens 18 through the through hole 72 of the cover plate 28 and the drain hole 38 of the curved convex portion 34. As a result, the dry contact lens 18 held by the curved convex portion 34 is hydrated and swollen, and unreacted monomers are extracted and impurities such as dust adhering to the lens surface are removed.
That is, if the container body 12 of the contact lens package 10 having a structure according to the present embodiment is used, the outer peripheral edge of the contact lens 18 after swelling is stably held by the outer peripheral edge of the curved convex portion 34. Further, the reversal or hitting in the container body 12 is suppressed, and the risk of lens damage can be reduced. Further, since the contact lens 18 can be protected from the water pressure of the processing liquid 94 by the cover plate 28, the possibility of lens damage can be reduced. In addition, since the through-hole 72 of the cover plate 28 and the drainage hole 38 of the curved convex portion 34 are formed sufficiently large, the amount of inflow and outflow of the treatment liquid 94 to both surfaces 47 and 92 of the contact lens 18 in the dry state. Can be sufficiently secured, and both the hydration treatment and the washing treatment can be effectively performed.
Next, as shown in FIG. 13C, the lid member 14 is heat-sealed to the bottom 30 of the recess 22 with respect to the container body 12 containing the contact lens 18 subjected to the hydration treatment and the washing treatment. The drain hole 38 of the hollow portion 22 of the container body 12 is covered with the lid member 14 in a fluid-tight manner. Thereby, the preservation | save liquid 20 can be inject | poured and stored in the hollow part 22, and it can be filled with the preservation | save liquid 20 of sufficient quantity for the contact lens 18 to be immersed.
Finally, as shown in FIG. 13 (d), the container body 12 containing the contact lens 18 and the storage solution 20 is used to open the peripheral edge 24 of the recess 22 of the container body 12 and the cover plate 28. By fixing the cover sheet 16 so as to be peelable over the entire circumference, the contact lens 18 and the storage solution 20 can be hermetically stored and provided to the user in an intended state.
Further, by using the container body 12 of the contact lens package 10 having a structure according to the present embodiment, the surface modification treatment, hydration treatment, and cleaning treatment shown in FIGS. It becomes possible to carry out collectively for the container body 12 of the lens package 10. For example, FIGS. 14A and 14B show a case where the container main bodies 12 of three contact lens packages 10 are stacked.
Specifically, a plurality of container bodies 12 containing contact lenses 18 in a dry state are sequentially stacked from above, but the outer peripheral edge of the bottom 30 of the recess 22 in the upper container body 12 is directly below. By supporting by the stepped surface 76 of the inner surface 74 of the recess 22 in the container body 12 of the contact lens package 10, it is possible to stably support the intermediate portion in the depth direction on the inner surface 74 of the recess 22 in a positioned state. As a result, an accommodation space for accommodating the contact lens 18 is defined between the bottom 30 of the depression 22 in the upper container body 12 and the inner surface 74 of the depression 22 in the container body 12 directly below. In addition, the plurality of container bodies 12 can be stably positioned at predetermined positions, and even if the cover plate 28 is not attached to each container body 12, an accommodation space for the contact lens 18 is secured to prevent the container body 12 from popping out. On the other hand, the surface modification treatment, hydration treatment and cleaning treatment can be performed more stably. In addition, you may attach the cover plate 28 to the container main body 12 in the uppermost part as needed.
In the subsequent steps, the same steps as those shown in FIGS. 13C and 13D may be performed for each of the container bodies 12 of the three contact lens packages 10 that are overlaid. By not using the container body 12 of the contact lens package 10 at the uppermost part as a dummy so as to accommodate the contact lens 18, the container body 12 including the uppermost part has a predetermined accommodation space without the cover plate 28. Stable surface modification treatment, hydration treatment, cleaning treatment, and the like can be performed while the contact lens 18 is accommodated.
As described above in detail, according to the present embodiment, since the drain hole 38 is provided in the hollow portion 22 that accommodates the contact lens 18 and the storage solution 20, the container body 12 of the contact lens package 10 is finally attached. It can be used not only in the general distribution stage but also in processing steps such as hydration and washing. Thereby, the operation | work which transfers the contact lens 18 after a process process from the process container for a process process to the hollow part 22 of the container main body 12 of the contact lens package 10 in a distribution | circulation stage can be abbreviate | omitted. Reduction of working time, reduction of manufacturing cost, etc. can be achieved advantageously. Moreover, since the contact lens 18 can be accommodated and held consistently in the recess 22 of the container body 12 of the contact lens package 10 from the processing step to the distribution stage, the contact lens 18 and other members accompanying the transfer of the container And the possibility that an unexpected external force is applied to the contact lens 18 can be avoided, and the quality of the contact lens 18 can be advantageously maintained.
In addition, since a curved convex portion 34 that protrudes toward the opening peripheral edge portion 24 side is provided at the bottom 30 of the concave portion 22, the rear surface 47 of the contact lens 18 with respect to the curved convex portion 34 of the concave portion 22. The contact lens 18 can be held so that the abuts. Therefore, when the user peels off the cover sheet 16 of the contact lens package 10 and takes out the contact lens 18 from the depression 22, the user takes out the contact lens 18 from the depression 22 so as to pick the front surface 92 of the contact lens 18. And it is advantageously avoided that the user's fingers touch the rear surface 47 of the contact lens 18. Further, since the taper angle α of the inner surface 74 of the recess 22 from the opening peripheral edge 24 toward the step surface 76 is set to 20 to 40 °, when the user takes out the contact lens 18 from the recess 22, The finger is guided to a position suitable for taking out the contact lens 18 along the inner surface 74 of the recess 22. Further, since the inner diameter dimension L1 of the stepped surface 76 is 2 to 6 mm larger than the outer diameter dimension L2 of the curved convex portion 34, the contact lens 18 extends from the recess 22 so that even a user with a thick finger can grip the contact lens 18 with certainty. Can be taken out.
Furthermore, since the hollow part 22 of the container main body 12 has a larger outer diameter on the opening peripheral edge part 24 side than the bottom part 30 side, the plurality of container main bodies 12 are connected to the bottom part of the hollow part 22 of the upper container main body 12. 30 is inserted into and overlapped with the opening peripheral edge 24 side of the recess 22 of the lower container body 12, and the opening of the recess 22 of the lower container body 12 is covered with the recess 22 of the upper container body 12. be able to. In addition, since the stepped surface 76 having a smaller outer diameter than the bottom side surface 88 is formed at the intermediate portion of the inner surface 74 of the recessed portion 22, the lower portion of the container body 12 of the recessed portion 22 of the upper container body 12 is formed. It is possible to overlap by defining the entry position of the recess 22 in the overlapping direction. Therefore, while the plurality of container main bodies 12 are overlapped, the contact lens 18 is advantageously accommodated and held between the concave portion 22 of the upper container main body 12 and the concave portion 22 of the lower container main body 12 to perform the processing step. It is possible to further increase the efficiency of the processing steps.
Hereinafter, a contact lens package 100 as another embodiment of the present invention will be exemplified. In the embodiment described below, members and parts having the same structure as the first embodiment are shown in FIG. By attaching the same reference numerals as those of the one embodiment, detailed description thereof will be omitted.
That is, FIGS. 15 to 20 show a contact lens package 100 as a second embodiment of the present invention. The contact lens package 100 has (i) a point that the concave portion 22 is not provided with the curved convex portion 34 and has a concave shape, and (ii) a new annular rib 102 is deep from the flange-shaped portion 26. An embodiment different from the first embodiment is shown with respect to a point projecting in a direction (downward in FIG. 19).
More specifically, the hollow portion 22 of the container body 12 in the contact lens package 100 of the present embodiment has a partially spherical shell-shaped curved concave shape that is recessed in the depth direction from the opening peripheral edge portion 24, and the hollow portion 22. An annular rib 102 protrudes from the flange-like portion 26 in the depth direction so as to surround the periphery of the flange portion 26. The recess 22 is provided with a plurality of drain holes 38 that penetrate the wall 36. The drain holes 38 are provided at a plurality of locations on the inner peripheral portion of the hollow portion 22 relative to the annular rib 102, and are provided radially from the center of the bottom 30 of the hollow portion 22, for example, as shown in FIG. 17. The vertical frame 42 and a horizontal frame 44 provided concentrically with respect to the center of the bottom 30 of the concave portion 22 constitute a wall portion 36 of the concave portion 22, and are defined by the vertical frame 42 and the horizontal frame 44. This space can be used as the drain hole 38. The inner surface 74 of the recessed portion 22 has a shape substantially close to the front surface 92 of the contact lens 18 (see FIG. 19).
Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 18, the lid member 14 has a circular shape in a bottom view and a size that covers the entire annular rib 102, and the entire circumferential direction is formed at the bottom 104 of the annular rib 102. Through a substantially annular fixing surface 106 extending continuously at a substantially constant width over the circumference, the bottom surface 104 of the annular rib 102 is fixed in a sealed state by heat sealing or the like.
Also, the outer diameter dimension D4 at the outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom 104 of the annular rib 102 is made smaller than the outer diameter dimension D5 of the opening peripheral edge portion 24 of the recess 22. Thereby, when the container main bodies 12 of the plurality of contact lens packages 100 are stacked, the outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom portion 104 of the annular rib 102 is supported by the stepped portion 110 of the opening peripheral portion 24 of the concave portion 22, thereby 22 can be stably supported in the positioning state by the peripheral edge 24 of the opening. Thereby, the container main body 12 of the contact lens package 100 can be stably positioned at a predetermined position, and the accommodation space for the contact lens 18 is secured as in the first embodiment (see FIG. 14). Further, surface modification treatment, hydration treatment and cleaning treatment can be performed more stably.
As described above, in the contact lens package 100 of the present embodiment, the inner surface 74 of the recess 22 has a shape substantially similar to the front surface 92 of the contact lens 18. The inner surface 74 can be stably held. In addition, since a plurality of drain holes 38 are provided through the wall portion 36 of the recess 22, the treatment liquid 94 supplied to the rear surface 47 side of the contact lens 18 rotates toward the front surface 92 side of the contact lens 18. The drainage hole 38 is quickly drained and the treatment liquid 94 can be efficiently brought into contact with the wide surfaces 47 and 92 of the contact lens 18.
Moreover, according to this aspect, the several drainage hole 38 penetrated by the wall part 36 of the hollow part 22 of curved concave shape can be sealed at once with the single cover member 14, and it aims at the improvement of working efficiency. be able to.

In the present embodiment, the cover sheet 16 is detachably fused together with the flange-like portion 26 and the cover plate 28 of the container body 12. In such a case, the cover plate 28 is detached from the container body 12 together with the cover sheet 16. Can be done. In addition, in order to detach | separate the cover plate 28 from the container main body 12 with the cover sheet | seat 16 more reliably, you may change the temperature of the heat sealing with respect to the adhering surfaces 62 and 64, the kind of adhesive agent, etc.
The contact lens package 100 shown in FIG. 18 is not provided with the side wall portion 78 and the projection 86 shown in FIG. 9, but can be provided as necessary. Further, in both of the contact lens packages 10 and 100, a notch-shaped notch is provided on the bottom surface of the side wall portion 78 to be an engaging portion, while the annular rib 102 has a protruding shape that is locked to the engaging portion. You may make it mutually fit by providing a latching | locking part.
Further, the shape and size of the container main body 12 and the flange-shaped portion 26 can be arbitrarily set in consideration of usability, packing property, etc., and are not limited to the illustrated shapes.
