Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a contact lens container for housing a contact lens, and more particularly to a contact lens container used for both cleaning and storage of a contact lens.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, contact lenses are provided that are attached to the surface of the cornea for the purpose of correcting myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia, and the like. In such a contact lens, protein or lipid secreted from the eye or dust in the air adheres to the surface of the contact lens during wearing, and thus a reduction in translucency and wearing feeling cannot be avoided. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically remove contaminants such as proteins, lipids, and dust attached to the contact lens.
By the way, conventionally, contact lenses have been generally washed by a person (rubbing) by directly rubbing with a finger using a dedicated cleaning solution. Therefore, when the nail is extended or the fingertip is rough, the contact lens may be damaged by scrubbing.
Further, since the contact lens is small, there is a risk that the contact lens may be lost if it is accidentally dropped during scrubbing.
Furthermore, since there are individual differences in the strength of the force to pinch the contact lens between fingers and the time required for scrubbing, there is also a problem that the cleaning effect tends to vary.
Furthermore, since the finger is directly rubbed, it is necessary to clean the fingertips in advance and remove dirt such as oils and fats before cleaning the contact lens. Therefore, when the contact lens is cleaned on the go, there is a problem that a place for cleaning the fingertip must first be searched.
In view of such a problem, in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, a contact lens is sandwiched between a pair of elastic pads, and one of the pair of elastic pads is rotated relative to the other to A contact lens cleaner for cleaning a contact lens by rubbing against the contact lens has been proposed.
However, since the contact lens cleaners described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are only intended for cleaning contact lenses, when rinsing the contact lenses, the contact lenses can be removed with fingers or tweezers. It is necessary to take it out. Therefore, when taking out the contact lens, the contact lens may be contaminated or lost. In addition, if the cleaning liquid is discharged with the contact lens housed in the contact lens cleaner, the contact lens may flow out together with the cleaning liquid. In addition, since the contact lens is kept sandwiched between the cleaning surfaces, the contact lens is deformed and stressed, which is not suitable for storing the contact lens, and a separate contact lens storage container is required. There is also the problem of becoming.
Here, the present invention has been made in the background as described above, and the problem to be solved is that both cleaning and rinsing of the contact lens can be performed efficiently, and the contact lens An object of the present invention is to provide a contact lens container having a novel structure that can be stored.
Hereinafter, the aspect of this invention made | formed in order to solve such a subject is described. In addition, the component employ | adopted in each aspect as described below is employable by arbitrary combinations as much as possible.
The present invention relates to a contact lens container in which a contact lens is immersed in a lens processing liquid, and (a) a container body in which a storage recess for storing the contact lens and the lens processing liquid is formed; and (b) formed in the container body. A lid that covers the opening of the housing recess, and (c) lens processing provided in at least one of the lid and the container body, and the opening of the housing recess formed in the container body is covered by the lid. A drainage passage that can drain the liquid to the outside; (d) a valve mechanism that switches the drainage passage between a communication state in which the lens processing liquid can be drained and a blocking state in which the lens processing liquid cannot be drained; A shut-off state holding mechanism that holds the liquid passage in a shut-off state; and (f) a pair of elastic pads that are provided between the opposing surfaces of the container body and the lid and sandwich the contact lens housed in the housing recess from both the front and rear sides. , (G The relative position of the lid with respect to the container body can be changed, and the cleaning position where the pair of elastic pads are brought close to each other and the contact lens is sandwiched between the pair of elastic pads is separated from the pair of elastic pads. A position selection mechanism for selectively setting a storage position in which the contact lens is not sandwiched between the pair of elastic pads; and (h) in the cleaning position, the container body and the lid body are relatively displaced, whereby the contact lens is paired. A relative displacement mechanism for scrubbing between the elastic pads is provided.
In such a contact lens container structured according to the present invention, the contact lens is moved to a pair of elastic pads by relatively displacing the container body and the lid at a cleaning position where the contact lens is sandwiched between the pair of elastic pads. It becomes possible to scrub between.
In addition, since the drainage passage is in a communicating state, the lens processing liquid can be discharged while the opening of the housing recess formed in the container body remains covered by the lid. By appropriately setting the size and shape of the liquid passage, it is possible to discharge only the lens processing liquid while preventing the contact lens from flowing out without removing the contact lens when rinsing the contact lens. Is possible.
Furthermore, by maintaining the discharge passage in a cut-off state, it is possible to store the contact lens while preventing the unexpected liquid leakage while being immersed in the treatment liquid.
Therefore, in the contact lens container having the structure according to the present invention, both cleaning and rinsing of the contact lens can be performed efficiently and the contact lens can be stored.
In addition, the drainage passage in the present invention may be in a communication state or a shut-off state at the cleaning position. In the present invention, the drainage passage may be formed in either the lid body or the container main body, or may be provided in both of them. Alternatively, the drainage passage may be formed in cooperation by communicating the lid and the passage provided in the container body.
In the present invention, it is desirable that a valve mechanism for opening and closing the drainage passage is configured by relative displacement of the lid with respect to the container body. As a result, the valve mechanism can be realized with a simple structure. The relative displacement of the lid with respect to the container body may be performed in the direction in which the central axis of the container body extends, that is, in the opening direction of the housing recess formed in the container body. It may be performed around the axis.
Further, in the present invention, when a valve mechanism is configured in which the drainage passage changes from the shut-off state to the communication state when the lid is pushed in the opening direction of the housing recess formed in the container body, the lid It is desirable to provide a pushing direction displacement preventing means for preventing displacement of the container body in the pushing direction. As a result, it is possible to prevent the valve mechanism from being switched without the knowledge and the drainage passage from being switched to the communicating state. As a result, when the contact lens container of the present invention is placed in the bag, it is possible to prevent the treatment liquid from leaking from the contact lens container and getting wet in the bag.
Therefore, the pushing direction displacement prevention means may be configured by an outer cover member that is attached to the container body and covers the lid body, and is sandwiched between the container body and the lid body in the displacement direction of the lid body. You may be comprised by the lock spacer.
In the present invention, it is desirable that each of the pair of elastic pads has a sponge structure. Accordingly, when the contact lens is rubbed, the treatment liquid can be brought into contact with the central portion of the contact lens. As a result, the contact lens can be more efficiently cleaned. The elastic pad may be a rubber elastic body that does not contain water. In this case, it is possible to reduce the amount of processing liquid required.
Furthermore, in the present invention, it is desirable that the contact lens can be scrubbed between the pair of elastic pads by rotating the lid around the central axis of the container body. As a result, the contact lens can be scrubbed around the lens center. As a result, the container structure is simplified as compared with the case where the contact lens is rubbed so as to reciprocate in the radial direction of the contact lens.
Therefore, when the configuration as described above is adopted, it is desirable that a relative rotation amount limiting mechanism for limiting the relative rotation amount of the lid body with respect to the container body is provided. Thereby, it is possible to force the scrubbing by the reciprocating rotation operation. As a result, the operation becomes easier and the cleaning efficiency can be improved as compared with the case of scrubbing by rotating in one direction.
Hereinafter, in order to clarify the present invention more specifically, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 show a
More specifically, the
An
In addition, the
On the other hand, the
Therefore, the fixed-
The fixed-
On the other hand, the movable
Further, in the present embodiment, a
Furthermore, in this embodiment, a plurality (four in this embodiment) of
The movable-
Therefore, in the present embodiment, a pair of engaging
Then, with the movable
Each of the pair of engaging
Further, in a state where the pair of engaging
Further, as described above, the movable-
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the pair of
Further, in the present embodiment, the drainage passage is in a state where the pair of engaging
In the
In addition, the used cleaning liquid (lens processing liquid 58) is discharged to the outside through the
Furthermore, after the cleaning and rinsing of the
Then, in order to make the
Therefore, in the
In particular, in the
In addition, since the axial position of the
In the present embodiment, the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the
Next, a
More specifically, the
In the
Further, the used cleaning liquid (lens processing liquid 58) is discharged to the outside through the through
Furthermore, after the cleaning and rinsing are completed, the
Therefore, also in the
As shown in FIG. 6, the position of the through
That is, as shown in FIG. 6, one opening is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. Compared to the contact lens container (10) of the first embodiment, the
In addition, the movable
In the
On the other hand, when the
As is apparent from the above description, in this embodiment, the drainage passage is configured by the
Therefore, also in the
Next, a
Also in the
Further, in the present embodiment, since the
Next, a
Also in the
Further, in the present embodiment, since the displacement of the movable
Next, a
Also in the
In the present embodiment, the amount of relative rotation of the movable
As mentioned above, although several embodiment of this invention has been explained in full detail, these are illustrations to the last, Comprising: This invention is not limited at all by the specific description in this embodiment. .
For example, a pair of contact lens containers according to the first to sixth embodiments may be prepared, and the pair of contact lens containers may be connected by a plate-shaped connecting member. Thereby, it is possible to advantageously prevent the contact lenses attached to both the left and right eyes from being separated.
In the first to sixth embodiments, the concave and convex shapes of the pair of
6 and 7, the
In addition, although not listed one by one, the present invention can be carried out in a mode to which various changes, modifications, improvements and the like are added based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. It goes without saying that all are included in the scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
