本发明实施例的主要目的是提供一种基于移动终端接收小区广播的方 法及装置, 能够使移动终端在无需用户干预的情况下方便地对小区广播频 道号进行自动设定和配置, 从而在有利于扩展运营商业务的同时, 也为终 端用户带来极大的便利, 提高用户体验。
本发明实施例提供了一种基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法, 包括: 获取移动国家码 MCC和移动网络码 MNC信息;
根据所述 MCC和 MNC信息,查询 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应 表, 判断所述信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息;
所述信息对应表中含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息, 则根据所述信息对应 表中对应的 MCC和 MNC信息, 设置小区广播频道号, 并将所述频道号存 入小区广播频道信息数据库;
根据所述小区广播频道号接收对应的小区广播信息, 并显示给用户。 优选地, 所述获取 MCC和 MNC信息为:
识别获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式;
获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式为^^据用户 SIM卡的归属陆地移动网络 HPLMN信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息, 则读取所述用户 SIM卡类型, 获取 所述用户 SIM卡中的国际移动用户识别码 IMSI信息, 根据所述 IMSI信息 获取 MCC和 MNC信息; 获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式为根据注册实际网络的 PLMN信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息, 则直接读取小区广播信息, 获取 MCC和 MNC信息。
优选地, 所述根据 MCC和 MNC信息, 查询 PLMN与小区广播频道号 信息对应表, 判断所述信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息的步 驟之前, 该方法还包括:
配置 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应表。
优选地, 所述判断所述信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息 为: 根据预置的小区名称识别码 ID或小区位置 ID进行判断。
优选地, 所述小区名称 ID或小区位置 ID在移动终端空闲模式下获取 小区广播频道信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基于移动终端接收小区广播的装置, 包括: 信息获取模块, 设置为获取 MCC和 MNC信息;
信息查询模块,设置为根据所述 MCC和 MNC信息, 查询 PLMN与小 区广播频道号信息对应表, 判断所述信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC 和 MNC信息;
频道设置模块, 设置为在所述信息对应表中含有所述 MCC和 MNC信 息时, 根据所述信息对应表中对应的 MCC和 MNC信息, 设置小区广播频 道号, 并将所述频道号存入小区广播频道信息数据库;
小区广播模块, 设置为根据所述小区广播频道号接收对应的小区广播 信息, 并显示给用户。
优选地, 所述信息获取模块具体包括:
PLMN类型识别单元, 设置为识别获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式; HPLMN信息获取单元, 设置为获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式为根据 用户 SIM卡的 HPLMN信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息时,读取所述用户 SIM 卡类型, 获取所述用户 SIM卡中的 IMSI信息, 根据所述 IMSI信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息;
PLMN信息获取单元, 设置为获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式为根据注 册实际网络的 PLMN信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息时,直接读取小区广播信 息, 获取 MCC和 MNC信息。
优选地, 所述基于移动终端接收小区广播的装置还包括:
信息配置模块, 设置为配置 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应表。 优选地,所述查询模块具体用于根据预置的小区名称 ID或小区位置 ID 判断所述信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息。
优选地, 所述小区名称 ID或小区位置 ID在移动终端空闲模式下获取 小区广播频道信息。
本发明实施例所述的基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法及装置, 通过 移动终端获取 MCC和 MNC信息,根据 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应 表, 自动设置小区广播频道号并接收对应小区广播信息、 显示给用户, 通 过本发明实施例所述的方案, 移动终端在无需用户干预的情况下能够方便 地对小区广播频道号进行自动设定和配置, 从而在有利于扩展运营商业务 的同时, 也为终端用户带来了极大的便利, 提高了用户体验。 附图说明

图 1是本发明基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法第一实施例流程示意 图。 如图 1 所示, 本实施例基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法包括以下步 驟:
步驟 S01、 获取 MCC和 MNC信息;
移动终端用户插入 (U)SIM 卡启动移动终端后, 获取 MCC ( Mobile Country Code, 移动国家码 )和 MNC ( Mobile Network Code, 移动网络码 ) 信息; MCC的资源由 ITU ( International Telecommunication Union, 国际电 信联盟)统一分配和管理, 能够唯一识别移动用户所属的国家, MCC信息 共 3位,中国的 MCC信息为 460; MNC信息共 2位,如中国移动 GSM( Global System for Mobile Communications, 全球移动通信系统 ) 系统使用的 MNC 信息为 00和 02,中国联通 GSM系统使用的 MNC信息为 01 ,中国电信 CDMA ( Code Division Multiple Access, 码分多址) 系统使用的 MNC信息为 03; 步驟 S02、 根据所述 MCC和 MNC信息, 查询 PLMN与小区广播频道 号信息对应表, 判断所述信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息; 若是, 则执行步驟 S03; 若否, 则执行步驟 S04;
移动终端根据 MCC和 MNC信息在移动终端内置的小区广播频道信息 数据库中查询 PLMN ( Public Land Mobile Network, 公共陆地移动网络)与 小区广播频道号信息对应表, 所述信息对应表中含有针对不同运营商的相 关小区广播频道信息, 判断该信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC信 息; 在一优选的实施例中, 针对同一运营商在不同的小区或者在相同位置 的区域内小区广播频道号不同的情况, 可以再附加判断条件。 通过增加小 区名称 ID ( Identity, 识别码)或者小区位置 ID作为新的判断条件, 所述 ID可以通过移动终端在空闲模式下读取移动终端的 SIB( System Information Block, 系统信息块) 来获取相应系统参数。 在一优选的实施例中, 所述用 户移动终端可提供所述小区名称 ID或小区位置 ID和小区广播单元的接口, 将所述小区名称 ID或小区位置 ID获取的小区广播频道信息传递给小区广 播单元;
步驟 S03、 根据所述信息对应表中对应的 MCC和 MNC信息, 设置小 区广播频道号, 并将所述频道号存入小区广播频道信息数据库;
在所述小区广播频道信息数据库的信息对应表中,若有对应的 MCC和 MNC信息, 则移动终端根据所述信息对应表中对应的 MCC和 MNC信息, 自动设置小区广播频道号, 并将所述频道号存入所述小区广播频道信息数 据库中;
步驟 S04、用户手动设置小区广播频道号并将所述频道号存入小区广播 频道信息数据库;
若所述小区广播频道信息数据库的信息对应表中没有对应的所述 MCC 和 MNC信息, 则需要移动终端用户手动设置小区广播频道号, 同时将所述 频道号存入所述移动终端的小区广播频道信息数据库中。 由于移动终端内 置的小区广播频道信息数据库无法包含所有运营商的小区广播频道信息, 例如出现了新的运营商或者是原有的运营商改变了小区广播的频道号等情 况。 当移动终端用户插入该运营商的 (U)SIM卡或者是漫游到该运营商网络 下, 该移动终端用户是无法匹配到对应的小区广播频道信息的, 此时移动 终端提示用户匹配失败, 并可以由用户手动完成该小区广播频道信息的设 置, 同时将该设置更新到小区广播频道信息数据库中;
步驟 S05、根据所述小区广播频道号接收对应的小区广播信息, 并显示 给用户。
移动终端根据所述小区广播频道号接收对应的小区广播信息, 并显示 给用户; 用户可以根据自己的需要, 自主选择需要接收的小区广播频道号; 同时, 用户也可以将自己不需要的信息所对应的小区广播频道号屏蔽。
本发明实施例基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法通过获取 MCC 和 MNC信息、 根据所述 MCC和 MNC信息查询 PLMN与小区广播频道号信 息对应表, 并在所述信息对应表中含有 MCC和 MNC信息时, 自动设置小 区广播频道号并存储的方法, 实现了移动终端在无需用户干预的情况下能 够方便地对小区广播频道号进行自动设定和配置的有益效果, 有利于扩展 运营商业务的同时, 也为终端用户带来了极大的便利。
图 2是本发明基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法中获取 MCC和 MNC 信息一实施例的流程示意图。 如图 2所示, 本实施例基于移动终端接收小 区广播的方法中, 获取 MCC和 MNC信息的步驟具体包括:
步驟 Sll、 识别获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式; 若是根据 (U)SIM卡的 HPLMN信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息, 则执行步驟 S12; 若是根据注册实 际网络的 PLMN信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息, 则执行步驟 S 13;
识别获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式, 即识别移动终端是^ ^据注册实际 网络的 PLMN信息获取的 MCC 和 MNC信息, 还是根据 (U)SIM 卡的 HPLMN ( Home PLMN , 归属 PLMN )信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息。
所述 PLMN是由政府或由政府所批准的经营者为公众提供陆地移动通 信业务目的而建立和经营的网络。 PLMN网络必须与 PSTN( Public Switched Telephone Network, 公用开关电话网络) 互连, 形成整个地区或国家规模 的通信网, 例如中国移动的 PLMN为 46000 , 中国联通的 PLMN为 46001。 HPLMN为 PLMN中的一种类型, 是终端用户归属的 PLMN。 也就是说, 终端 (U)SIM 卡上的 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, 国际移动用户识别码 )信息中包含的 MCC和 MNC与 HPLMN上 的 MCC和 MNC是一致的,对于同一用户来说,其归属的 PLMN只有一个。
步驟 S12、 读取所述 (U)SIM卡类型, 获取所述 (U)SIM卡中的 IMSI信 息, 根据所述 IMSI信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息;
所述 IMSI信息是国际上为唯一识别一个移动用户所分配的号码,是区 别移动用户的标志。 IMSI储存在 (U)SIM卡中, 可用于区别移动用户的有效 信息, 其总长度不超过 15 位, 使用 0~9 的数字表示, 其结构如下: MCC+MNC+MSIN。 其中 MSIN ( Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, 移动用户识别码)用以识别某一移动通信网中的移动用户, MSIN共有 10 位, 其结构如下: EF+M0M1M2M3+ABCD, ABCD四位为自由分配。
如果移动终端是根据 (U)SIM卡的 HPLMN信息进行判断, 则首先读取 (U)SIM卡类型,根据 (U)SIM卡类型获取到卡中的 EF IMSI文件信息,并获 得 (U)SIM卡中 EF AD文件的信息。 (U)SIM卡中的 MCC和 MNC信息即包 含在 IMSI信息中, 通过 EFAD文件中的信息可以获取 MNC的长度, 通过 以上两个 EF文件的信息即 EF IMSI文件和 EF AD文件的信息, 可以获得 (U)SIM卡中 MCC和 MNC的信息。 默认情况下获得的 MCC和 MNC的信 息为整型。 在一优选的实施例中, 所述获取的 MCC 和 MNC 信息为 MCC=460, MNC=2。
步驟 S13、 直接读取小区广播信息, 获取 MCC和 MNC信息; 如果移动终端是根据注册实际网络的 PLMN信息进行判断, 则直接读 取小区广播信息, 获取 MCC和 MNC信息。
本发明实施例基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法通过获取 MCC 和 MNC信息的方法, 实现了移动终端在无需用户干预的情况下能够方便地对 小区广播频道号进行自动设定和配置的有益效果, 有利于扩展运营商业务 的同时, 也为终端用户带来了极大的便利。
图 3是本发明基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法第二实施例流程示意 图。如图 3所示,本发明基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法中根据所述 MCC 和 MNC信息, 查询 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应表, 判断所述信息 对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息的步驟之前还包括步驟:
步驟 S06、 配置 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应表。
为了能够便捷地根据 PLMN信息获取到所对应的小区广播频道号信 息, 需要配置并维护一个 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应表。
在一优选的实施例中, 所述 PLMN 与小区广播频道号信息对应表为 PLMN-CBS channel信息对应表, 该表是通过提前采集不同运营商提供的 小区广播频道信息生成的, 将该参数预先存储到移动终端的内存中。 在一 优选的实施例中, 所述小区广播频道号如表 1所示:

频道设置模块 03, 设置为在所述信息对应表中含有所述 MCC和 MNC 信息时, 根据所述信息对应表中对应的 MCC和 MNC信息, 设置小区广播 频道号, 并将所述频道号存入小区广播频道信息数据库; 小区广播模块 04, 设置为根据所述小区广播频道号接收对应的小区广 播信息, 并显示给用户。
移动终端用户插入 (U)SIM卡启动移动终端后, 信息获取模块 01获取 MCC和 MNC信息; 信息查询模块 02根据 MCC和 MNC信息在移动终端 内置的小区广播频道信息数据库的 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应表中 查询针对不同运营商的相关小区广播频道信息, 判断该信息对应表中是否 含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息; 在一优选的实施例中, 针对同一运营商在不 同的小区或者在相同位置的区域内小区广播频道号不同的情况, 信息查询 模块 02可以再附加判断条件。 信息查询模块 02通过增加小区名称 ID或者 小区位置 ID作为新的判断条件, 所述 ID可以通过移动终端在空闲模式下 读取移动终端的 SIB来获取相应系统参数。 在一优选的实施例中, 信息查 询模块 02可提供所述小区名称 ID或小区位置 ID和小区广播单元的接口, 将所述小区名称 ID或小区位置 ID获取的小区广播频道信息传递给小区广 播模块 04; 在所述小区广播频道信息数据库的信息对应表中, 若有对应的 MCC和 MNC信息, 则频道设置模块 03根据所述数据库中对应的 MCC和 MNC信息, 自动设置小区广播频道号,并将所述频道号存入所述数据库中。 小区广播模块 04根据所述小区广播频道号接收对应的小区广播信息, 并显 示给用户; 用户可以根据自己的需要, 自主选择需要接收的小区广播频道 号; 同时, 用户也可以将自己不需要的信息所对应的小区广播频道号屏蔽。

1、 一种基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法, 其中, 该方法包括: 获取移动国家码 MCC和移动网络码 MNC信息;
根据所述 MCC和 MNC信息, 查询公共陆地移动网络 PLMN与小区广 播频道号信息对应表, 判断所述信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC 信息;
所述信息对应表中含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息, 则根据所述信息对应 表中对应的 MCC和 MNC信息, 设置小区广播频道号, 并将所述频道号存 入小区广播频道信息数据库;
根据所述小区广播频道号接收对应的小区广播信息, 并显示给用户。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法, 其中, 所述获取 MCC和 MNC信息为:
识别获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式;
获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式为根据用户身份识别模块 SIM卡的归属 陆地移动网络 HPLMN信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息, 则读取所述用户 SIM 卡类型,获取所述用户 SIM卡中的国际移动用户识别码 IMSI信息,根据所 述 IMSI信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息;
获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式为根据注册实际网络的 PLMN信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息, 则直接读取小区广播信息, 获取 MCC和 MNC信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法, 其中, 所述根据 MCC和 MNC信息, 查询 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应表, 判断所述信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息的步驟之前, 该方 法还包括:
配置 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应表。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法, 其中, 所述判断所述信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息为: 根据预置 的小区名称识别码 ID或小区位置 ID进行判断。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的基于移动终端接收小区广播的方法, 其中, 所述小区名称 ID或小区位置 ID在移动终端空闲模式下获取小区广播频道 信息。
6、 一种基于移动终端接收小区广播的装置, 其中, 该装置包括: 信息获取模块, 设置为获取 MCC和 MNC信息;
信息查询模块,设置为根据所述 MCC和 MNC信息, 查询 PLMN与小 区广播频道号信息对应表, 判断所述信息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC 和 MNC信息;
频道设置模块, 设置为在所述信息对应表中含有所述 MCC和 MNC信 息时, 根据所述信息对应表中对应的 MCC和 MNC信息, 设置小区广播频 道号, 并将所述频道号存入小区广播频道信息数据库;
小区广播模块, 设置为根据所述小区广播频道号接收对应的小区广播 信息, 并显示给用户。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的基于移动终端接收小区广播的装置, 其中, 所述信息获取模块包括:
PLMN类型识别单元, 设置为识别获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式; HPLMN信息获取单元, 设置为获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式为根据 用户 SIM卡的 HPLMN信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息时,读取所述用户 SIM 卡类型, 获取所述用户 SIM卡中的 IMSI信息, 根据所述 IMSI信息获取
MCC和 MNC信息;
PLMN信息获取单元, 设置为获取 MCC和 MNC信息的方式为根据注 册实际网络的 PLMN信息获取 MCC和 MNC信息时,直接读取小区广播信 息, 获取 MCC和 MNC信息。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的基于移动终端接收小区广播的装置, 其中, 该装置还包括:
信息配置模块, 设置为配置 PLMN与小区广播频道号信息对应表。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的基于移动终端接收小区广播的装置, 其中, 所述查询模块具体用于根据预置的小区名称 ID或小区位置 ID判断所述信 息对应表中是否含有所述 MCC和 MNC信息。
