Abstract

一种调整提升胸型的胸罩，其设有胸托部（10；10A；10B）。胸托部（10；10A；10B）呈罩杯状并设有具有黏性的内侧面（11）。胸托部（10；10A；10B）具有顶缘（13）、底缘（14）以及自由侧边（12；12B）。顶缘（13）和底缘（14）皆成凸弧状。自由侧边（12）位于胸托部（12；12B）的外侧缘且形成三个依序邻接的凸弧调整区（121，122，123；121B，122B，123B）。由于本发明与胸托部（10；10A；10B）的外侧缘设有三个凸弧调整区（121，122，123；121B，122B，123B），分别定义为位于顶侧的第一凸弧调整区（121；121B）、位于中段位置的第二凸弧调整区（122；122B）以及位于底侧的第三凸弧调整区（123；123B），能够让使用者黏贴于乳房侧缘的不同位置，由此能够微调胸型。实用性及便利性极佳。

Description

调整提升胸型的胸罩 技术领域
本发明涉及一种贴覆于女性乳房的内衣， 尤其是一种胸罩。 背景技术
目前现有技术的隐形胸罩 (俗称 Nubra), 包括两个单一罩杯， 以及连接两罩 杯的扣件， 而隐形胸罩大致分为数个罩杯尺寸。 虽然不同罩杯大小的使用者能 够选择适合自己尺寸的隐形胸罩。 但是对于同一罩杯尺寸的不同使用者而言， 这些使用者的胸部形状均有差异， 同一轮廓罩杯尺寸的隐形胸罩并无法让这些 不同使用者微调胸型。
并且， 现有技术的隐形胸贴的左侧及右侧皆呈圆弧形， 贴覆乳房轮廓时， 仅能调整贴覆的位置但无法作胸型微部调整。
另外， 单一罩杯形式的隐形胸罩虽然能够罩住乳房， 但是无法让胸部产生 集中托高的效果。 发明内容
为解决现有技术的隐形胸罩有关于无法让同一罩杯尺寸的不同使用者微调 胸型的缺点， 本发明的目的在于提供一种调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其于胸托部的 外侧缘设有三个凸弧调整区， 能够让使用者黏贴于乳房侧缘的不同位置， 由此 能够微调胸型， 实用性及便利性极佳。
本发明所运用的技术手段在于提供一种调整提升胸型的胸罩， 包括： 两个胸托部， 其相互连接， 各胸托部呈罩杯状并设有一具有黏性的内侧面 及一自由侧边， 该两个胸托部的连接处的最小宽度定义为一第一宽度， 将各胸 托部于竖直方向延伸的最大宽度定义为一第二宽度， 该第一宽度小于该第二宽 度； 该两个自由侧边分别位于该胸罩的两相对侧， 各自由侧边形成三个依序邻 接的凸孤调整区。
所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其中， 各胸托部的顶缘及底缘皆呈凸弧状； 并于该两个胸托部连接处的上方及下方分别形成一中段凹口。
所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其中， 该第一宽度小于该第二宽度的二分之 所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其中， 该胸罩具有弹性。

本发明所运用的技术手段在于提供一种调整提升胸型的胸罩， 呈罩杯状， 包括：
一顶缘；
一底缘；
一内侧面， 其具有黏性； 以及
一自由侧边， 其位于该胸罩异于该顶缘及该底缘的一外侧缘， 该自由侧边 形成三个依序邻接的凸弧调整区。
所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其中， 该胸罩的顶缘及底缘皆呈凸弧状。 所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其中， 该胸罩具有弹性。
本发明所提供的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 可以获得的具体效益及功效增进至 少为：
1.让使用者微调： 本发明于胸托部的外侧缘设有三个凸弧调整区， 能够让使 用者黏贴于乳房侧缘的不同位置， 可于乳房侧边上、 中、 下不同位置微调胸型， 实用性及便利性极佳。
2.托高上提： 当使用者将本发明贴覆于乳房时只要将第一凸弧调整区略为朝 上位移， 而比胸托部的顶缘的最高点还高时， 这时第一凸弧调整区黏贴于乳房 侧缘的上方， 能够产生将乳房上提的托高功效。
3.增加固定性： 三个凸弧调整区分别形成三个固定乳房侧边的固定点， 因此 能够让本发明的胸罩更能稳固地固定乳房。 不会因使用者身形走动而位移， 所 以固定效果极佳。
4.集中增大效果： 使用者将本发明贴覆于乳房时， 可翻开第二凸弧调整区及 第三凸弧调整区将副乳往中间移动再贴覆就能够包覆副乳。 凸弧调整区所形成 的固定力可以将副乳固定于胸托部内， 达到消除副乳的目的， 并能增大乳房、 集中胸线形状、 将乳房集中托高且获得较佳包覆效果。 附图说明 图 1是本发明第一较佳实施例的立体外观图；

本发明所提供的一种调整提升胸型的胸罩的第一较佳实施例，如图 1至图 3 所示， 包括： 两个胸托部 10及两个中段凹口 20等部位， 其中：
如图 3至图 6所示， 该两个胸托部 10呈罩杯状且以扣合方式可分离地相互 连接， 各胸托部 10设有一具有黏性的内侧面 1 1及一自由侧边 12， 各胸托部 10 的顶缘 13及底缘 14皆呈凸弧状， 该两个胸托部 10的连接处的最小宽度定义为 一第一宽度 A，将各胸托部 10于竖直方向延伸的最大宽度定义为一第二宽度 B， 该第一宽度 A小于该第二宽度 B , 较佳的是， 该第一宽度 A小于该第二宽度 B 的二分之一。 该两个自由侧边 12分别位于该胸罩的两相对侧；
各自由侧边 12形成三个依序邻接的凸弧调整区， 分别为一位于顶侧的第一 凸弧调整区 121、一位于中段位置的第二凸弧调整区 122及一位于底侧的第三凸 弧调整区 123。 因此， 本发明的第一凸弧调整区 121、 第二凸弧调整区 122及第 三凸弧调整区 123呈现天使翅膀状的视觉美感， 并形成人类手部托住乳房的功 效及作用。 并且， 三个凸弧调整区分别形成三个固定乳房侧边的固定点， 相对 于现有技术胸罩的圆弧形的外側缘来说， 更能够稳固地固定乳房， 固定性极佳。 请进一步参看图 7所示， 当第一凸弧调整区 121黏贴于乳房的侧缘的上方 时， 而比胸托部 10的顶缘 13的最高点还高时， 能够产生将乳房上提的托高功 效。 而第二凸弧调整区 122及第三凸弧调整区 123依箭头方向更进一步朝乳房 外侧黏贴时， 更能集中、 包覆胸部。
如图 1及图 2所示， 该两个中段凹口 20分别形成于该两个胸托部 10连接 处的上方及下方。
本发明的调整提升胸型的胸罩具有弹性， 亦可以不具弹性， 而是在一软质 的垫布的内侧面涂布具有黏性的硅胶， 如此也可以实施。
如图 8所示， 本发明的第二较佳实施例实质上与第一较佳实施例相同， 其 中， 该两个胸托部 10A相互一体连接。
如图 9所示， 本发明的第三较佳实施例实质上与第一较佳实施例相同， 其 中， 第三较佳实施例为单一的胸托部 10B , 并与第一实施例同样地设有一自由 侧边 12B、 一第一凸弧调整区 121B、 一第二凸弧调整区 122B及一第三凸弧调 整区 123B。 第三较佳实施例的结构与功效实质上和第一较佳实施例相同， 在此 容不赘述。
然而以上所述， 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已， 当不能以此限定本发明实 施的范围， 及大凡依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化 与修饰， 皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

权 利 要 求
1.一种调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其特征在于， 包括：
两个胸托部， 其相互连接， 各胸托部呈罩杯状并设有一具有黏性的内侧面 及一自由侧边， 该两个胸托部的连接处的最小宽度定义为一第一宽度， 将各胸 托部于竖直方向延伸的最大宽度定义为一第二宽度， 该第一宽度小于该第二宽 度； 该两个自由侧边分别位于该胸罩的两相对侧， 各自由侧边形成三个依序邻 接的凸弧调整区。
2.如权利要求 1所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其特征在于， 各胸托部的顶缘 及底缘皆呈凸弧状； 并于该两个胸托部连接处的上方及下方分别形成一中段凹 口。
3.如权利要求 2所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其特征在于， 该第一宽度小于 该第二宽度的二分之一。
4.如权利要求 3所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩，其特征在于，该胸罩具有弹性。
5.如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其特征在于， 该 两个胸托部相互一体连接。
6.如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其特征在于， 该 两个胸托部以扣合方式能够分离地相互连接。
7.—种调整提升胸型的胸罩， 呈罩杯状， 其特征在于， 包括：
一顶缘；
一底缘；
一内侧面， 其具有黏性； 以及
一自由侧边， 其位于该胸罩异于该顶缘及该底缘的一外侧缘， 该自由侧边 形成三个依序邻接的凸弧调整区。
8.如权利要求 7所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩， 其特征在于， 该胸罩的顶缘及 底缘皆呈凸弧状。
9.如权利要求 8所述的调整提升胸型的胸罩，其特征在于，该胸罩具有弹性。
