Description

一种无钢圈内衣 技术领域
本实用新型涉及内衣技术领域,尤其是涉及一种无钢圈内衣。
背景技术
市面上带有罩杯的内衣主要分为有钢圈和无钢圈二种。有钢圈胸围穿着时可以对胸部起到支撑和稳定乳房的作用,但在穿着过程中钢圈会压迫人体,导致血液流通不顺畅,从而在乳房的下缘留下压痕。此类有钢圈内衣在长时间穿戴的情况下,会压痛乳房,从而引发乳腺增生、乳房病变、甚至乳癌等相关乳房疾病,危及广大女性消费者的健康。无钢圈内衣由于不使用钢圈,穿着时不会十分紧箍,舒适性高,愈来愈受到女性朋友的青睐。
本申请人发现现有技术至少存在以下技术问题:
传统的无钢圈内衣由于没有钢圈其撑托力不稳定,长时间穿着后,胸位易下垂,上身效果扁平,活动时经常出现不能固位的现象。而且没有侧推、聚胸的效果,不能满足消费者的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无钢圈内衣,以解决现有技术中存在的无钢圈内衣撑托力不稳定的技术问题。本实用新型提供的诸多技术方案中的优选技术方案所能产生的诸多技术效果详见下文阐述。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了以下技术方案:
本实用新型提供的一种无钢圈内衣,所述无钢圈内衣为单片式,其包括内层布和外层布,并形成有罩杯,所述内层布与所述外层布之间设置有多条胶粘层从而于所述罩杯的周侧形成柔性撑托结构。
可选地,所述撑托结构包括与下扒处对应的第一撑托部以及与侧比部和胶 骨处对应的第二撑托部。
可选地,多条胶粘层构成三角形区域形成所述第一撑托部。
可选地,所述第一撑托部处的胶粘层与乳房底侧曲线仿型设置。
可选地,所述第二撑托部处的多条胶粘层竖向排列。
可选地,所述第二撑托部处的多条胶粘层均布于由侧比部至胶骨的区域。
可选地,所述第一撑托部与所述第二撑托部于靠近牙边处相衔接。
可选地,所述无钢圈内衣还包括胸垫,所述内层布上对应所述罩杯的顶部开设有插入口,所述胸垫能由所述插入口处放入所述罩杯内。
可选地,所述胶粘层采用PUR热熔胶或硅胶。
可选地,所述内层布和所述外层布均采用锦氨纶面料。
本实用新型提供的一种无钢圈内衣,内层布与外层布之间设置的多条胶粘层于罩杯的周侧形成柔性撑托结构,多条胶粘层形成的多层次限位撑托结构,提高对乳房的支撑托起效果,而且柔性撑托在保证舒适性的同时能提供稳定的撑托力,防止乳房下垂。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种无钢圈文胸,无钢圈文胸为单片式,其包括内层布100和外层布300,并形成有罩杯,内层布100与外层布300之间设置有多条胶粘层200从而于罩杯的周侧形成柔性撑托结构1。内层布100与外层布300的边沿通过胶粘接。
内层布100与外层布300之间设置的多条胶粘层200于罩杯的周侧形成柔性撑托结构1,多条胶粘层200形成的多层次限位撑托结构1,提高对乳房的支撑托起效果,而且柔性撑托在保证舒适性的同时能提供稳定的撑托力,防止乳房下垂。
作为可选地实施方式,撑托结构1包括与下扒处对应的第一撑托部11以及与侧比部和胶骨处对应的第二撑托部12。
第一撑托部11起到支撑和固位的作用,第二撑托部12起到侧推作用,具有一定的聚拢效果。
作为可选地实施方式,多条胶粘层200构成三角形区域形成第一撑托部11。如图1所示,三角形的第一撑托部11符合人体工学设计,形成一支撑区域,支撑效果较好。
由图1可见,第一撑托部11包括从上至下间隔设置的中部均具有拱型凸起的三条胶粘层200,其中最底部的一个胶粘层200凸起弧由两条起支撑作用的直线状胶粘层200连接,使整个三角形支撑部分更稳定,支撑效果更好。
作为可选地实施方式,第一撑托部11处的胶粘层200与乳房底侧曲线仿型设置,固定限位效果好。
作为可选地实施方式,第二撑托部12处的多条胶粘层200竖向排列,起到侧推聚拢的效果,与现有内衣的胶骨相比,保证侧推效果的同时分散了挤压力。
作为可选地实施方式,第二撑托部12处的多条胶粘层200均布于由侧比部至胶骨的区域,侧推的同时防止副乳的产生。
作为可选地实施方式,第一撑托部11与第二撑托部12于靠近牙边处相衔接,一体胶接固化,而且实现了全方位的支撑。
作为可选地实施方式,无钢圈文胸还包括胸垫,内层布100上对应罩杯的顶部开设有插入口2,胸垫能由插入口2处放入罩杯内。与现有插口开设于靠近侧比部的结构相比,插入口2位于罩杯顶部,即靠近或位于罩杯的对称中心,放入胸垫时能够方便地向两侧摊开,便于胸垫的放入和取出。图1中的虚线示出了胸垫轮廓线3。
作为可选地实施方式,胶粘层200采用PUR热熔胶(Polyurethane
Reactive,湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶),PUR的粘接性和韧性可调节,并有着优异的粘接强度、耐温性、耐化学腐蚀性和耐老化性。
作为可选地实施方式,胶粘层200采用硅胶热熔形成,弹性好。
作为可选地实施方式,内层布100和外层布300均采用锦氨纶面料,弹性好,亲肤舒适。
在本实用新型另一实施方式中提供了一种无钢圈打底内衣,采用锦氨纶双层布面料,在罩杯周侧采用多条胶粘层形成柔性撑托结构,保证舒适性的同时提高支撑效果,支撑稳定性好。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无钢圈内衣,其特征在于,所述撑托结构包括与下扒处对应的第一撑托部以及与侧比部和胶骨处对应的第二撑托部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种无钢圈内衣,其特征在于,多条胶粘层构成三角形区域形成所述第一撑托部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种无钢圈内衣,其特征在于,所述第一撑托部处的胶粘层与乳房底侧曲线仿型设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种无钢圈内衣,其特征在于,所述第二撑托部处的多条胶粘层竖向排列。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种无钢圈内衣,其特征在于,所述第二撑托部处的多条胶粘层均布于由侧比部至胶骨的区域。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种无钢圈内衣,其特征在于,所述第一撑托部与所述第二撑托部于靠近牙边处相衔接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无钢圈内衣,其特征在于,所述无钢圈内衣还包括胸垫,所述内层布上对应所述罩杯的顶部开设有插入口,所述胸垫能由所述插入口处放入所述罩杯内。
