Ce dispositif comprend : une structure métallique (11, 21) ; une pluralité de casiers (12, 22) de sécurité situés dans au moins une partie de la surface frontale de la structure métallique (11, 21), selon une disposition réticulaire ; un support (13, 23) en béton, creux dans le sens longitudinal, qui permet de recevoir la structure métallique (11, 21), ledit support (13, 23) étant destiné à être partiellement enterré dans le terrain (1) ; des actionneurs qui permettent de produire un déplacement vertical de la structure métallique (11, 21) dans le support (13, 23), pour escamoter et faire apparaître à volonté la structure métallique (11, 21) ; et des moyens d'actionnement pour actionner les actionneurs.
