医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别是一种医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置。
背景技术
现有的医用创面负压治疗装置,一般指的是创面冲洗-负压封闭引流专用软垫,该专用软垫兼具创面冲洗和负压引流的功能,其结构包括引流、冲洗管和不透明的医用引流材料,为了方便使用,引流管和冲洗管均分为两段,其中,引流管分为外接引流管和内置引流管,内置引流管部分或全部包裹于医用引流材料之中且壁管上开有多个侧孔。当内置引流管全部包裹于医用引流材料之中时,外接引流管前端通过一种埋设在医用引流材料内,并且接口外露于医用引流材料外表面的插接式引流接头与内置引流管可拆装连接,外接引流管后端连接负压源。冲洗管结构类似,且内置冲洗管包裹于医用引流材料内、前端插入内置引流管内或伸出与医用引流材料内表面外,内置冲洗管后端同样采用一种埋设在医用引流材料内,并且接口外露于医用引流材料外表面的插接式冲洗接头可拆装地与外接冲洗管连接。
首先,将该医用创面负压治疗装置的医用引流材料贴附于患者的开放性伤口或创面上,然后应用医用粘贴薄膜将医用引流材料粘贴和密封于正常皮肤上,最后将外接引流管和外接冲洗管插入相应结构内并连接负压源和冲洗设备,启动冲洗源和负压源,即开始对创面进行冲洗以及渗液或坏死物质引流等。
在使用过程中发现上述结构存在以下缺点:现有的医用引流材料为不透明的材料,故在冲洗过程、渗液或坏死物质引流的冲程中,难以直接观察到患者开放性伤口或创面上的愈合情况,需要将医用创面负压治疗装置拆装后,才能观察并了解到开放性伤口或创面上的愈合情况;在冲洗过程、渗液或坏死物质引流的冲程中,若内置引流管发生堵塞,因内置引流管埋设于医用引流材料内,无法对其进行处理,需更换整个医用创面负压治疗装置才能继续进行冲洗过程、渗液或坏死物质引流,操作十分不方便,且频繁更换医用创面负压治疗装置会影响患者创面的愈合。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置,其可在治疗过程中,直接观察包裹在医用引流材料下的患者开放性伤口或创面上的愈合情况。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置,包括医用引流材料以及前端插进医用引流材料的引流管,所述医用引流材料为透明或所述医用引流材料上至少设有一个透明观察窗。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述透明观察窗部分或者全部覆盖医用引流材料。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述引流管的前端置于医用引流材料或穿出医用引流材料,所述引流管的后端联接至负压源。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述的引流管包括内置引流管以及外接引流管,所述内置引流管拆装在引流管内,所述内置引流管的管壁上设有引流侧孔,所述外接引流管的前端套入内置引流管,所述后端可联接至负压源。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括冲洗管接头和冲洗管,所述冲洗管接头一端与冲洗管插接连接,另一端联接至冲洗源;所述冲洗管的前端置于医用引流材料或穿过医用引流材料后伸出医用引流材料外表面或侧面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述医用引流材料外表面覆盖有不透气材料层,所述不透气材料层的面积等于或者大于医用引流材料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的医用引流材料上为透明或医用引流材料上设置至少一个透明的观察窗,那么当将本发明粘贴在患者的开放性伤口或创面上,可通过透明的医用引流材料或透明的观察窗直接观察开放性伤口或创面上的愈合情况,避免为观察开放性伤口或创面上的愈合情况需将医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置拆下而影响伤口或创面的愈合。
本发明中还设置在引流管中设置可拆装的内置引流管,那么在使用过程中,可将堵塞的内置引流管拆装并更换,防止引流管出现堵塞现象。
本发明可作为医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置使用。

如图1至图2所示的本发明的具体实施例一,一种医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置,包括医用引流材料1以及引流管3,引流管3的前端侧壁上设有引流侧孔,医用引流材料1为透明,引流管3的前端置于医用引流材料1,引流管3包括内置引流管5以及外接引流管2,内置引流管5拆装在引流管3内,内置引流管5的管壁上设有引流侧孔,外接引流管4的前端套入内置引流管5,外接引流管4的后端联接至负压源,还包括冲洗管接头6和冲洗管7,冲洗管接头6一端与冲洗管7插接连接,另一端联接至冲洗源;所述冲洗管7的前端置于医用引流材料1或穿过医用引流材料1后伸出医用引流材料1外表面或侧面。,医用引流材料1外表面覆盖有不透气材料层8,不透气材料层8的面积等于或者大于医用引流材料1。
那么在使用时,将本发明覆盖在开放性伤口或创面上,并用医用粘贴薄膜将本发明粘贴和密封于正常皮肤上,然后外接引流管2的后端可联接至负压源,冲洗管7联接冲洗源,启动负压源就可以对开放性伤口或创面渗液或坏死物质进行引流,负压源一般为—12~—18kPa,并可通过透明的医用引流材料可观察开放性伤口或创面上的愈合情况,避免为观察开放性伤口或创面上的愈合情况需将医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置拆下而影响伤口或创面的愈合。在使用过程中,若出现内置引流管5发生堵塞想象,可将内置引流管5拆卸下来并更换一个新的内置引流管5,即可保证本发明正常工作,避免出现引流管3堵塞后更换医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置的现象出现。
如图3至图4所示的本发明的具体实施例二,与具体实施例1不同之处在于,医用引流材料1上设有至少一个透明的观察窗4,观察窗4部分或者全部覆盖医用引流材料1,本实施例中的观察窗的个数为五个,部分覆盖医用引流材料1,观察窗为聚乙烯醇构件,那么在使用时,将本发明覆盖在开放性伤口或创面上,并用医用粘贴薄膜将本发明粘贴和密封于正常皮肤上,然后外接引流管2的后端可联接至负压源,冲洗管7联接冲洗源,启动负压源就可以对开放性伤口或创面渗液或坏死物质进行引流,负压源一般为-12~-18kPa,可通过观察窗4观察观察开放性伤口或创面上的愈合情况,避免为观察开放性伤口或创面上的愈合情况需将医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置拆下而影响伤口或创面的愈合。

如图6所示的本发明的具体实施例四,与具体实施例2不用之处在于,引流管3以及拆装在引流管3内的内置引流管5穿出医用引流材料1,那么,可根据患者开放性伤口或创面的面积大小,剪断并密封引流管或在引流管前端套一个新的医用引流材料,使本发明能将患者的开放性伤口或创面包裹并进行后续的治疗。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置,其特征在于:所述引流管(3)的前端置于医用引流材料(1)或穿出医用引流材料(1),所述引流管(3)的后端联接至负压源。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的医用创面无堵塞负压治疗装置,其特征在于:所述引流管(3)包括内置引流管(5)以及外接引流管(2),所述内置引流管(5)拆装在引流管(3)内,所述内置引流管(5)的管壁上设有引流侧孔,所述外接引流管(4)的前端套入内置引流管(5),所述外接引流管(4)的后端联接至负压源。
