L'invention concerne un procédé, un système, et un support d'enregistrement permettant d'exploiter l'invitation à émettre de données d'une application, ce procédé comportant, d'une part un cycle d'invitation à émettre des données qui correspond à l'information de cycle d'invitation à émettre des données de l'application qui est présente sur un dispositif de terminal radio d'un utilisateur et qui effectue l'invitation à émettre, et d'autre part une information de connexion de serveur d'application pour l'invitation à émettre des données. Selon l'invention, les données qui sont soumises à l'invitation à émettre, sont recueillies à chacun des cycles d'invitation à émettre qui sont établis, par connexion à un serveur d'application destiné à l'invitation à émettre des données, par utilisation de l'information d'invitation à émettre des données et de l'information de connexion au serveur d'application destiné à l'invitation à émettre des données qui sont établis. Le renouvellement des données est confirmé par comparaison des données recueillies avec les données qui ont été recueillies lors d'un cycle précédent d'invitation à émettre des données. Enfin, selon l'invention, quand le résultat de confirmation montre que les données ont été renouvelées, il y a traitement d'un ensemble de règles de blocage d'invitation à émettre concernant l'application qui est installée sur le dispositif de terminal radio de l'utilisateur, pour effectuer l'invitation à émettre des données, de façon à libérer temporairement ces données par l'intermédiaire d'un serveur de passerelle ou d'un serveur d'ensemble de règles, ou par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de communication directe.
