Abstract
一种气体绝缘封闭组合电器母线检测装置,包括在气体绝缘封闭组合电器筒体(1)中设置的三条母线,在该筒体的外表面上设置有齿条弧形轨道(3),在该齿条弧形轨道上设置有齿轮(6),齿轮的中心轴通过轴承与驱动电机(5)的输出轴连接,在轴承外圈上固定设置有支撑架(4),驱动电机固定设置在支撑架的侧面,在支撑架的顶面上固定设置有X射线发生器(2),X射线发射器的窗口的中心线与气体封闭绝缘组合电器筒体的中心线相交。该装置具有检测速度快,检测结果对比性强,降低工作人员劳动强度等优点。
Description
气体绝缘封闭组合电器母线检测装置 技术领域 本发明涉及一种对气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(Gas Insulated Switchgear, 缩写为 GIS)进行现场 X射线检测自动行走及定位装置设备。
背景技术
气体绝缘封闭组合电器(Gas Insulated Switchgear, 缩写为 GIS)是一种 先进的高压电器配电装置, 具有优良的电器性能, 被广泛的应用于变电站、 电 网、 电气化铁道等领域。 近年来, 由于设计、 安装等因素影响, 以及随着外部 气候环境的变化, GIS筒体出现位移变形等情况,严重影响到筒体内部母线的安 全状况, 存在放电击穿等风险。 现场采用 X射线数字成像检测技术对筒体内部 母线状态进行监测, 虽然 GIS筒体内部母线位置确定, 但是由于受到筒体结构 的影响, 每次检测时只能对其中一相母线进行监测, 但达不到三相母线同时进 行准确监测的目的。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种气体绝缘封闭组合电器母线检测装置, 解决了现有装置 达不到三相母线同时进行准确监测的目的的问题。 本发明是通过以下方案解决以上问题的: 一种气体绝缘封闭组合电器母线检测装置, 包括气体绝缘封闭组合电器筒 体、 第一母线、 第二母线和第三母线, 在气体绝缘封闭组合电器筒体的外表面 上设置有齿条弧形轨道, 在齿条弧形轨道上设置有齿轮, 齿轮的中心轴通过轴 承与驱动电机的输出轴连接, 在轴承外圈上固定设置有支撑架, 驱动电机固定 设置在支撑架的侧面,在支撑架的顶面上固定设置有 X射线发生器, X射线发生 器的窗口的中心线与气体绝缘封闭组合电器筒体的中心线相交。 齿条弧形轨道的两端是通过钢丝连接在一起的, 齿条弧形轨道的两侧面上 对应设置有定位凹槽, 门字形的支撑架的两底脚活动设置在该对应定位凹槽中。 本发明通过 X射线检测自动行走及定位装置则可以将三相母线以相同的条 件进行监测, 不但使得到的图片效果质量好, 而且可以将三相母线的状态进行
对比, 从而为准确判定设备安全状态提供可靠的依据。 具有检测速度快, 检测 结果对比性强, 降低工作人员劳动强度等优点。

具体实施方式
一种气体绝缘封闭组合电器母线检测装置, 包括气体绝缘封闭组合电器筒 体 1、 第一母线 7、 第二母线 8和第三母线 9, 在气体绝缘封闭组合电器筒体 1 的外表面上设置有齿条弧形轨道 3, 在齿条弧形轨道 3上设置有齿轮 6, 齿轮 6 的中心轴通过轴承与驱动电机 5 的输出轴连接, 在轴承外圈上固定设置有支撑 架 4,驱动电机 5固定设置在支撑架 4的侧面, 在支撑架 4的顶面上固定设置有 X射线发生器 2, X射线发生器 2的窗口的中心线与气体绝缘封闭组合电器筒体 1的中心线相交。 齿条弧形轨道 3的两端是通过钢丝连接在一起的, 齿条弧形轨道 3的两侧 面上对应设置有定位凹槽, 门字形的支撑架 4 的两底脚活动设置在该对应定位 凹槽中。 将装有齿条及凹槽的齿条弧形轨道 3置于气体绝缘封闭组合电器筒体 1上, 将轨道两端通过钢丝装置连接在一起。 通过轴将驱动电机 5、 装有轴承的齿轮 6 及 X射线发生器 2的支撑架 4连接到一起, 并将其与齿条弧形轨道 3相结合。 X 射线发生器 2置于支撑架 4上, 将射线窗口正对 GIS筒体, 同时, 将装有信号 接收器的驱动电机 5通过电缆与 X射线发生器 2相连。 当接通电源时, 驱动电 机处于待机状态, 通过遥控器可以遥控电机在轨道上进行行走, 到达指定位置。
Claims
1、一种气体绝缘封闭组合电器母线检测装置,包括气体绝缘封闭组合电器 筒体(1 )、 第一母线 (7)、 第二母线 (8)和第三母线(9), 其特征在于, 在气 体绝缘封闭组合电器筒体(1 ) 的外表面上设置有齿条弧形轨道(3), 在齿条弧 形轨道(3) 上设置有齿轮 (6), 齿轮(6) 的中心轴通过轴承与驱动电机(5) 的输出轴连接, 在轴承外圈上固定设置有支撑架(4), 驱动电机(5) 固定设置 在支撑架(4) 的侧面, 在支撑架 (4) 的顶面上固定设置有 X射线发生器(2), X射线发生器(2)的窗口的中心线与气体绝缘封闭组合电器筒体(1 )的中心线 相交。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种气体绝缘封闭组合电器母线检测装置,其特 征在于,齿条弧形轨道(3)的两端是通过钢丝连接在一起的,齿条弧形轨道(3) 的两侧面上对应设置有定位凹槽, 门字形的支撑架(4) 的两底脚活动设置在该 对应定位凹槽中。
