  • Electric toothbrushes are using electric power suppllied usually by a battery to move the brush head rapidly, while the user hand is only guding the brush to the target teeth, the types of the automatic movement of the head are either oscillating side to side, or rotation-oscillation (where brush heads rotate in one direction and then to the other).

Abstract

L'invention concerne une brosse à dents électrique (20), ayant une pile (21), un moteur d'entraînement (24), un arbre d'entraînement (25) et un disque scellé tournant (26), basé à l'intérieur d'un boîtier scellé (22) à l'intérieur du manche (23) de la brosse (20), tandis qu'un bras semi-flexible tournant excentrique (27) est fixé d'un côté sur le disque scellé (26) près de son bord et fixé de son autre côté à la tête de brosse (28). L'arbre d'entraînement (25) fait tourner le disque (26) pour faire tourner le bras (27) afin de faire tourner la tête de brosse (28) dans une trajectoire circulaire, mais sans changer la direction des poils de la tête de brosse (28), de telle sorte que la tête de brosse (28) tourne vers le côté inférieur des dents et laisse ses poils (29) appliquer une légère pression contre la couronne de dents lorsqu'ils la traversent, puis tourne pour s'éloigner des dents, pour se déplacer à nouveau vers le bas, puis se déplace vers la gencive des dents, accomplissant une rotation circulaire, et ainsi de suite, en simulant parfaitement un brossage manuel réel des dents.
