Cette invention concerne un matériau de construction comprenant des composites organiques/fibreux ou des produits de bois massif, tels que des panneaux de plâtre fibreux, des panneaux de plâtre revêtus de papier, des panneaux de particules, des poteaux de contreplaqué ou de bois massif faits de sapin blanc et rouge. Ledit matériau de construction est traité par un agent anti-moisissure et ignifugeant tel que de l'acide borique et du borax.
