Abstract

L'invention concerne une cuve de carbonisation (11) comprenant un volume creux entouré par une enveloppe de cuve de carbonisation pour la carbonisation hydrothermale d'un milieu de traitement (5) à viscosité élevée et/ou chargé de matières solides, l'enveloppe de cuve de carbonisation pouvant être montée dans un fluide (3), séparé du milieu de traitement (5). L'invention vise à créer une cuve de carbonisation (11) permettant d'améliorer le transfert thermique du milieu de traitement (5) au fluide (3) par les parois de la cuve de carbonisation (11) tout en présentant une fabrication simplifiée, de manière à obtenir une carbonisation hydrothermale efficace sur le plan énergétique. À cet effet, un canal de transfert thermique (116) traversant totalement la cuve de carbonisation (11) s'étend d'une entrée (1161) à une sortie (1162), l'espace intérieur de ce canal de transfert thermique (116) étant totalement séparé du milieu de traitement (5) au moyen de parois du canal de transfert thermique (116) et pouvant être parcouru par le fluide (3).
