技术领域
本发明涉及蜂窝移动通信系统, 尤其涉及一种终端邻区列表的处理方法 和基站控制器。 背景技术
码分多址( Code Division Multiple Access, 简称 CDMA ) 系统的自干扰 系统是通过软切换技术来减小同频的干扰, 终端来测量并上报周围邻区小区 的导频强度信息, 由基站控制器( Base Station Controller简称 BSC )根据上报 的导频信息来判决是否要进行切换。
在切换过程中,终端需要不断测量当前所处小区和邻区前向信道的质量, 而终端需要对哪些邻区进行测量, 是通过 BSC下发的邻区列表所规定的。 对 于 BSC, 需要为每个小区维护一个邻区列表, 以保证在该范围的终端搜索邻 区信号强度的效率。 对于终端, 也需要维护一个邻区列表: 手机在空闲状态, BSC通过控制信道的开销信息告知手机当前的小区及其邻区情况; 手机在业 务信道时, BSC通过业务信道的邻区更新消息来通知手机当前的邻区情况。
CDMA EVDO空口协议规定, 手机的邻区列表可以支持 31个。 由于城 市的无线环境复杂, 邻区趋于不断增加的趋势, 特别在多方切换的场景下, 终端的邻区列表是激活集小区的邻区集合的并集, 所以邻区列表更新将涉及 到邻区的合并问题, 根据配置合并的邻区个数可能大大超过空口支持最大个 数, 这样就需要舍去一些邻区, 目前大多数的做法仅仅是根据一定的策略来 判断, 如根据邻区的出现次数来决定其优先级, 但是这些方法是依靠静态配 置来决定, 往往跟现实的场景有偏差, 会发生强导频搜索不到导致掉话的情 况。
欧洲专利 EP1487230中描述了邻区合并的一种算法, 综合考虑了激活集 中导频的强度和邻区的出现频度的高低两个因素, 得到一个邻区的权重, 根 据该权重来决定邻区列表; 该算法的两个因素: a.导频强度越大, 如果此时 终端靠近哪一个小区, 认为这个小区的邻区优先级比较高; b.出现频度越高, 说明该邻区为公共邻区, 优先级比较高; 这两个因素一定程度上提高邻区的 准确性, 但是另一方面, 对于条件 a准确度不高, 无法简单通过当前用户的 位置来判断用户将移动的方向; 对于条件 b, 完全依赖于 BSC侧小区邻区配 置的正确性, 有一定的局限性。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种终端邻区列表的处理方法和基站控制器, 以克 服现有的 BSC为终端提供的邻区列表与现实的场景有偏差的问题。

邻区集合 N中的邻区 nbk按照以下条件赋予权重: 对于 Ck越大的邻区权重越大, 其含义是该邻区做为激活集小区的共同邻 区, AT往该小区切换的机率也更大。
