Claims (20)
- 기준 신호와 초음파 신호를 이용하여 전자펜 팁의 위치를 측정하고 상기 전자펜 팁의 위치 정보를 전자기기로 입력하는 위치측정부와;상기 위치측정부가 설치되는 하우징과;상기 하우징을 상기 전자기기의 일측에 결합시키도록 일단이 상기 하우징과 연결되고, 타단이 상기 전자기기에 체결되는 체결수단을;포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 체결수단은 상기 전자기기의 일측에 삽입되는 삽입부재와, 상기 삽입부재의 일측에 위치하여 상기 하우징과 연결되는 연결부재를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 삽입부재는 상기 연결부재에 회전 가능하게 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 연결부재는 상기 하우징에 회전 가능하게 체결된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 하우징에 대하여 상기 연결부재가 일정 각도 회전된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 상기 연결부재의 외면에는 그 둘레 방향을 따라 일정 거리 이격 배치되는 복수의 고정홈이 함몰 형성되고, 상기 하우징의 일측에는 상기 연결부재의 회전에 따라 상기 고정홈에 선택적으로 삽입되는 고정돌기가 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전자펜에는 상기 기준 신호를 발신하는 기준 신호 발신부와, 상기 초음파 신호를 발신하는 초음파 발신부가 구비되고, 상기 위치측정부는 상기 하우징의 일측면에 구비되어 상기 기준 신호 발신부에서 발신된 상기 기준 신호를 수신하는 기준 신호 수신부와, 상기 초음파 발신부에서 발신된 상기 초음파 신호를 수신하는 복수의 초음파 수신부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 복수의 초음파 수신부는 상기 기준 신호 수신부를 기준으로 양측에 각각 배치된 제1초음파 수신부와, 제2초음파 수신부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 연결부재와 상기 하우징은 상기 연결부재와 상기 하우징이 일 직선상에 배치되거나 혹은 일정한 각을 이루면서 배치될 수 있도록 하는 관절부에 의하여 상호 체결된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 관절부는 상기 연결부재의 일단부에 형성된 제1경사면과, 상기 하우징의 일단부에 형성된 제2경사면과, 상기 제1경사면과 제2경사면의 판면이 상호 접촉된 상태에서 회전 가능하도록 상기 제1경사면과 제2경사면 중 어느 하나의 경사면의 중심에 돌출 형성된 돌출부재와, 다른 하나의 경사면의 중심에 관통 형성되어 상기 돌출부재가 삽입되는 삽입공을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상호 접촉되는 상기 제1경사면과 상기 제2경사면 중 어느 하나의 경사면에는 단부가 굴곡지게 형성된 복수의 구속돌기가 돌출 형성되고 다른 하나의 경사면에는 상기 구속돌기가 선택적으로 삽입 및 이탈되는 복수의 구속홈이 함몰 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하우징은 외형을 형성하는 배면커버와, 상기 배면커버에 수용되며 상기 연결부재가 고정 결합됨으로써 상기 삽입부재와 전기적으로 연결되는 회로기판과, 상기 배면커버의 전방에 체결되는 전면커버를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 삽입부재는 상기 위치 측정장치를 상기 전자기기에 연결시에 방향성을 갖지 않도록 양면에 연결단자가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 전면커버의 일측에는 상기 전면커버를 관통하여 상기 전면커버의 전방으로 돌출되는 상기 삽입부재의 둘레면을 지지하며 상기 삽입부재의 양면이 외부로 노출되도록 하는 노출공이 형성된 별도의 지지부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 지지부재에는 사용되지 않는 상기 삽입부재의 어느 한 면에 구비된 연결단자를 외부와 차폐시키도록 상기 지지부재의 일측면에 삽입되는 부도체시트가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 전면커버의 일측에는 사용되지 않는 상기 삽입부재의 어느 한 면에 구비된 상기 연결단자와 상기 전자기기 사이의 전기적인 접속을 차단시킬 수 있는 스위치가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하우징에는 상기 전자펜 팁의 위치 정보를 상기 전자기기 측으로 전송하는 통신부가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 삽입부재가 유에스비 단자로 구성되어 상기 통신부는 유선 통신 방식에 의하여 상기 위치측정부에서 측정한 상기 전자펜 팁의 위치 정보를 상기 전자기기로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 통신부는 무선 통신 방식에 의하여 상기 위치측정부에서 측정한 상기 전자펜 팁의 위치 정보를 상기 전자기기로 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 측정장치.
- 화면을 구비한 전자기기의 상기 화면에 디스플레이 될 내용을 입력하는 전자펜과;상기 전자펜 팁의 위치를 측정하는 청구항 제1항 내지 청구항 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 위치 측정장치를;포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치정보 입력시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 전자펜에는 상기 위치 측정장치의 기준 신호 수신부로 수신되는 기준 신호를 발신하는 기준 신호 발신부와, 상기 위치 측정장치의 초음파 수신부로 수신되는 초음파 신호를 발신하는 초음파 발신부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치정보 입력시스템.
