Description

Hair removal treatment equipment
The present invention relates to a hair removal treatment apparatus. In particular, the present invention relates to a hair removal treatment apparatus that performs hair removal treatment by irradiating a light beam emitted from a xenon tube.
Conventional technology
Conventional methods proposed as hair removal methods include an electric needle hair removal method, a laser hair removal method, and a photo hair removal method using light from a flash lamp.
The electric needle hair removal method is a method in which needles are pierced into individual pores and electricity is applied to destroy the portions involved in hair growth such as hair roots and hair matrix cells by heat generation or electrolysis. Since the hair is removed by putting the needle in the unit of one pore, it can be surely removed, but it is complicated and the processing time is long. This method also has the problem of being painful.
Laser hair removal is a method of removing hair by applying a chemical change to the hair root or surrounding cell tissue by irradiating the surface of the skin with laser light using the characteristic that laser light is absorbed in a specific color. Irradiation is performed on a surface-by-surface basis, so processing time is shorter than with the electric needle hair removal method. However, the hair that appears on the surface layer is about 20%, and it is necessary to repeat the treatment several times according to the hair cycle.
The photo epilation method is a method of irradiating the surface of the skin with a light beam from a flash lamp such as a xenon tube to chemically remove the hair root or the surrounding cell tissue to remove the hair. Compared with the laser hair removal method, the irradiation energy is small, the irradiation range can be made wider, and the treatment time can be shortened. Similar to the laser hair removal method, it is necessary to repeat the treatment several times according to the hair cycle.
However, in the hair removal treatment apparatus using such laser hair removal method or light hair removal method, since the output energy of laser or light is large, there is a high risk of causing burnout and other troubles when carelessly irradiated, and the skin is burned. There is a risk of causing. If a laser or the like accidentally enters your eyes, you may lose your eyesight.
For this reason, various safety measures have been taken when using a phototherapy device (including a hair removal treatment device) using a laser beam or the like. For example, Patent Document 1 describes an irradiation probe provided with a shielding plate that shields laser light emitted from a semiconductor laser, an irradiation operation switch that opens and closes a shielding plate, and an irradiation start switch element that works in conjunction with the irradiation switch. ing. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-228561 describes that erroneous irradiation is prevented by preventing laser light from being emitted unless the three switches of the foot pedal switch, the contact switch, and the laser light emission switch are simultaneously turned on.
Patent Document 3 describes a method for performing a safe operation with only one operation switch.
Utility Model Registration No. 3131883
However, although it is safe for safety to prevent inadvertent irradiation by increasing the number of switches necessary for irradiation of light beams such as lasers described in the above-mentioned patent documents, the operation is not necessary for operating the device. There is a drawback that it becomes complicated and the operability of the device is lowered. Also, when the number of switches increases, if any switch operation is insufficient, irradiation is not performed, but it is difficult for the operator to know which switch operation is insufficient, It is necessary to operate the switch, and there is a problem that irradiation stops when any of the switches is insufficiently operated.
In addition, although there is only one operation switch of the device described in Patent Document 3, in the case of a device having a handpiece, since it is often operated by changing the handpiece depending on the processing site, it is arranged in advance. As a result, the convenience of operation is impaired because the operated switch is deviated from the proper operation position.
In view of the above problems, the object of the present invention is to provide two irradiation buttons having the same function on the handpiece that can change the grip according to the processing site, and change the grip according to the processing site. FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a schematic flow of processing of the hair removal processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention. The following processing is mainly performed by the control unit 2 of the apparatus main body 1.
In step S101, the operator first turns on the power switch.
In step S102, the control unit 2 confirms the signal from each sensor.
If there is an abnormality, an alarm is displayed and the process ends (not shown).
In step S103, the irradiation control unit 201 causes the xenon tube to emit simmer light via the irradiation unit 55. By causing the simmer emission in advance, the xenon tube can emit light at high speed.
In step S104, the operation control unit 202 initializes the display 53 and the irradiation buttons 51 and 52. That is, the display 53 is set to a stop state, and, for example, a red lamp is turned on. In addition, each irradiation button 51, 52 can be operated.
In step S105, the operation control unit 202 checks whether or not the first or second irradiation button 51, 52 is pressed. If either the first or second irradiation button 51, 52 is pressed, the process proceeds to the next step S106. If neither the first irradiation button nor the second irradiation button has been pressed, the process returns to step S105 and waits until one of the irradiation buttons is pressed.
In step S106, the operation control unit 202 changes the setting of the display 53 from the stopped state to the standby state. For example, when it is displayed in red in the stopped state, it is displayed in green in the standby state.
In step S107, the other irradiation button is locked and the operation becomes invalid. The timer 203 of the control unit 2 starts counting.
In step S108, it is checked whether or not a predetermined standby time (for example, 10 seconds) has elapsed from the count value of the timer 203. If the predetermined waiting time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S113. If the predetermined waiting time has not elapsed, the process proceeds to the next step S109.
In step S109, the operation control unit 202 checks whether or not the same irradiation button has been pressed for the second time, and returns to step S108 if the second pressing has not been performed. If the predetermined time has elapsed in step S108 without pressing the second irradiation button, the display on the display is changed to the stop state (S113). For this reason, even if the irradiation button is inadvertently pressed, the irradiation operation is not performed and the operation is stopped again. If the second irradiation button is pressed, the process proceeds to step S110.
In step S110, the irradiation control unit 201 operates the irradiation unit 55 to cause the xenon tube 56 to emit light, and irradiates light from the irradiation window. Pulse light is emitted from the xenon tube. The pulse width, that is, the irradiation time is, for example, 20 ms to 1500 ms. This is the end of one irradiation.
In step S111, the operation control unit 202 increments the irradiation counter 54 by one. The irradiation counter 54 records and displays the cumulative number of irradiations since the installation of the hair removal treatment apparatus. This is useful information when handpieces are exchanged.
In step S112, the irradiation control unit 201 checks whether or not the processing mode is “continuous irradiation mode”. In the “continuous irradiation mode”, the process returns to step S108. By pressing the second irradiation button within a predetermined waiting time, the hair removal process can be continued continuously by changing the irradiation site. If it is not “continuous irradiation mode” in step S112, the process proceeds to next step S113.
In step S113, the operation control unit 202 changes the setting of the display of the display unit 53 to the stopped state, and turns on the red lamp.
In step S114, the irradiation control unit 201 checks whether or not “treatment is completed”. If it is not “end of treatment”, the process returns to step S102. This is a case where irradiation is continued by resetting various operation modes and the like. In step S114, in the case of “end of treatment”, the process proceeds to next step S115.
In step S115, the operator turns off the power and finishes the hair removal process.
As described above, the irradiation operation of the irradiation unit 55 is started only when the second superimposed pressing with the same irradiation button is performed while the display is set in the standby state. The operator can easily start the irradiation operation by confirming the display on the display and operating the first or second irradiation button. In addition, since the display is only set to the standby state by one operation of the irradiation button, even if the first or second irradiation button is operated by mistake, the irradiation is not performed and one irradiation button is used. Thus, the irradiation operation can be performed easily and safely.
Also, the first or second irradiation button can select an irradiation button at an appropriate position when the grip is changed according to the processing site. When one of the irradiation buttons is operated, the other irradiation buttons are locked, so that it functions substantially as one irradiation button, and an erroneous operation can be prevented.
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the usage state of the handpiece 5. The operator attaches the strap 91 of the handpiece to the wrist, confirms that the handpiece display 53 is in a stopped state (lights in red), and holds the handpiece body 50 or the grip portion according to the treatment site of the hair removal process. Then (in FIG. 6, the handpiece body 50), the irradiation window 57 is pressed against the skin surface of the treatment site and is brought into close contact with the skin. When the first or second irradiation button 51 or 52 is pressed once, it enters a standby state (blue lighting) and irradiation is possible. By pressing the same irradiation button again within the waiting time (for example, 10 seconds), pulsed light is irradiated from the irradiation window 57.
