因此, 亟需研发一种用于消费信用征信的信息处理系统, 通过构建消 费者 (智能卡) 一一消费信用征信系统一一商户 (消费终端) 的三元消费 模式, 实现实时、 客观进行消费信息的釆集及信息处理。 发明内容

消费信息接收模块, 用于接收信息终端读取的包含基础信用信息数据、 消费信息数据信息在内的智能卡数据包, 经解包后发送给消费信息数据库; 消费信息数据库, 用于存储与智能卡账户对应的消费信息数据; 原始消费信息数据库, 用于存储与智能卡账户对应的原始消费信息数 据;
原始信用信息数据库,用于存储与智能卡账户对应的原始信用信息数 据;
比对中间件模块, 用于读取与智能卡账户对应的所述消费信息数据库 中的消费信息数据和读取所述原始消费信息数据库的消费信息数据进行对 比, 并将比对结果发送给比对结果数据库;
比对结果数据库, 用于存储智能卡对应的所述消费信息数据库和所述 原始消费信息数据库及原始信用信息数据库的数据比对结果, 并将比对结 果中的信用信息数据、 消费信息数据发送给信息终端。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的用于消费信用征信的信息处理系统, 其 特征在于, 所述消费信用信息处理子系统支持多个信息终端, 而每个信息 终端支持多个智能卡进行刷卡。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于消费信用征信的信息处理系统, 其特征 在于, 所述信息终端, 为 POS机。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于消费信用征信的信息处理系统, 其特征 在于, 所述智能卡为接触式或非接触式 IC卡。
6、 一种用于权利要求 1所述信息处理系统的信息处理方法, 其特征在 于, 该方法包括:
A、 将智能卡插入信息终端或在信息终端上刷卡, 所述信息终端从所述 智能卡中读取消费信息数据和基础信用信息数据, 并将其发送给消费信用 信息处理子系统;
B、所述消费信用信息处理子系统接收所述消费信息数据及基础或原始 信用信息数据, 经核对无误后将所述消费信息数据存储在消费信息数据库 中;
C、 通过比对中间件模块读取消费信息数据库、 原始消费信息数据库和 原始信用信息数据库中的数据, 并对原始信用信息数据、 消费信息数据和 原始消费信息数据进行比对;
D、根据消费信息数据和原始信用信息数据值, 判断是否超出预设的风 险控制阈值, 若超出, 则返回越界结果并结束本次信息处理过程; 否则, 则将经比对没有越界的结果发送给比对结果数据库;
E、 将比对结果中的信用信息数据、 消费信息数据发送给信息终端;
F、 通过所述信息终端将消费信息数据更新到所述智能卡中。
