Such a type of products, for example, smart phones, are usually controlled by people's hands, and are easily to slip off from the hands due to the property of the material, so the easy of use of the product is affected, and in serious cases, the product may even be damaged due to the drop.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In view of the disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention is directed to an anti-slip patch, which can be attached to an electronic product to enhance the slip resistance, and provide a protection function for the product. The present invention is also directed to an electronic product with the anti-slip patch.
In order to achieve the above objectives, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.
An anti-slip patch is provided, which includes a silicone material layer, a base film, and a silicone adhesive layer that are laminated together.
Preferably, the thickness of the silicone material layer is 0.3 mm- 1.0 mm, and/or the thickness of the silicone adhesive layer is 0.02 mm-0.05 mm, and/or the thickness of the base film is 0.02 mm-0.036 mm.
Preferably, an adhesive force of the silicone adhesive layer is greater than 93 gf/cm2.
Preferably, the material of the base film is polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
Preferably, the anti-slip patch has a preformed hole for exposing a specific part of an object to be attached to.
Preferably, the anti-slip patch is a slender strip suitable for being attached to a side edge of the object to be attached to.
A portable electronic product is provided, which has at least one portion of the surface is attached with any one of the aforementioned anti-slip patches, the silicone adhesive layer of the anti-slip patch is attached to the surface of the electronic product, and the anti-slip patch is transparent, translucent, or opaque.
An anti-slip patch kit is provided, which includes any one of the aforementioned anti-slip patches and release films disposed on two sides of the anti-slip patch. The material of the release films may be PET.
Preferably, the release films and the anti-slip patch have at least one matched preformed hole.
Preferably, start peeling points of the release films are disposed close to the position of the preformed hole of the anti-slip patch.
Preferably, at least the release film close to the silicone material layer is colored.
The beneficial technical effects of the present invention are as follows.
By applying the anti-slip patch of the present invention in an electronic product, due to the slip resistance function of the silicon material layer, the electronic product can be easily controlled when being used or carried by a user, and is not easily to slip off from hands. Moreover, the anti-slip patch may further function to protect the surface of the product from being worn and scratched at ordinary times, and may also provide a protection function of shock proofing and damage prevention when the product accidentally slips down. The present invention is applicable in various types of portable digital products, including digital cameras, mobile phones, portable computers, and tablet computers.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an anti-slip patch according to an embodiment of the present invention; and
FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an anti-slip patch kit according to an embodiment of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is further described in detail through embodiments with reference to the accompany drawings.
Referring to FIG. 1, in an embodiment, an anti-slip patch includes a silicone material layer 101, a base film 102, and a silicone adhesive layer 103 that are laminated together.
In some preferred embodiments, the thickness of the silicone material layer 101 may be 0.3 mm-1.0 mm, and/or the thickness of the silicone adhesive layer 103 may be 0.02 mm-0.05 mm, and/or the thickness of the base film 102 may be 0.02 mm-0.036 mm.
In a preferred embodiment, the adhesive force of the silicone adhesive layer 103 is larger than 93 gf/cm2.
In a preferred embodiment, the material of the base film 102 is PET.
The anti-slip patch may be transparent, translucent, or opaque, and preferably be highly transparent.
In some preferred embodiments, the anti-slip patch has at least one preformed hole (not shown) for exposing a specific part(specific parts) of an object to be attached to. The specific part of the object to be attached to may be, for example, a function button and a hole at a side edge of a smart phone.
In some preferred embodiments, the anti-slip patch is a slender strip suitable for being attached to a peripheral side edge (for example, a side edge of a telephone) of the object to be attached to.
In an embodiment, a portable electronic product includes a body (not shown). At least one portion of the surface of the body is attached with the anti-slip patch according to any one of the aforementioned embodiments. The silicone adhesive layer of the anti-slip patch is attached to the surface of the electronic product. The anti-slip patch may be transparent, translucent, or opaque, and preferably be highly transparent.
Referring to FIG. 2, in an embodiment, an anti-slip patch kit includes any one of the aforementioned anti-slip patches and two release films, namely, an upper release film 104 and a lower release film 105, disposed on two sides of the anti-slip patch.
In a preferred embodiment, the release films 104 and 105 and the anti-slip patch have at least one matched preformed hole (not shown) . The preformed hole may be a punched hole formed through manufacturing the release film and the anti-slip patch together. The release films 104 and 105 may be formed by coating a PET material on the two sides of the anti-slip patch. The formed anti-slip patch kit may be wound together.
In a preferred embodiment, at least the upper release film 104 close to the silicone material layer 101 is colored. When the anti-slip patch is attached to an electronic product, first, the lower release film 105 close to the silicone adhesive layer 103 may be peeled off, then the anti-slip patch, together with the upper release film 104, is attached to a corresponding part of the electronic product, and finally, the upper release film 104 is peeled off from the anti-slip patch that has already been attached to the electronic product. When the anti-slip patch is highly transparent, in the attaching process, the colored upper release film 104 allows a user to observe and align the position conveniently, so that the user can accurately attach the anti-slip patch to the corresponding part of the electronic product.
In a preferred embodiment, a start peeling point of the lower release film 105 close to the silicone adhesive layer 103 is located close to the position of the preformed hole of the anti-slip patch. When the anti-slip patch is attached to an electronic product, the lower release film 105 is peeled off from the start peeling point close to the preformed hole of the anti-slip patch. Then, the exposed preformed hole area of the anti-slip patch is first attached to a position of a corresponding button or hole of the electronic product, and after accurate alignment of the position is achieved, the rest portion of the anti-slip patch is attached to the surface of the electronic product. In this way, the user can easily operate and use the anti-slip patch, which enables the attaching process to be more accurate and effective.
