4.根据权利要求 1所述的互联网直接支付移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述人机交互确认包 括: 如果用户确认支付, 则与用户交互验证手机支付保护密码, 如果验证通过, 则与用户 交互采集或从存储器取出用户的支付账户信息, 包括账户密码。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的互联网直接支付移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述支付账户信息是 指存储在所述终端存储器中的银行卡账户信息, 和 /或所述用户在所述终端上输入的银行卡 账户密码或校验码信息, 和 /或所述用户的数字签名信息, 和 /或所述用户的面部识别信息。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的互联网直接支付移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述具有虚拟刷卡功 能的互联网直接支付移动终端, 进一步包括以下功能: 当商户支付器完成交易处理过程后, 向所述终端发送包含交易结果的操作完成凭证信息后, 结束与所述终端之间的通信过程。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的互联网直接支付移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述商户支付器是指 登录在互联网数据网络上的 POS机; 所述 POS即 Point of Sale, 是指销售点终端, 它是一 种多功能终端, 把它安装在银行卡的特约商户和受理网点中与计算机联成网络, 以实现电 子资金的自动转账。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的互联网直接支付移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述后续的交易处理 过程是指现有 POS的银行卡刷卡交易处理流程。
9.一种具有虚拟刷卡功能的互联网间接支付移动终端, 其特征在于, 当用户启动虚拟刷 卡功能后, 所述终端与虚拟刷卡服务器经互联网通信交互, 使所述用户按照商户支付器名 称或编码检索并选择当前等待处理所述用户手机支付的商户支付器, 由所述用户控制所述 终端通过互联网建立与所述用户选定的商户支付器的数据通信连接, 所述商户支付器发送 包括交易内容和交易金额字段内容的消息到所述终端, 所述终端与所述用户人机交互, 如 果所述用户确认支付, 则所述终端与虚拟刷卡服务器通信交互完成所述交易的支付过程后, 所述虚拟刷卡服务器向所述商户支付器发送所述交易的操作结果消息, 所述商户支付器接 收到所述消息后, 向所述终端发送包含交易结果的操作完成凭证信息后, 结束与所述终端 之间的通信过程。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的互联网间接支付移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述交易的支付过 程是指虚拟刷卡服务器发起的银行卡刷卡交易处理流程。
