具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3所示为本实用新型LED筒灯的实施例,包括反光杯1、设置于反光杯1内的LED铝基板2、设置于LED铝基板2上部的散热器3、固定于散热器3下部的外环4以及设置于反光杯1下部的透镜5,反光杯1与外环4之间设有外环饰件6,外环饰件6的一端与透镜5连接、另一端设置于散热器3与外环4之间。
该LED筒灯采用外环4和外环饰件6两个金属配件的组合,改进了现有筒灯的外环结构,减少了车制加工工序,并且有效降低了成本,增加了表面处理工艺的选择性,提高了LED筒灯的成品效果。
本实施例中,散热器3连接有与外环4固定连接的弯折延伸件7,延伸件7弯折处向散热器3延伸方向设有通孔8,通孔8处设有扭簧9。利用扭簧9的弹性复位作用,卡住筒灯使其固定在天花板或墙上,通过外环4将灯直接从天花板拉出。其中,通孔8的设计便于调节扭簧9,使其可达到最大限度地扭转并贴紧延伸件7,使LED筒灯的拆装更为灵活方便。
对于延伸件7弯折的角度没特殊要求,只是将顶部散热器3延伸到外环固定,可根据反光杯1的高度改变而改变,而延伸件7上通孔8的尺寸则为扭簧9的安装尺寸。
