2、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据推送系统， 其特征在于， 所述服务器 包括： 采集单元、 获取单元、 确定单元、 判断单元、 存储单元以及推送单 元；
所述采集单元采集所述家庭终端设备的用户数据并发送给所述获取 单元；

3、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据推送系统， 其特征在于， 所述控制器 包括数据接收设备以及开关控制模块，所述数据接收设备接收所述服务器 推送的节目数据并发送到所述家庭终端设备进行显示，所述开关控制模块 用于控制是否向所述家庭终端设备发送节目数据。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的数据推送系统， 其特征在于， 所述控制器 为家庭网关。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据推送系统， 其特征在于， 所述网络为 互联网、 有线电视网或电信网。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据推送系统， 其特征在于， 所述家庭终 端设备为计算机、 电视或手机。
7、 一种数据推送方法， 其特征在于， 所述数据推送方法包括： 步骤 A、服务器采集家庭终端设备的用户数据并分析得到用户偏好信 息，根据所述用户偏好信息从与所述服务器相连的网络中获取用户偏好的 节目数据；
步骤 B、 服务器将所述用户偏好的节目数据推送给控制器；
步骤 C、控制器将接收到的用户偏好的节目数据分配给家庭终端设备 进行显示。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的数据推送方法， 其特征在于， 所述步骤 A 具体 ^括： 采集单元采集、家庭终端设备的用、户数据 发^给获取单元，、获 好信息从网络中提获取用户偏好的节目数据。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据推送方法， 其特征在于， 所述获取单 元根据所述用户偏好信息从与所述服务器相连的网络中获取用户偏好的 节目数据的步骤包括：
步骤 a、 评价网络资源中各个节目数据的适应度；
步骤 b、 选择适应度最高的节目数据作为用户偏好的节目数据输出。
10、根据权利要求 8所述的数据推送方法， 其特征在于， 所述步骤 B 具体包括： 取单元将用户偏好的节目 据发送给判断单元，判断^ "元将 定推送的节目数据发送给确定单元，确定单元通过推送单元将确定推送的 节目数据推送给控制器。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的数据推送方法， 其特征在于， 所述步骤 C具体包括： 数据接收设备接收推送单元推送的节目数据， 并由开关控制 模块控制是否向家庭终端设备发送节目数据进行显示。
