第一网元设备发送第一跟踪消息。 本优选实施例中, 由网元设备判断自身接收的业务 是否满足跟踪条件, 判断结果简单、 可靠。 优选地, 网元设备确定接收到的业务满足预先通知的业务的跟踪条件之后, 除了 向业务处理装置发送跟踪消息外, 还要继续向下一个网元设备发送交互消息, 具体如 下: 第一网元设备在交互消息中设置跟踪标志, 其中跟踪标志用于指示业务满足跟踪 条件; 第一网元设备向第三网元设备发送设置有跟踪标志的交互消息。 在网元设备间 的交互消息中设置跟踪标志,下一个网元设备就不用再判断该业务是否满足跟踪条件, 直接向业务处理装置发送跟踪消息即可, 使得跟踪过程更为简单。 具体地, 下一个网 元设备接收到设置有跟踪标志的交互消息之后, 操作如下: 第三网元设备 (即下一个 网元设备) 接收到来自第一网元设备的设置有跟踪标志的交互消息; 第三网元设备发 送第二跟踪消息。 优选地, 显示第一跟踪消息包括以下之一: 以柱状流程图的方式显示第一跟踪消 息;显示第一跟踪消息的发送方和 /或接收方;以树形结构显示第一跟踪消息中的字段。 具体地, 用户点选柱状流程图中的流程线, 便可显示跟踪消息的发送方和 /或接收方, 还可以树形结构显示跟踪消息中的具体字段。 如果要显示跟踪消息的各字段, 需要对该跟踪消息进行解析,可以包括如下步骤: 在第一网元设备按照预先设定的封装方式对第一跟踪消息进行封装的情况下, 按照预 先设定的解析方式对跟踪消息进行解析; 显示解析后的第一跟踪消息。 本发明实施例提供了一种业务处理装置, 该业务处理装置可以用于实现上述业务 处理方法。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的业务处理装置的结构框图, 如图 2所示, 包括 接收模块 22和第一显示模块 24。 下面对其结构进行详细描述。 接收模块 22, 设置为接收来自第一网元设备的第一跟踪消息, 其中第一跟踪消息 是第一网元设备在接收到来自第二网元设备的业务的操作流程中的交互消息时, 根据 预先通知的业务及其跟踪条件发送的; 第一显示模块 24, 连接至接收模块 22, 设置为 显示接收模块 22接收的第一跟踪消息。 相关技术中, 一个业务操作需经过多个设备, 难以发现和定位该业务操作过程中 出现的问题。 本发明实施例中, 网元设备根据预先通知的业务及其跟踪条件发送跟踪 消息, 并由业务处理装置的第一显示模块 24显示该跟踪消息。在整个业务的操作流程 中, 对可跟踪的网元设备进行跟踪, 保证整个业务流程都在跟踪之中, 且根据跟踪消 息可以随时发现并定位业务流程出现的问题。 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的业务处理装置的结构框图一, 如图 3所示, 上述 装置还包括: 第二显示模块 26, 设置为显示预先获取的所有网元设备的设备信息、 所 有网元设备提供的跟踪操作以及所有网元设备的跟踪条件; 响应模块 28, 连接至第二 显示模块 26, 设置为响应用户的操作, 在第二显示模块 26显示的所有网元设备中确 定需要跟踪的网元设备; 发送模块 29, 连接至响应模块 28, 设置为向响应模块 28响 应用户操作确定的需要跟踪的网元设备发送业务及其跟踪条件。 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例的业务处理装置的结构框图二, 如图 4所示, 第一 显示模块 24包括: 解析子模块 242, 设置为在第一网元设备按照预先设定的封装方式 对第一跟踪消息进行封装的情况下, 按照预先设定的解析方式对跟踪消息进行解析; 显示子模块 244,连接至解析子模块 242, 设置为显示解析子模块 242解析后的第一跟 踪消息。 需要说明的是, 装置实施例中描述的业务处理装置对应于上述的方法实施例, 其 具体的实现过程在方法实施例中已经进行过详细说明, 在此不再赘述。 由上述可知, 本发明上述实施例提供的业务处理方法及装置, 主要对一个业务操 作从发起到经历各网元设备到结束的整个流程进行跟踪。 下面将结合实例对本发明实施例的实现过程进行详细描述。 在以下优选实施例中,将跟踪条件保存在数据库中,通过界面引擎读取跟踪条件、 设置跟踪条件、 通知各网元设备需要跟踪的业务操作, 各网元设备对满足跟踪条件的 业务操作流程中的交互消息进行跟踪, 发送跟踪消息给界面引擎, 界面引擎对各网元 设备发来的跟踪消息根据时序先后实时在柱状流程图中分层级进行展示, 并且能够以 树形结构展示消息中的各字段。 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例的业务处理系统的结构框图, 如图 5所示, 该系统 包括业务处理装置、 n个网元设备和 n个跟踪模块。 其中业务处理装置包括数据库模 块 52、脚本生成模块 54和界面模块 56。数据库模块 52主要提供保存各设备信息和跟 踪条件的功能。 脚本生成模块 54, 主要提供生成各设备信息和跟踪条件的结构化查询 语言(Structured Query Language, 简称为 SQL)脚本功能。 界面模块 56, 提供设备注 册、 设备连接、 跟踪注册、 跟踪注销、 柱状流程图展示、 消息展示功能。 如图 5所示, 跟踪模块 1〜跟踪模块 n加载在网元设备 l~n上,主要提供判断各网元设备的操作是否 需要跟踪, 封装跟踪消息, 发送跟踪消息到界面模块 56等功能。下面对其结构进行详 细介绍。 数据库模块 52中存储的表分为设备表和条件表两类,设备表中保存可以设置跟踪 的设备的所有信息, 包括设备类型、 设备地址、 设备模块号等与设备相关的数据, 这 些数据都会保存在设备表中。 条件表中保存每个设备允许跟踪的操作和每个操作的跟 踪条件。 脚本生成模块 54提供一个工具, 读取需要跟踪的网元设备的配置文件,可以生成 该设备的设备信息和跟踪条件的脚本文件, 脚本文件就是标准 SQL文件, 可以直接执 行插入到数据库中。 界面模块 56提供用户设置跟踪设备、跟踪操作、设置跟踪条件的值的功能, 通知 各设备的跟踪模块设置跟踪操作和条件, 接收各网元设备发来的跟踪消息, 并在柱状 流程图中进行展示, 同时提供各跟踪消息的解析功能。 优选地, 界面模块 56的设置跟踪条件功能, 可以是从数据库模块 52中读取设备 表和条件表数据, 展示可跟踪的设备和各设备提供的跟踪操作, 跟踪条件等, 由用户 选择需要跟踪的设备和输入本次跟踪的具体约束条件。界面模块 56可展示网元设备间 交互消息的发送方和接收方,可通过点选流程图中的流程线展示跟踪消息的具体内容。 界面模块 56展示的柱状流程图中, 分层级展示网元设备的消息交互, 具体地, 第一层 展示网元设备间的消息交互, 第二层展示网元设备内各模块的消息交互, 第三层展示 网元设备内单个模块内部的消息交互。界面模块 56还提供解析方案配置功能, 能将接 收到的跟踪消息按照解析方案解析, 并以树形结构将消息中的各字段展示出来。 跟踪模块接收到界面模块 56发送的跟踪操作和跟踪条件,判断该网元设备中满足 条件的操作是否到达, 若满足条件的操作到达, 则设置跟踪标志, 发送跟踪消息到界 面模块 56。 进而, 当指定的跟踪设备获得跟踪标志后, 需要将跟踪标志带给下一个交 互网元设备的跟踪模块, 下一个网元设备的跟踪模块获得跟踪标志后, 不需要再进行 跟踪条件的判断, 直接进行跟踪。 需要说明的是, 每个跟踪模块对其对应的网元设备 的跟踪条件的判断必须和数据库模块 52中保存的跟踪条件一致。 另外, 界面模块 56和加载在网元设备上的跟踪模块通过内部协议进行消息交互。 跟踪模块将网元设备内部交互的消息或者网元设备间交互的消息封装为界面模块能识 别和解析的消息, 消息中包括此次交互消息的发送方和接受方, 解析方案选择等。 图 6是根据本发明优选实施例的业务处理方法的流程图, 该流程基于图 5所示的 业务处理系统, 如图 6所示, 包括如下的步骤 S602至步骤 S616。 步骤 S602, 由界面模块读取数据库模块中的设备表、 条件表, 获取各设备信息和 各设备的跟踪条件。 步骤 S604, 由界面模块和各设备建立链路。 步骤 S606, 由界面模块提供用户选择跟踪设备和跟踪条件的约束条件, 发送到指 定跟踪设备。 步骤 S608, 由跟踪模块判断网元设备的业务操作是否需要跟踪。 步骤 S610, 由界面模块接收跟踪模块发送的跟踪消息, 并且解析出此时该跟踪模 块加载的网元设备交互的消息的发送方和接收方, 并将各消息中的各字段解析出来。 步骤 S612, 由界面模块将跟踪消息以柱状流程图的方式展示, 绘制一个业务操作 流程的设备, 分层级的绘制网元设备内或网元设备间的消息, 同时展示消息的发送方 和接收方,此时点选柱状流程图中绘制的消息线, 能以树形结构展示消息中的各字段。 步骤 S614, 由界面模块发送跟踪结束消息, 停止跟踪。 步骤 S616, 由界面模块发送断开连接消息, 断开界面模块和各网元设备的链路。 需要说明的是, 在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的 计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是在某些情况下, 可 以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。 综上所述, 根据本发明的上述实施例, 提供了一种业务处理方法及装置。 网元设 备根据预先通知的业务及其跟踪条件发送跟踪消息, 并由业务处理装置显示该跟踪消 息。 在整个业务的操作流程中, 对可跟踪的网元设备进行跟踪, 保证整个业务流程都 在跟踪之中, 且根据跟踪消息可以随时发现并定位业务流程出现的问题。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模 块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明 不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种业务处理方法, 包括:
接收到来自第一网元设备的第一跟踪消息, 其中所述第一跟踪消息是所述 第一网元设备在接收到来自第二网元设备的业务的操作流程中的交互消息时, 根据预先通知的所述业务及其跟踪条件发送的;
显示所述第一跟踪消息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在接收到来自第一网元设备的第一跟踪消 息之前, 还包括:
显示预先获取的所有网元设备的设备信息、 所述所有网元设备提供的跟踪 操作以及所述所有网元设备的跟踪条件;
响应用户的操作, 在所述所有网元设备中确定需要跟踪的网元设备; 向所述需要跟踪的网元设备发送所述业务及其跟踪条件。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一网元设备在接收到来自第二网元 设备的业务的操作流程中的交互消息时, 根据预先通知的所述业务及其跟踪条 件发送第一跟踪消息包括:
所述第一网元设备在接收到来自第二网元设备的业务的操作流程中的交互 消息时, 确定该业务满足预先通知的所述业务的跟踪条件;
所述第一网元设备发送所述第一跟踪消息。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在所述第一网元设备确定该业务满足预先 通知的所述业务的跟踪条件之后, 还包括:
所述第一网元设备在所述交互消息中设置跟踪标志, 其中所述跟踪标志用 于指示所述业务满足所述跟踪条件;
所述第一网元设备向第三网元设备发送设置有所述跟踪标志的所述交互消
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 在所述第一网元设备向第三网元设备发送 设置有所述跟踪标志的所述交互消息之后, 还包括:
所述第三网元设备接收到来自所述第一网元设备的设置有所述跟踪标志的 所述交互消息;
所述第三网元设备发送第二跟踪消息。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 显示所述第一跟踪消息包括 以下之一:
以柱状流程图的方式显示所述第一跟踪消息;
显示所述第一跟踪消息的发送方和 /或接收方;
以树形结构显示所述第一跟踪消息中的字段。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法,其中,显示所述第一跟踪消息包括:
在所述第一网元设备按照预先设定的封装方式对所述第一跟踪消息进行封 装的情况下, 按照预先设定的解析方式对所述跟踪消息进行解析;
显示解析后的所述第一跟踪消息。
8. —种业务处理装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收来自第一网元设备的第一跟踪消息, 其中所述第一 跟踪消息是所述第一网元设备在接收到来自第二网元设备的业务的操作流程中 的交互消息时, 根据预先通知的所述业务及其跟踪条件发送的;
第一显示模块, 设置为显示所述第一跟踪消息。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
第二显示模块, 设置为显示预先获取的所有网元设备的设备信息、 所述所 有网元设备提供的跟踪操作以及所述所有网元设备的跟踪条件;
响应模块, 设置为响应用户的操作, 在所述所有网元设备中确定需要跟踪 的网元设备;
发送模块,设置为向所述需要跟踪的网元设备发送所述业务及其跟踪条件。
10. 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述第一显示模块包括:
解析子模块, 设置为在所述第一网元设备按照预先设定的封装方式对所述 第一跟踪消息进行封装的情况下, 按照预先设定的解析方式对所述跟踪消息进 行解析;
显示子模块, 设置为显示解析后的所述第一跟踪消息。
