Abstract

Des modes de réalisation de l'invention portent sur un ensemble d'outil de coupe, lequel ensemble a un insert de coupe et un corps d'outil. L'insert de coupe a une surface supérieure, une surface inférieure, des surfaces de flanc et une saillie. La surface inférieure est parallèle à la surface supérieure. Les surfaces de flanc sont inclinées par rapport à la surface supérieure et à la surface inférieure entre la surface supérieure et la surface inférieure. La saillie fait saillie à partir de la surface inférieure et a une forme hémisphérique tronquée. Le corps d'outil a une poche, un creux et une partie de prise. La poche a une surface inférieure et une paroi latérale. Le creux est concave à partir de la surface inférieure de la poche et vient en prise avec la saillie. La partie de prise est disposée dans la paroi latérale, et vient en prise avec la surface de flanc de l'insert de coupe selon une prise en queue d'aronde.
