Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de signalement et de demande de capacité d'un équipement utilisateur (UE), le procédé de demande de capacité d'un UE comprenant les étapes suivantes : une station de base acquiert, en provenance d'une entité de gestion de mobilité (MME), des informations de capacité d'UE d'un terminal ; la station de base détermine que le mode de communication en cours d'utilisation par le terminal est différent du mode de communication indiqué par les informations de capacité d'UE ; la station de base demande au terminal de signaler la capacité d'UE correspondant au mode de communication prédéfini. Conformément à l'art antérieur, le terminal, qui utilise de multiples modes de communication, ne distingue pas les informations de capacité d'UE pendant le processus de signalement. De ce fait, un côté réseau ne peut pas acquérir de manière appropriée la capacité d'UE correspondant au mode de communication utilisé par le terminal et certaines fonctions utilisateur ne peuvent pas être utilisées. La présente invention remédie à ce problème et améliore la fiabilité des communications d'un terminal multimode.
