[본 발명의 바람직한 실시예]
본 명세서에서, 컨텐츠(contents) 또는 컨텐트란, 통신망을 통하여 접근 가능한, 문자, 부호, 음성, 음향, 이미지, 동영상 등으로 이루어지는 디지털 정보 또는 개별 정보 요소를 총칭하는 개념이다. 이러한 컨텐츠는, 예를 들면, 텍스트, 이미지, 동영상, 오디오, 링크(예를 들면, 웹 링크) 등의 데이터 또는 이러한 데이터 중 적어도 두 가지의 조합을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 지리적인 인터페이스 상의 가상 객체의 종류는 다양할 수 있지만, 이하에서는, 편의상 가상 객체가 가상 건물이라고 상정하여 설명하기로 한다.
전체 시스템의 구성
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 다수의 사용자가 지리적인 인터페이스 상에서 다수의 가상 객체를 사용하여 컨텐트를 관리할 수 있도록 하기 위한 전체 시스템의 개략적인 구성을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전체 시스템은 통신망(100), 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200), 사용자 단말 장치(300) 및 컨텐트 제공 서버(400)(또는, 단말 장치)를 포함할 수 있다.
먼저, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 통신망(100)은 유선 통신이나 무선 통신과 같은 통신 양태를 가리지 않고 구성될 수 있으며, 근거리 통신망(LAN; Local Area Network), 도시권 통신망(MAN; Metropolitan Area Network), 광역 통신망(WAN; Wide Area Network) 등 다양한 통신망으로 구성될 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 본 명세서에서 말하는 통신망(100)은 공지의 인터넷 또는 월드와이드웹(WWW; World Wide Web)일 수 있다. 그러나, 통신망(100)은, 굳이 이에 국한될 필요 없이, 공지의 유무선 데이터 통신망, 공지의 전화망 또는 공지의 유무선 텔레비전 통신망을 그 적어도 일부에 있어서 포함할 수도 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)은 다수의 사용자의 각각의 컨텐트 인벤토리를 지리적인 인터페이스 상에서 가상 건물에 의하여 표시하고, 사용자가 가상 건물을 선택하여 컨텐트 인벤토리를 관리하거나 컨텐트를 이용할 수 있도록 하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)의 구성과 기능에 관하여는 이하의 상세한 설명을 통하여 자세하게 알아보기로 한다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(300)는 사용자가 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)이나 컨텐트 제공 서버(400)에 접속한 후 통신할 수 있도록 하는 기능을 포함하는 디지털 기기로서, 데스크탑 컴퓨터, 노트북 컴퓨터, 워크스테이션, PDA, 웹 패드, 이동 전화기(특히, 스마트폰) 등과 같이 메모리 수단을 구비하고 마이크로 프로세서를 탑재하여 연산 능력을 갖춘 디지털 기기라면 얼마든지 본 발명에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(300)로서 채택될 수 있다.
특히, 사용자 단말 장치(300)에는, 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)에 의하여 제공되는 지리적인 인터페이스, 가상 건물 및 가상 건물에 대응되는 컨텐트 인벤토리를 사용자에게 표시하여 주거나, 사용자가 자신의 컨텐트 인벤토리를 관리하거나 자신이나 다른 사용자의 컨텐트 인벤토리의 컨텐트를 이용할 수 있도록 하는 애플리케이션(미도시됨) 프로그램이 포함될 수 있다(이러한 애플리케이션 프로그램은 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)으로부터 다운로딩된 것일 수 있다). 경우에 따라, 웹 브라우저가 애플리케이션 프로그램의 기능을 대신할 수도 있다.
한편, 본 명세서에서, 컨텐트 또는 컨텐트 인벤토리의 "관리"는, 제1 사용자의 컨텐트가 제1 사용자나 제2 사용자의 컨텐트 인벤토리에 추가되도록 하거나, 제1 사용자의 컨텐트 인벤토리의 컨텐트가 제2 사용자의 컨텐트 인벤토리에 추가되도록 하거나, 컨텐트가 컨텐트 인벤토리로부터 제거되도록 하는 등의, 컨텐트 인벤토리를 구성하거나 갱신하기 위하여 수행되는 임의의 처리를 의미할 수 있다. 물론, 필요에 따라, 컨텐트 자체가 아닌, 통신망(100) 상의 컨텐트 저장 위치를 나타내는 위치 식별자(예를 들면, URL이나 후술하는 바와 같은 데이터베이스(240) 내의 데이터 ID)가 관리의 대상이 될 수도 있다.
또 한편, 본 명세서에서, 컨텐트 인벤토리의 컨텐트의 "이용"은, 사용자가 자신이나 다른 사용자의 컨텐트 인벤토리의 컨텐트의 전부나 일부를 그 본연의 속성에 따라 경험하는 것을 의미할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 사용자는 음악 컨텐트를 다운로딩 방식이나 스트리밍 방식으로 재생하여 이용할 수 있다. 다른 예를 들면, 사용자는 전자책 애플리케이션을 사용하여 소설 컨텐트를 경험할 수 있다.
마지막으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 컨텐트 제공 서버(400)는 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)과의 통신을 수행할 수 있는 정보 제공 장치일 수 있다. 이러한 컨텐트 제공 서버(400)는 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)을 통하여 컨텐트를 사용자 단말 장치(300)에 제공할 수 있다. 경우에 따라, 컨텐트 제공 서버(400)는 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)에 물리적으로나 기능적으로 포함되어 구성될 수도 있다.
컨텐트 관리 시스템의 구성
이하에서는, 본 발명에 따른 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)의 내부 구성과 각 구성요소의 기능에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)의 내부 구성을 상세하게 도시하는 도면이다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)은 인터페이스 제공부(210), 인벤토리 제공부(220), 컨텐트 처리부(230), 데이터베이스(240), 통신부(250) 및 제어부(260)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 인터페이스 제공부(210), 인벤토리 제공부(220), 컨텐트 처리부(230), 데이터베이스(240), 통신부(250) 및 제어부(260)는 그 중 적어도 일부가 사용자 단말 장치(300)나 컨텐트 제공 서버(400)와 통신하는 프로그램 모듈일 수 있다.　 이러한 프로그램 모듈은 운영 시스템, 응용 프로그램 모듈 또는 기타 프로그램 모듈의 형태로 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)에 포함될 수 있고, 물리적으로는 여러 가지 공지의 기억 장치에 저장될 수 있다.　 또한, 이러한 프로그램 모듈은 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)과 통신 가능한 원격 기억 장치에 저장될 수도 있다.　 한편, 이러한 프로그램 모듈은 본 발명에 따라 후술할 특정 업무를 수행하거나 특정 추상 데이터 유형을 실행하는 루틴, 서브루틴, 프로그램, 오브젝트, 컴포넌트, 데이터 구조 등을 포괄하지만, 이에 제한되지는 않는다.
먼저, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인터페이스 제공부(210)는 컨텐트 인벤토리에 대응되는 가상 건물 등을 표시하기 위한 지리적인 인터페이스를 제공하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
지리적인 인터페이스의 예는 다양할 수 있지만, 이것은, 바람직하게는, 가상 건물, 가상 건물을 세울 수 있는 건물 공간, 가상 건물이나 건물 공간 간의 연결로 그리고/또는 (건물 공간 상의) 장식물(예를 들면, 나무, 연못, 보드, 플래카드 등)을 포함하거나 표시하는 것일 수 있다. 이상의 것들은 지리적인 인터페이스 상의 가상의 시각적인 객체로서, 사용자가 전술한 바와 같은 애플리케이션 프로그램, 웹 브라우저 등을 사용함에 따라 선택되거나 이용될 수 있다.
먼저, 가상 건물에 관하여 살펴본다. 가상 건물은 지리적인 인터페이스 상의 소정의 좌표(또는, 소정의 좌표 영역)를 점유하는 것일 수 있다. 이러한 가상 건물은 특정 사용자를 위하여 제공되어 해당 사용자의 컨텐트 인벤토리와 대응될 수 있다.
다음으로, 건물 공간에 관하여 살펴본다. 건물 공간은 가상 건물의 소정의 좌표(또는, 소정의 좌표 영역)와 일치하거나 이를 포함하는 소정의 좌표(또는, 소정의 좌표 영역)의 공간일 수 있다. 이러한 건물 공간은 해당 가상 건물의 사용자를 위하여 제공될 수 있다. 또한, 건물 공간은 해당 사용자가 후술하는 바와 같은 장식물이나 다른 사용자의 가상 건물을 배치할 수 있는 공간이 될 수도 있다. 경우에 따라, 건물 공간은 해당 사용자의 가상 건물에 대응되는 컨텐트 인벤토리의 컨텐트 장르에 따라 그 전체적인 색상이 결정될 수도 있고, 사용자가 본 발명에 따른 서비스를 활발하게 사용함에 따라 확장될 수도 있다.
다음으로, 연결로에 관하여 살펴본다. 연결로는 다수의 가상 건물이나 다수의 건물 공간을 서로 연결하는 기능을 하여 사용자(엄밀히 말하면, 사용자가 동일감을 느낄 수 있는 가상의 이동 객체; 예를 들면, 아바타, 커서 등)가 지리적인 인터페이스 상에서 어떤 가상 건물로부터 다른 가상 건물로 이동할 수 있게끔 하는 가상의 통로의 구실을 하거나, 어떤 가상 건물로부터 다른 가상 건물까지의 거리의 측정의 기준이 될 수 있다. 이러한 연결로의 이름은 가상 건물의 지리적인 인터페이스 상에서의 위치를 나타내기 위하여 사용될 수도 있다. 예를 들면, 어떤 가상 건물이 두 개의 연결로의 교차점 근방에 있을 수 있는데, 이때 상기 가상 건물의 위치는 두 개의 연결로의 이름의 조합으로 나타내어질 수 있다.
다음으로, 장식물에 관하여 살펴본다. 장식물은 건물 공간의 소정의 좌표(또는, 소정의 좌표 영역)에 포함되는 소정의 좌표(또는, 소정의 좌표 영역)에 배치되는 것일 수 있다. 이러한 장식물은 사용자가 자신의 가상 건물이나 건물 공간을 돋보이게 하는 데에 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 장식물은 사용자가 자신의 가상 건물의 컨텐트 인벤토리에 관한 정보를 제공하는 데에 사용될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 음악 컨텐트 인벤토리의 경우, 사용자는 장식물인 보드를 사용하여 자신의 컨텐트 인벤토리의 음악 컨텐트의 장르를 표시할 수 있고, 상업용 컨텐트 인벤토리의 경우, 사용자는 장식물인 플래카드를 사용하여 자신의 회사명이나 상표를 소개할 수 있다. 사용자는 장식물을 배치하고자 하는 경우에 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)에 대하여 가치를 갖는 소정의 온라인 캐시 등을 사용할 것을 요청 받을 수도 있다.
마지막으로, 다른 사용자(전술한 바와 같은 건물 공간의 해당 사용자와는 다른 사용자)의 가상 건물에 관하여 더 살펴본다. 사용자는 자신을 위하여 제공되는 건물 공간 중 일부에서 다른 사용자의 가상 건물도 (바람직하게는, 복제되어) 표시되도록 할 수 있다. 이러한 다른 사용자는 전문 사용자(예를 들면, 작곡가, 소설가 등), 좋은 피드백(예를 들면, 댓글이나 별점 정보)을 많이 받은 사용자, 서비스 운영자, 서비스 운영자와 제휴한 사용자 등일 수 있다. 이러한 가상 건물 역시 해당 다른 사용자의 컨텐트 인벤토리와 대응될 수 있다. 건물 공간의 원래의 사용자는 위와 같은 다른 사용자의 가상 건물의 (복제) 표시를 위하여 온라인 캐시 등의 사용을 요청 받을 수 있다.
위에서 설명된 바와 같은 지리적인 인터페이스는, 그것이 가상 건물, 건물 공간, 연결로, 장식물 등을 포함하여 제공되므로, 공지의 도시 건설 시뮬레이션 게임이나 공지의 소셜 네트워크 게임의 인터페이스와 유사할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명을 구현하는 당업자는 위와 같은 공지의 게임을 구현하는 데에 사용되는 기술을 채용할 수도 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인벤토리 제공부(220)는 가상 건물을 사용자에게 제공하고, 컨텐트 인벤토리를 상기 사용자에게 제공하며, 상기 사용자에게 제공된 가상 건물과 컨텐트 인벤토리를 서로 연관시키는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
먼저, 특정 사용자에게 가상 건물이 제공되는 것에 관하여 살펴본다. 사용자가 자신의 계정을 등록한 후에 지리적인 인터페이스 상의 소정의 공간을 선택하면, 인벤토리 제공부(220)는 지리적인 인터페이스 상에서 가상 건물과 해당 건물 공간을 표시, 유지하여 주면서, 해당 식별 정보(예를 들면, 소정의 좌표 정보)가 상기 사용자 계정에 관하여 등록되도록 할 수 있다.
다음으로, 특정 사용자에게 컨텐트 인벤토리가 제공되는 것에 관하여 살펴본다. 사용자가 자신의 계정에 대하여 자신이 저작권 또는 기타 정당한 권원을 보유하고 있는 컨텐트를 업로딩하거나 자신이 다른 사용자와 공유할 수 있게끔 허락을 받은 컨텐트(또는, 그 위치 식별자) 등을 제공하면, 인벤토리 제공부(220)는 그러한 컨텐트(또는, 그 위치 식별자)가 등록된 컨텐트 인벤토리를 상기 계정에 관하여 생성할 수 있다. 본 발명을 실시하는 당업자의 선택에 따라, 무료 사용자 계정에 관하여 무료로 등록되어 있을 수 있는 컨텐트의 개수는 적을 수 있는 반면, 유료 사용자 계정에 관하여 무료로 등록되어 있을 수 있는 컨텐트의 개수는 많을 수 있다. 물론, 온라인 캐시 등의 사용에 따라, (무료) 사용자 계정에 관하여 증가된 개수의 컨텐트가 등록될 수도 있다.
마지막으로, 특정 사용자에게 제공된 가상 건물과 컨텐트 인벤토리가 서로 연관되는 것에 관하여 살펴본다. 인벤토리 제공부(220)는, 사용자의 계정에 관하여 등록된 가상 건물과 생성된 컨텐트 인벤토리를 서로 연관시킴으로써, 상기 가상 건물이 선택되면 상기 컨텐트 인벤토리가 관리, 이용되도록 할 수 있다(이러한 연관을 위한 키(key)로서 사용자 계정이 사용될 수 있다). 따라서, 사용자는 자신이나 다른 사용자의 가상 건물을 선택하여 전술한 바와 같은 컨텐트 인벤토리 관리를 수행할 수 있다. 이러한 컨텐트 인벤토리 관리의 예로서, 자신의 인벤토리에 음악 컨텐트를 입력하기, 타인의 인벤토리에 음악 컨텐트를 선물하기, 타인의 인벤토리의 음악 컨텐트를 구매하여 자신의 인벤토리에 입력하기 등을 들 수 있다. 이상의 예시된 경우에, 사용자가 온라인 캐시 등을 사용할 것을 요청 받을 수도 있고, 어떤 사용자의 계정(반드시 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)의 계정일 필요는 없음)에 대한 정보 통지(예를 들면, 인벤토리의 갱신에 관한 정보를 알리는 통지)가 행하여질 수도 있다.
한편, 인벤토리 제공부(220)는, 사용자의 입력에 따라, 컨텐트 인벤토리에 대하여 부가 정보를 등록할 수도 있다. 이러한 부가 정보의 예로서, 해당 사용자가 입력한 태그의 정보, 해당 사용자나 다른 사용자의 피드백 등을 들 수 있다. 이러한 부가 정보는 컨텐트 인벤토리와 함께 제공될 수 있다.
한편, 인벤토리 제공부(220)는 사용자의 컨텐트 인벤토리에 대한 빠른 접근 등을 위하여 컨텐트 인벤토리에 (나아가서는, 해당 가상 건물에) 고유의 IP 주소를 할당할 수도 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 컨텐트 처리부(230)는, 사용자가 컨텐트 인벤토리에서 컨텐트 이용 의사를 표시하면, 해당 컨텐트의 속성에 따라 컨텐트가 이용될 수 있도록 처리하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 컨텐트 처리부(230)는 선택된 음악 컨텐트를 다운로딩 방식이나 스트리밍 방식으로 사용자 단말 장치(300)에 제공할 수 있다. 다른 예를 들면, 컨텐트 처리부(230)는 선택된 소설 컨텐트가 사용자 단말 장치(300)의 전자책 애플리케이션(미도시됨) 등에 의하여 제공되도록 할 수 있다.
위와 같이 컨텐트가 이용되도록 하는 처리에는 해당 사용자 계정에 관한 부가적인 연산이 수반될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 사용자가 다른 사용자의 컨텐트 인벤토리에서 컨텐트를 이용하는 경우, 상기 다른 사용자의 온라인 캐시는 증가하게 되고 상기 사용자의 온라인 캐시는 감소하게 될 수 있다.
도 3과 도 4를 더 참조하여 예시적으로 설명하기로 한다. 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지리적인 인터페이스에 관한 예시 도면이고, 도 4는 도 3에 표시된 가상 건물 중 하나가 선택되어 해당 컨텐트 인벤토리가 표시된 경우에 관한 예시 도면이다.
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 일 실시예에 따른 지리적인 인터페이스는 마름모형 단위 공간(즉, 단위 건물 공간)과 연결로로 구성되는 지도형 인터페이스일 수 있다. 여기서, 가상 건물(510)은 9개의 마름모형 단위 공간의 중앙에 세워질 수 있고, 그 주변부에는 장식물이 배치될 수 있다.
그리고, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 일 실시예에 따른 컨텐트 인벤토리(520)는 사용자가 선호하는 음악 컨텐트의 목록을 나타내는 인벤토리부(521)와 다른 사용자의 피드백을 수집하거나 상업용 앨범을 구매할 수 있는 사용자 인터랙션부(522)를 포함할 수 있다.
위와 같은 지리적인 인터페이스와 컨텐트 인벤토리의 특성을 십분 고려하여, 사용자는 다른 사용자들의 호평을 받는 좋은 컨텐트로 자신의 컨텐트 인벤토리를 구성하고 장식 등을 함으로써, 자신의 컨텐트가 다른 사용자들에 의하여 더 많이 이용되도록 하고 자신의 컨텐트 인벤토리가 다른 사용자들의 컨텐트 인벤토리 관리에 더 많이 이용되도록 할 수 있다. 이러한 사용자는 자연히 많은 온라인 캐시 등을 획득할 수 있게 되므로, 이것을 재투자하여 자신의 컨텐트 인벤토리를 더 보강하고 장식 등을 더 함으로써, 지속적인 발전을 꾀할 수 있다. 그러므로, 사용자는 컨텐트 획득, 컨텐트 추천, 컨텐트 공유 등의 과정을 거쳐 새로운 가상의 컨텐트 교류 사회를 경험하면서 거기에서 자신만의 것을 발전시켜 나가는 묘미도 느낄 수 있게 된다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 데이터베이스(240)에는, 컨텐트 인벤토리 관리 내지 컨텐트 이용에 관한 정보가 저장될 수 있다. 비록 도 2에서 데이터베이스(240)가 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)에 포함되어 구성되는 것으로 도시되어 있지만, 본 발명을 구현하는 당업자의 필요에 따라, 데이터베이스(240)는 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)과 별개로 구성될 수도 있다. 한편, 본 발명에서의 데이터베이스(240)는, 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체를 포함하는 개념으로서, 협의의 데이터베이스뿐만 아니라 파일 시스템에 기반을 둔 데이터 기록 등을 포함하는 광의의 데이터베이스일 수도 있으며, 단순한 로그의 집합이라도 이를 검색하여 데이터를 추출할 수 있다면 본 발명에서의 데이터베이스(240)가 될 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 통신부(250)는 인터페이스 제공부(210), 인벤토리 제공부(220), 컨텐트 처리부(230) 및 데이터베이스(240)로부터의/로의 데이터 송수신이 가능하도록 하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
마지막으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제어부(260)는 인터페이스 제공부(210), 인벤토리 제공부(220), 컨텐트 처리부(230), 데이터베이스(240) 및 통신부(250) 간의 데이터의 흐름을 제어하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명에 따른 제어부(260)는 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)의 외부로부터의/로의 데이터 흐름 또는 컨텐트 관리 시스템(200)의 각 구성요소 간의 데이터 흐름을 제어함으로써, 인터페이스 제공부(210), 인벤토리 제공부(220), 컨텐트 처리부(230), 데이터베이스(240) 및 통신부(250)에서 각각 고유 기능을 수행하도록 제어할 수 있다.
이상 설명된 본 발명에 따른 실시예는 다양한 컴퓨터 구성요소를 통하여 실행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령어의 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체는 프로그램 명령어, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령어는 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야의 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체의 예에는, 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체, CD-ROM 및 DVD와 같은 광기록 매체, 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical medium), 및 ROM, RAM, 플래시 메모리 등과 같은, 프로그램 명령어를 저장하고 실행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령어의 예에는, 컴파일러에 의하여 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용하여 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드도 포함된다. 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명에 따른 처리를 수행하기 위하여 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로 변경될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
이상에서 본 발명이 구체적인 구성요소 등과 같은 특정 사항과 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의하여 설명되었으나, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위하여 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명이 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정과 변경을 꾀할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 상기 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니 되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등한 또는 이로부터 등가적으로 변경된 모든 범위는 본 발명의 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 다수의 사용자가 지리적인 인터페이스 상에서 다수의 가상 객체를 사용하여 컨텐트를 관리할 수 있도록 하기 위한 방법으로서,
    지리적인 인터페이스 상에 제1 사용자를 위한 제1 가상 객체를 제공하는 단계 - 상기 제1 가상 객체는 제1 컨텐트 인벤토리와 연관되어 있음 - ,
    상기 지리적인 인터페이스 상에 제2 사용자를 위한 제2 가상 객체를 더 제공하는 단계 - 상기 제2 가상 객체는 제2 컨텐트 인벤토리와 연관되어 있음 - , 및
    상기 제2 컨텐트 인벤토리의 소정의 컨텐트나 소정의 컨텐트 위치 식별자를 상기 제1 컨텐트 인벤토리에 추가하는 단계
    를 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지리적인 인터페이스는 지도형 인터페이스이고, 상기 제1 가상 객체와 상기 제2 가상 객체는 가상 건물인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 가상 객체나 상기 제2 가상 객체는 장식물과 함께 배치되어 있고,
    상기 장식물은 해당 컨텐트 인벤토리의 컨텐트에 관한 정보를 표시하는
    방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 컨텐트 인벤토리나 상기 제2 컨텐트 인벤토리에 IP 주소가 할당되어 있는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 연관은 해당 사용자의 계정을 키로 하는 것인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 추가 단계는 상기 제1 사용자가 상기 지리적인 인터페이스 상에서 상기 제2 가상 객체를 선택함에 따라 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 사용자의 온라인 캐시를 증가시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 사용자의 온라인 캐시를 감소시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 가상 객체는 상기 제1 사용자를 위한 가상 공간의 일부를 점유하는 것이고,
    상기 제2 가상 객체는 상기 가상 공간의 다른 일부에 복제되어 표시되는 것인 방법.
  10. 다수의 사용자가 지리적인 인터페이스 상에서 다수의 가상 객체를 사용하여 컨텐트를 관리할 수 있도록 하기 위한 시스템으로서,
    지리적인 인터페이스 상에 제1 사용자를 위한 제1 가상 객체 - 상기 제1 가상 객체는 제1 컨텐트 인벤토리와 연관되어 있음 - 를 제공하고, 상기 지리적인 인터페이스 상에 제2 사용자를 위한 제2 가상 객체 - 상기 제2 가상 객체는 제2 컨텐트 인벤토리와 연관되어 있음 - 를 더 제공하는 인터페이스 제공부, 및
    상기 제2 컨텐트 인벤토리의 소정의 컨텐트나 소정의 컨텐트 위치 식별자를 상기 제1 컨텐트 인벤토리에 추가하는 인벤토리 제공부
    를 포함하는 시스템.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 실행하기 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 기록하는 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체.
