图 3中所示的圆环形卡座 20中间部 202的一侧的卡槽 201的下边缘 2011 的外径略大于图 2中尿液缓冲装置 10圆形开口 101顶部带有的向内延伸的凸缘 1011的内径。 这样, 当用力将卡槽 201的下边缘 2011压入圆形开口 101时, 圆形开口 101顶部带有的向内延伸的凸缘 1011卡扣于卡槽 201内,且使得尿液 缓冲装置 10相对于圆环形卡座 20可转动。 而中间部 202的外部尺寸足以覆盖 圆形开口 101。 尿液缓冲装置 10相对于圆环形卡座 20可转动可确保尿液导出 管 102处于低位, 利于尿液导出。 同时, 这种结构使得排尿不撒漏。
通常, 卡槽 201的下边缘 2011的外径比向内延伸的凸缘 1011的内径大至 少 0.1mm, 但不超过 2mm。 优选 0.2mm至 1.5mm;更优选 0.5mm至 lmm。
如图 4所示, 阴茎夹持装置 30包括通过垂直轴 204 (图中未示出)和轴封 盖 2041分别连接至图 3中所示的圆环形卡座 20上的两个半圆管 301、 302。两 个半圆管 301、 302可对称布置, 但两者对称并非必须。
两个半圆管 301、 302分别带有铰链 3012、 3022与垂直轴 204形成铰链连 接,轴封盖 2041的外部尺寸大于垂直轴 204的外径并与垂直轴 204连接,从而 将铰链 3012、 3022定位在垂直轴 204上而不至于滑出。
再参照图 4, 在半圆管 301和半圆管 302的内壁分别连接有软质弹性材料 管 3011、 3021 , 如但不限于医用硅胶管。 在软质弹性材料管 3011、 3021上还 分别设有阴茎夹持装置 30闭锁时相对的凹槽 301 11、 30211 , 用于配合排尿时 阴茎部尿道的膨胀。 两个半圆管 301、 302还分别带有闭合端 3015、 3025 , 而 在闭合端 3015、 3025端外侧还设有相互配合的闭锁装置 3016、 3026。 如图 4 所示, 闭锁装置 3016与半圆管 301—体形成并带有向下的凸起 30161 (图中未 示出, 但示于图 5中), 而闭锁装置 3026也与半圆管 302—体形成并带有与凸 起 30161配合的凹陷 30261。
阴茎夹持装置 30夹持阴茎时, 凸起 30161卡扣于凹陷 30261中, 闭合端 3015、 3025闭合, 软质弹性材料管 3011、 3021夹持住阴茎并通过凹槽 30111、 30211留出排尿时需要的阴茎部尿道的膨胀空间, 使排尿顺畅。
现参照图 5, 虽然图中未示出软质弹性材料管 3011、 3021, 但对于如医用 硅胶制成的软质弹性管来说,其可通过下述方式与两个半圆管 301、 302的内壁 连接: 在半圆管 301的内壁上设置多个下窄上宽的凸起 3018, 而在软质弹性管 与半圆管 301的内壁连接的一侧设置多个与所述凸起配合的孔 (图中未示出), 其中孔的尺寸相应于凸起 3018下窄部的尺寸,但小于上宽部的尺寸。通过将凸 起 3018穿过所述孔,利用软质弹性管的弹性就能将软质弹性管连接至半圆管的 301的内壁。 将软质弹性管连接至另一半圆管 302的内壁可采用类似的方法。
当然闭锁机构也可采用图 9中所示的结构, 即闭锁装置 3016为一楔形键, 通过将其插入并穿过与其配合的闭锁装置 3026即键槽后弹起,从而实现阴茎夹 持装置 30 ' ' 的闭锁。 还有, 在两个半圆管两部分 301、 302上可分别带有方便 打开闭锁机构的把持突起部 3017、 3027。
应当理解, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 还可采用其它的闭锁机构。
作为前述阴茎夹持装置 30的替代,图 6示出了本发明的又一种阴茎夹持装 置 30 ' 的立体示意图。 与前述阴茎夹持装置 30不同的仅是, 图 6中所示的阴 茎夹持装置 30 '不采用铰链连接,而是在所述两个半圆管之间带有可弯折 Ω型 连接部 310, Ω型连接部 310的中间部分 31 1从垂直轴侧面卡装于垂直轴 204 (图中未示出) 上。 这时, 与垂直轴 204连接的轴封盖与垂直轴可为一整体, 但并不必如此, 也可采用可分离的连接方式。 Ω型连接部 310的过渡部分 312、 313的形状和厚度使得两个半圆管可分别弯折转动。 通常, Ω型连接部 310的 壁厚小于两个半圆管的其它部分, 如但不限于为半圆管壁厚的 1/3-3/4。 这种 结构使得两个半圆管成为一整体。
另外, 作为软质弹性管的替代, 还可采用软质弹性垫 3011、 3021, 如图 7 所示。 软质弹性垫 3011、 3021分别粘贴于两个半圆管 301、 302的内壁上, 同 时, 粘贴的位置有间隔, 使得能够留出排尿时需要的阴茎部尿道的膨胀空间 30111、 30211。
应当理解, 上述软质弹性垫同样可用于图 1、 4所示的阴茎夹持装置中。 采用图 7中的阴茎夹持装置 30 ' 的非介入式男用导尿器具 100' 示于图 8 中。 如图 8所示, Ω型连接部的中间部分从垂直轴侧面卡装于垂直轴 204 (图 中未示出), 而垂直轴上连接的轴封盖 2041与垂直轴为一整体。
本发明中的尿液缓冲装置、 圆环形卡座、 阴茎夹持装置等皆可采用环保、 无毒的塑料制成,例如但不限于 ABS工程塑料、尼龙工程塑料、聚甲醛(POM)、 聚丙烯 (PP) 塑料等。 本发明中的软质弹性材料管或垫可采用, 但不限于, 医 用硅胶、 橡塑 (如 EVA、 PEF、 EPDM、 CR、 EPE等)、 海绵 (PU聚氨脂) 等 高分子材料制成。
基于对本发明优选实施方式的描述, 应该清楚, 由所附的权利要求书所限 定的本发明并不仅仅局限于上面说明书中所阐述的特定细节, 未脱离本发明宗 旨或范围的对本发明的许多显而易见的改变同样可能达到本发明的目的。

Claims

权利 要 求
1、 一种非介入式男用导尿器具, 包括:
尿液缓冲装置, 所述尿液缓冲装置包括内部空腔, 且在一端带有接受阴茎 的圆形开口, 在另一端带有尿液导出管, 所述接受阴茎的圆形开口顶部带有向 内延伸的凸缘;
圆环形卡座, 所述圆环形卡座具有中间部, 在所述中间部的一侧具有与所 述接受阴茎的圆形开口顶部的向内延伸的凸缘配合的卡槽, 当所述圆环形卡座 和所述尿液缓冲装置配合时, 所述接受阴茎的圆形开口顶部的向内延伸的凸缘 卡扣于所述卡槽内, 在所述中间部的另一侧带有另一卡槽并在其边缘附近连接 有一垂直轴; 和
阴茎夹持装置, 所述阴茎夹持装置可旋转地连接于所述垂直轴, 并包括 可打开和闭锁的包括闭锁机构的两个半圆管, 所述两个半圆管的内壁分别连接 有当所述阴茎夹持装置闭锁时与阴茎接触的软质弹性材料管或垫, 所述软质弹 性材料管设有用于适配阴茎部尿道膨胀的凹槽或在所述软质弹性材料垫之间留 有间隔空间, 所述两个半圆管分别带有与所述圆环形卡座中间部的另一侧带有 的另一卡槽配合的向内延伸的半圆环凸缘, 当所述阴茎夹持装置处于闭锁位置 时, 所述两个半圆管的闭锁机构处于配合闭锁状态, 且所述半圆环凸缘卡扣于 所述中间部的另一侧带有的卡槽内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的非介入式男用导尿器具, 其特征在于, 所述可打开 和闭锁的包括闭锁机构的两个半圆管分别铰接于所述的垂直轴上, 所述垂直轴 上连接有轴封盖。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的非介入式男用导尿器具, 其特征在于, 所述可打开 和闭锁的包括闭锁机构的两个半圆管为一整体, 且所述两个半圆管之间带有可 弯折 Ω型连接部, 所述 Ω型连接部的中间部分卡装于所述的垂直轴, 所述垂直 轴上连接有轴封盖。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一权利要求所述的非介入式男用导尿器具, 其特征在 于, 所述闭锁机构为卡扣式闭锁机构。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的非介入式男用导尿器具, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣式 闭锁机构包括在其中的一个半圆管对接处带有一连接至所述半圆管外壁上的闭 锁装置, 所述闭锁装置带有一凸起, 另一所述的半圆管带有一连接至另一所述 半圆管外壁上的另一闭锁装置, 所述另一闭锁装置带有一凹陷, 所述凸起卡扣 于所述凹陷内时, 所述闭锁机构闭锁。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的非介入式男用导尿器具, 其特征在于, 所述软质弹 性材料管为医用硅胶。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的非介入式男用导尿器具, 其特征在于, 所述软质弹 性材料垫与所述两个半圆管的内壁通过粘贴连接。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的非介入式男用导尿器具, 其特征在于, 在所述半圆 管的内壁上带有多个下窄上宽的凸起, 在所述软质弹性材料管与所述半圆管的 内壁连接的一侧设置多个与所述凸起配合的孔, 其中孔的尺寸相应于凸起下窄 部的尺寸, 但小于上宽部的尺寸。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的非介入式男用导尿器具, 其特征在于, 所述垂直轴 与所述圆环形卡座为一整体。
10、 一组套件, 包括权利要求 1所述的尿液缓冲装置、 圆环形卡座和阴茎夹持 装置。
