本发明涉及手机锁网技术, 尤其涉及一种机卡分离移动终端的锁网方法 及机卡分离移动终端。
背景技术
随着移动通信的普及, 运营商之间的竟争也越来越激烈, 已经到了白热 化的阶段。 为了抢占更多的用户资源, 扩大市场规模, 吸引用户使用本公司 的网络, 各网络运营商不惜成本的给用户大量补贴, 通过各种商业手段比如 以低于成本价的价格将手机卖给用户、 免费送手机等促销活动来吸引用户, 但这些优惠手段都存在着很大的风险,一旦用户以低价购机后转向其它网络, 那么就意味着运营商损失了大量的补贴, 所以必须要在技术上保证所送的或 以低于成本价格卖给用户的手机只能用运营商自己的网络。一般来说最有效、 最直接的方式就是通过手机锁网来防止用户转入其它网络。
但是目前实现码分多址( Code Division Multiple Access, 简称为 CDMA ) 锁网的方式一般都是锁 MIN ( Mobile Identification Number , 移动身份号码 ) 段, 即通过手机检查 RUIM ( Removable User Identity Module , 可移动用户识 别模块)卡里的 MIN值是否为运营商合法的 MIN值(即检查 RUIM卡的 MIN 值是否在该运营商的合法 MIN值的范围内) 。 如果该 RUIM卡的 MIN值为 该运营商合法的 MIN, 则手机开机后可正常工作; 如果该 RUIM卡的 MIN 不合法, 那么手机通信相关的功能比如打电话(不包括拨紧急呼叫) 、 发短 信等业务将不能正常使用。
由于上述锁网方式本身只能通过判断 RUIM卡里的 MIN段数值的合法性 来进行锁网, 所以这种方法存在下述缺陷:
第一、 加密算法复杂度较低, 安全级别较低, 容易被破解;
第二、 兼容性差, 一旦局方升级了新的 MIN段, 那么手机也必须跟着升 级手机软件, 若不升级手机软件则新的 MIN段会被锁网软件判定为非法, 从 而导致锁网的误操作。
发明内容
本发明实施方式的目的在于提供一种机卡分离移动终端的锁网方法及机 卡分离移动终端, 以克服现有锁网方法容易被破解且兼容性差的缺陷。
为解决上述问题, 本发明提供了一种机卡分离移动终端的锁网方法, 应 用于码分多址系统中, 包括:
移动终端从可移动用户识别模块(RUIM )卡中读取出运营商名称( SPN )、 归属系统识别码(SID )及网络识别码(NID ) 中的任意一个或任意组合, 与 预配置的锁死条件进行比对, 在满足锁死条件的情况下, 进入锁死状态。
所述锁死条件包括: 所读取出的 SPN与预配置的 SPN不相同。
所述锁死条件包括: 所读取出的 SPN 中的前预设位数的值与预配置的 SPN中前相同位数的值不同。

移动终端从 RUIM卡里需要读取的参数包括 SPN、 SID和 NID, 但不限 于这三种参数, 还包括 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, 国际移动用户识别码) 、 ICCID ( Integrate circuit card identity, 集 成电路卡识别码) 、 MCC ( Mobile Country Code , 移动国家号码) 、 和 MNC ( Mobile Network Code, 移动网络号码)等参数。
SPN是 RUIM卡上的运营商名称, 在卡出厂时就被写死在卡上, 无法被 更改;
Home SID是 CDMA网中唯一识别一个移动业务本地网的号码。 SID在 国内按省份分配;
NID是一个移动业务本地网中唯一识别一个网络的号码, 可用于区分不 同的 MSC ( Mobile Switching Center, 移动交换中心)。 移动台可根据一组 ( SID NID )来识别一个网络。
下面结合附图对上述方法进行进一步说明。
在本实施例, 如图 2所示, 实现锁网的处理方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 A. 用户插入 RUIM卡到手机中;
步骤 B. 手机在 RUIM卡的 EF6F41文件里读取 SPN值;
步骤 C. 把从 RUIM卡里读取到的 SPN值跟要锁的网络名 (例如要锁的 网络名为: MTS )进行对比判断, 如果判二者一致, 则执行步骤 E, 若不一致 则, 执行步骤 D;
步骤 D. 手机停止搜索网络并在界面上提示用户 "无效的 RUIM卡" , 此种状态下, 只许用户拨打紧急呼叫, 不允许用户执行其它操作, 即手机进 入锁死状态, 结束;
步骤 E. 手机在 RUIM卡的 EF6F28文件里读取 Home SID值;
步骤 F. 手机如判断出读取到的 Home SID值等于本网 Home SID值(如 14555 ) , 则允许注册网络, 执行步骤 J, 如果不等于则执行步骤 G;
步骤 G. 判断 Home SID值是否等于本网等价 Home SID值(如 14844 ) , 如果等于则执行步骤 H, 如果不等于则执行步骤 D;
步骤 H. 从 RUIM里的 EF6F28文件里读取 NID值;
步骤 I. 判断读取到的 NID值是否为 0, 如果为 0则执行步骤 D, 如果不 为 0则执行步骤 J;
步骤 J. 手机注册到网络, 并可以正常使用, 流程结束。
其中, 上述验证 SPN和 Home SID NID的步骤可以调换顺序, 即另一种 实现锁网的处理方法, 如图 3所示, 包括以下步骤:

步骤 E. 从 RUIM里的 EF6F28文件里读取 NID值;
步骤 I. 判断读取到的 NID值是否为 0, 如果为 0则执行步骤 H, 如果不 为 0则执行步骤 F;
步骤 F. 手机在 RUIM卡的 EF6F41文件里读取 SPN值 .;
步骤 G. 把从 RUIM卡里读取到的 SPN值跟要锁的网络名 (例如要锁的 网络名为: MTS )进行对比判断, 如果判二者一致, 则执行步骤 I, 如果不一 致则, 执行步骤 H;
步骤 H. 手机停止搜索网络并在界面上提示用户 "无效的 RUIM卡" , 此种状态下, 只许用户拨打紧急呼叫, 不允许用户执行其它操作, 结束; 步骤 I. 手机注册到网络, 并可以正常使用, 流程结束。
下面对本发明的锁网方法进行说明。
在手机开机、 RUIM卡初始化完成后, 手机通过 RUIM卡接口函数读取 卡里的 EF6F41文件获取 SPN (比如是 "MTS Telecom" ) , 然后只提取该 SPN或该 SPN中的前预设位数(如前三位 ) , 并跟被锁网络的 SPN (假设被 锁网络的 SPN是 "MTS" )做比较, 如果从卡里读到的 SPN的前三个字母跟 已知被锁网络的 SPN不同, 即卡里的 SPN前三位不是 " MTS" , 那么手机就 立即执行 SIM卡锁死程序进入锁死状态,即用户只能用该手机进行紧急呼叫, 无法进行正常操作;
相反, 如果二者相同, 那么手机会进一步再从 SIM卡里的 EF6F28文件 里读取 Home SID和 /或 NID ,然后对读取到的 Home SID和已知要锁网的 Home SID进行比较, 包括:
如果读取到的 Home SID跟要锁网络的 Home SID相同则手机进入正常状 态;
如果读取到的 Home SID跟要锁网络的 Home SID不相同,再判断读取到 的 Home SID是否等于 14844, 如果从 SIM卡里取到的 Home SID不等于 14844,则手机进入锁死状态;如果等于 14844,则读取 EF6F28文件里的 NID, 如果读取到的 NID为 0则进入锁死状态, 不为 0则进入正常状态, 整个流程 结束。
上述验证 SPN和 Home SID、 NID的步骤可以调换顺序。

与现有技术相比, 本发明实施方式降低了软件开发难度, 并且提高了系 统的兼容性,不会因为局方升级 MIN段而造成发货手机在售后大批量进行升 级的窘境。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种机卡分离移动终端的锁网方法, 应用于码分多址系统中, 包括: 移动终端从可移动用户识别模块(RUIM )卡中读取出运营商名称( SPN )、 归属系统识别码(SID )及网络识别码(NID ) 中的任意一个或任意组合, 与 预配置的锁死条件进行比对, 在满足锁死条件的情况下, 进入锁死状态。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述锁死条件包括: 所读取出的 SPN与预配置的 SPN不相同。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述锁死条件包括: 所读取出的 SPN 中的前预设位数的值与预配置的 SPN中前相同位数的值不同。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其中,
所述锁死条件还包括: 所读取出的归属 SID与预配置的本网归属 SID不 同, 且不等于本网等价归属 SID。
5、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其中,
所述锁死条件还包括:所读取出的归属 SID与预配置的本网等价归属 SID 相同, 且所读取出的 NID的值等于 0。
6、 一种机卡分离移动终端, 应用于码分多址系统中, 包括:
读取模块, 其设置成从可移动用户识别模块( RUIM )卡中读取出运营商 名称(SPN ) 、 归属系统识别码(SID )及网络识别码(NID ) 中的任意一个 参数或任意参数的组合; 以及
比对模块, 其设置成将所述读取模块读出的参数与预配置的锁死条件进 行比对, 在满足锁死条件的情况下, 使所述移动终端进入锁死状态。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的移动终端, 其中,
所述锁死条件包括: 所读取出的 SPN与预配置的 SPN不相同。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的移动终端, 其中,
所述锁死条件包括: 所读取出的 SPN 中的前预设位数的值与预配置的 SPN中前相同位数的值不同。
9、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的移动终端, 其中,
所述锁死条件还包括: 所读取出的归属 SID与预配置的本网归属 SID不 同, 且不等于本网等价归属 SID。
10、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的移动终端, 其中,
所述锁死条件还包括:所读取出的归属 SID与预配置的本网等价归属 SID 相同, 且所读取出的 NID的值等于 0。
