Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé destinés à distribuer et gérer de l'énergie électrique qui comprend (a) une première unité de prise de décisions conçue pour traiter des algorithmes et des stratégies basées sur des techniques d'intelligence artificielle pour déterminer les actions à réaliser pour établir la répartition électrique; (b) une deuxième unité de puissance conçue pour contrôler les entrées et sorties de puissance, permettant d'ouvrir et de fermer les circuits et de réguler la puissance qui circule à travers ces circuits, et qui en outre gère les moyens de stockage, lesquels peuvent être considérés comme des sources lorsqu'ils administrent de l'électricité à des centres de consommation, et comme centres de consommation lorsque ce sont eux qui reçoivent l'électricité d'autres sources pour augmenter leur charge, et finalement (c) une troisième unité de commande qui est conçue pour modifier le comportement des centres de consommation reliés à leurs bus de commande correspondants avec comme objectif de réduire la consommation énergétique globale lorsque cela est nécessaire.
