本实施例中, 卡件 10为 L形卡件, 将底座 5 固定在手柄 1上, 该卡件 10 固定手柄 1 内侧的凸起 6上卡紧。 当需要取用其手柄内部 的螺丝批头 9时, 将卡件 10按下, 使其与凸起 6脱离, 然后将底座 5取下,卡件 10的外围设有一按板 11,手柄 1与匹配处设有缺口 17, 按下按板 11,可以透过缺口 17按下卡件 10,方便取下, 取出其中的 固定轴和固定盘。 需要取用手柄内部的固定轴或是批头时, 将按板 按下, 按板抵压卡件, 使得卡件与凸起分离, 然后便将底座取下; 取用完成后, 将按板按下, 按板抵压卡件, 然后将底座套入到手柄 内部, 然后松开按板, 由于此时按板无力施加于卡件, 因此卡件恢 复至原来的状态, 然后卡件卡扣凸起上, 将底座牢固地固定于手柄 上。 由于卡件的外侧设有一按板, 按板对卡件起到一定的保护作用, 防止卡件意外受到外到外力的冲击而损坏, 同时由于通过按板按压 卡件从而取下底座, 可以通过按件产生的力距施力于卡件, 省力许 多, 按板与卡件的组合配套工作方式可以使卡件的受到的抵压的力 度减轻很多, 使用时间加长, 不易损坏; 将底座固定于手柄或是从 手柄上取下时, 只需要一按就可以完成, 相较于螺紋连接, 更省时。
手柄 1外侧设有若干防滑凸起 3及防滑槽 4, 通过该防滑凸起 3及防滑槽 4可以防止使用者使用时手部滑动。
本实用新型螺丝批头手柄, 其内部的空腔内可以容置若干的螺 丝批头, 当需要使用时, 将螺丝批头 9 取头, 固定于手柄一端的固 定杆 2 处, 并且的手柄 1 上设有若干防滑凸起 3及防滑槽 4, 方便 使用, 防止用力时手指打滑。 手柄 1上还设有一视窗 13, 方便观察其 内的螺丝批头 9型号, 方便选择使用。 如图 9至图 10所示, 其为本实用新型的第二实施例的结构示意图。 如图 9所示, 其为本实用新型的第二实施例的手柄的结构示意图。 一种螺丝批头 手柄, 该手柄 21设有一空腔, 且该手柄 21 的一端固定一用于安装 螺丝批头的第一固定杆 22, 所述手柄 21与所述第一固定杆 11 间连 接一棘轮 25; 所述空腔内设有一可固定若干螺丝批头的固定轴 27, 如图 10所示, 其为图 9 中固定轴的示意图, 该固定轴 27 的一端通 过棘轮 26连接一用于安装钟表螺丝批头的第二固定杆 28。
所述螺丝批头手柄还包括一固定盘, 所述固定盘的轴心为一通 孔, 所述固定盘通过所述通孔套接于所述固定轴的外侧; 所述固定 盘的外侧面设有若干固定槽, 通过该固定槽固定螺丝批头。 所述固 定轴外部设有若干凹陷的导轨, 所述固定盘上设有若干弹性件, 所 述弹性件向所述通孔内侧 ¾出于所述通孔孔壁, 且所述弹性件卡扣 于所述导轨上。 所述固定盘中间设有一将所述固定槽一分为二的隔 板, 所述弹性件设于所述固定盘的上端和下端, 且所述弹性件的一 端固定于所述隔板上, 所述弹性件的另一端向所述通孔内侧凸出于 所述通孔孔壁。 通过加入了棘轮, 方便了使用, 可以省力很多。
如图 11至 12的所示, 其为本实用新型的第三实施例的结构示 意图。 如图 11 所示, 一种螺丝批头手柄, 该手柄 31设有一空腔, 且该手柄 31 的一端固定一用于安装螺丝批头的第一固定杆 32, 所 述手柄 31与所述第一固定杆 32 间连接一棘轮 35; 所述空腔内设有 一可固定若干螺丝批头的固定轴 37, 如图 12所示, 其为图 11 中固 定轴的示意图, 该固定轴 37 的一端通过棘轮 36连接一用于安装钟 表螺丝批头的第二固定杆 38。 通过加入了棘轮, 方便了使用, 可以 省力很多。
螺丝批头手柄还包括一固定盘, 所述固定盘的轴心为一通孔, 所述固定盘通过所述通孔套接于所述固定轴的外侧; 所述固定盘的 外侧面设有若干固定槽, 通过该固定槽固定螺丝批头。 所述固定轴 外部设有若干凹陷的导轨, 所述固定盘上设有若干弹性件, 所述弹 性件向所述通孔内侧凸出于所述通孔孔壁, 且所述弹性件卡扣于所 述导轨上。 所述固定盘中间设有一将所述固定槽一分为二的隔板, 所述弹性件设于所述固定盘的上端和下端, 且所述弹性件的一端固 定于所述隔板上, 所述弹性件的另一端向所述通孔内侧凸出于所述 通孔孔壁。
如图 13至 14的所示, 其为本实用新型的第四实施例的结构示 意图。 如图 13所示, 一种螺丝批头手柄, 该手柄 41设有一空腔, 且该手柄 41 的一端固定一用于安装螺丝批头的第一固定杆 42, 所 述手柄 41与所述第一固定杆 42 间连接一棘轮 45; 所述空腔内设有 一可固定若干螺丝批头的固定轴 47, 如图 14所示, 其为图 13 中固 定轴的示意图, 该固定轴 47 的一端通过棘轮 46连接一用于安装钟 表螺丝批头的第二固定杆 48。 通过加入了棘轮, 方便了使用, 可以 省力很多。 所述螺丝批头手柄还包括一固定盘, 所述固定盘的轴心 为一通孔, 所述固定盘通过所述通孔套接于所述固定轴的外侧; 所 述固定盘的外侧面设有若干固定槽, 通过该固定槽固定螺丝批头。 所述固定轴外部设有若干凹陷的导轨, 所述固定盘上设有若干弹性 件, 所述弹性件向所述通孔内侧凸出于所述通孔孔壁, 且所述弹性 件卡扣于所述导轨上。
