有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种小区重选的方法及装置、 移动通信网络, 能使具有 PS业务的用户设备(UE, User Equipment )尽可 能地驻留于 TD网络中, 以及, TD网络能够满足服务质量的前提下, 同样 使 UE尽可能地驻留于 TD网络中。 为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:

本发明的技术方案,是在现有的小区重选参数基础上引入仅有 PS域业 务(PS only ) 的小区重选参数, 当 UE有 CS域和 PS域时选用现有的小区 重选参数进行小区重选, 当 UE只有 PS域时选用本发明的 PS only小区重 选参数进行异系统小区重选。
其中, 本发明所引入的该 PS 域的小区重选参数至少包括以下参数: PCCPCH的 RSCP阈值 S^ch.RAT和邻小区相对于服务小区的偏移量 Qoffsets, n等; 该 PS域的小区重选参数由网络侧进行配置。 并且, 在参数配置时, 需要配置参数 Ssearch, RAT的值比小区重选的同频测量触发门限 SintraseaTCh和小 区重选的频间测量触发门限 Sintereearch的值都小,这样在有 TD网络覆盖的范 围内 UE将优先进行 TD同频或异频邻区的重选,其次才会考虑重选到 GSM 小区。

工业实用性
对于双模双待 UE, 通过设置 UE仅有 PS域业务时的专用小区重选参 数, 在 UE在进行小区重选时, 若仅有 PS域业务, 则根据 PS域小区重选 参数进行小区重选判决; 这样, 保证了双模双待 UE优先驻留于 TD网络, 使双模双待 UE尽可能驻留于适合自身业务的网络,为 UE用户提供更优质 的业务服务质量。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种小区重选的方法, 其中, 所述方法包括:
在确定用户设备 UE仅有分组交换 PS域业务时,根据网络侧配置的 PS 域小区重选参数进行小区重选判决。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
在确定所述 UE有电路交换 CS域业务时, 根据 CS域小区重选参数进 行小区重选判决。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE为支持时分同步码分 多址 TD-SCDMA系统和第二代 2G移动通信系统的双模双待用户设备。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述 PS域小区重选参数至少 包括: 主公共控制物理信道 PCCPCH的接收信号码功率 RSCP阈值和邻小 区相对于服务小区的偏移量。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述 PCCPCH的 RSCP阈值既 小于小区重选的同频测量触发门限, 又小于小区重选的频间测量触发门限。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
所述 TD-SCDMA系统在能满足通信服务质量的前提下,所配置的所述 邻小区相对于服务小区的偏移量较大。
7、 根据权利要求 3至 6中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述 2G移动通 信系统包括全球移动通讯系统 GSM、 码分多址 CDMA系统。
8、 一种小区重选的装置, 所述装置包括确定单元、 接收单元和判决单 元, 其中:
接收单元, 用于接收网络侧配置的 PS域小区重选参数;
确定单元, 用于确定 UE是否仅有 PS域业务, 是时触发判决单元; 判决单元, 用于根据所述 PS域小区重选参数进行所述 UE的小区重选 判决。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中:
所述接收单元还用于, 接收网络侧配置的 CS域小区重选参数; 所述确定单元还用于, 在确定所述 UE有 CS域业务时, 触发所述判决 单元根据 CS域小区重选参数进行所述 UE的小区重选判决。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述 UE为支持 TD-SCDMA 系统和 2G移动通信系统的双模双待用户设备。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 所述 PS域小区重选参数至 少包括: PCCPCH的 RSCP阈值和邻小区相对于服务小区的偏移量。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述 PCCPCH的 RSCP阈值 既小于小区重选的同频测量触发门限, 又小于小区重选的频间测量触发门 限。
13、 一种移动通信网络, 其中, 所述移动通信网络包括:
配置单元, 用于配置 PS域小区重选参数。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的移动通信网络, 其中, 所述 PS域小区重 选参数至少包括: PCCPCH的 RSCP阈值和邻小区相对于服务小区的偏移 量; 其中, 所述 PCCPCH的 RSCP阈值既小于小区重选的同频测量触发门 限, 又小于小区重选的频间测量触发门限。
