恢复模块 44, 设 置为接收筛选出的满足该第二筛选条件的数据, 并进行恢复。 优选地, 筛选出的数据包括以下至少之一: 根据数据的类型进行筛选得到的数据, 基于联系人或联系人组进行筛选得到的数据, 根据搜索字进行搜索得到的数据。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的数据备份装置中备份模块的结构框图, 如图 5所示, 该备份模块 36包括组合模块 52。 下面对该模块进行说明。 该组合子模块 52, 设置为 将满足该筛选条件的数据中具有相同关键字的数据进行组合, 并将组合之后的数据进 行备份。 在以下实施例及优选实施方式中, 采用的是对经过信息筛选的数据进行备份的策 略, 在终端用户发起备份操作时, 终端提供界面让用户进行信息筛选, 筛选范围包括 但不仅限于以下几种类型: 短信、 彩信、 名片夹、 通话记录、 浏览器书签、 记事本等。 其筛选方式大致分为两类: 一、 基于联系人或联系人群组进行筛选, 客户端再根据用 户所选择的联系人的所有数据获取并组合数据; 二、 提供关键字搜索功能, 根据用户 输入的关键字进行数据搜索, 客户端再将搜索出来的所有数据进行组合; 最后再将组 合好的数据发送到服务器或存储到 T卡完成备份。 下面针对用户可定制的数据信息的 备份及恢复方法进行说明。 在本实施例中提供了一种用户可定制的数据信息的备份方法, 该方法包括如下步 骤: 步骤 1, 手机终端用户发起备份操作, 选择备份方式为"用户定制数据的备份"; 步骤 2, 提供数据筛选界面, 供用户选择数据筛选方式。 该界面包括两种筛选方 式: 一种是基于联系人或联系人群组方式; 另一种是基于关键字搜索方式。 步骤 3, 客户端根据用户选择的筛选方式进行数据获取, 如果选择方式一: 基于 联系人或联系人群组方式, 则提供联系人及群组列表界面, 让用户选择需要备份的联 系人或群组, 可以选择单个、 多个及全部的联系人或群组。 选择完成后则获取该联系 人或群组内所有联系人的数据信息; 若选择方式二: 基于关键字搜索方式, 则提供关 键字输入界面, 供用户输入筛选关键字。 客户端再根据关键字进行搜索, 将搜索出来 的信息进行组合。 步骤 4, 将数据同步到服务器或者存储到 T卡上, 完成备份。 与现有技术流程相比, 本实施例可以更有针对性的进行备份和恢复操作, 进行了 备份数据信息的筛选, 避免了数据冗余, 节约了存储空间及数据流量, 便于进行备份 数据的管理, 极大的提高了用户体验。 在本实施例中还提供了一种备份数据的恢复方法, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 1, 手机终端用户发起恢复操作, 选择备份方式为"用户定制数据的恢复"。 步骤 2, 提供恢复方式界面, 供用户选择恢复方式。 该界面包括两种恢复方式: 第一种是基于联系人或联系人群组进行恢复的方式; 第二种是基于关键字进行恢复方 式。 步骤 3, 根据步骤 2选择的恢复方式获取备份列表: 如果选择方式 1 : "基于联系 人"进行恢复, 则搜索得到备份过的联系人列表, 并提供联系人列表界面, 让用户选择 需要恢复的联系人; 如果选择方式 2: "基于关键字", 则获取备份过的关键字列表, 让用户选择需要恢复的关键字。 两种方案均可以单选、 多选和全选。 步骤 4, 客户端根据用户选择的联系人或者关键字获取备份数据, 其中恢复的数 据类型包括但不限于以下类型: 短信、 彩信、 名片夹、 通话记录、 浏览器书签、 记事 本。 步骤 5, 将备份数据写入手机终端, 完成数据恢复。 下面结合附图对上述数据备份方法及备份数据恢复流程进行说明。 图 6是根据本发明优选实施例的数据备份方法的流程图, 如图 6所示, 该流程包 括如下步骤: 步骤 S602, 终端用户发起备份操作; 步骤 S604, 提供 UI界面让用户选择要备份筛选方式及筛选条件; 步骤 S606, 根据用户所选的筛选方式及条件获取并准备好需要备份的数据; 步骤 S608, 根据不同的同步方式将准备好的数据进行备份, 如果为云备份, 则将 备份数据同步到服务器上; 如果为 T卡备份, 则将备份数据存储到 T卡; 步骤 S610, 备份完成。 图 7是根据本发明实施例的数据备份恢复方法的流程图, 如图 7所示, 该流程包 括如下步骤: 步骤 S702, 终端用户发起恢复操作; 步骤 S704, 提供 UI界面让用户选择恢复方式; 步骤 S706, 根据恢复方式提供备份数据列表, 让用户选择需要恢复的数据; 如果 为联系人方式, 则提供备份过的联系人列表界面供用户选择要恢复的联系人; 如果为 关键字方式, 则提供备份过的关键字列表界面供用户选择要恢复的关键字; 步骤 S708, 根据用户所选的联系人或关键字, 获取恢复数据; 步骤 S710, 将数据写入手机终端; 步骤 S712, 恢复完成。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1. 一种数据备份方法, 包括:
接收筛选条件;
筛选出满足所述筛选条件的数据;
将满足所述筛选条件的数据进行备份。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在将满足所述筛选条件的数据进行备份之 后, 还包括:
根据接收到的第二筛选条件发起数据恢复;
接收筛选出的满足所述第二筛选条件的数据, 并进行恢复。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 筛选出的数据包括以下至少之一: 根据数据的类型进行筛选得到的数据, 基于联系人或联系人组进行筛选得 到的数据, 根据搜索字进行搜索得到的数据。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法,其中,将满足所述筛选条件的数据进行备份包括:
将满足所述筛选条件的数据中具有相同关键字的数据进行组合, 并将组合 之后的数据进行备份。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述数据的类型包括以下至少之一:
短信、 彩信、 名片夹、 通话记录、 浏览器书签、 记事本。
6. 一种数据备份装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收筛选条件;
筛选模块, 设置为筛选出满足所述筛选条件的数据;
备份模块, 设置为将满足所述筛选条件的数据进行备份。
