背景技术
在现有的移动终端中,搜索菜单一般以条形项目纵向或横向分布, 虽然这 样的菜单分布模式虽然直观明了, 但是, 若应用到可触屏的移动终端中, 这样 的菜单分布模式会为用户带来不便。
因为在用户对可触屏的移动终端进行操作时, 一般都是使用单手进行操 作, 大拇指需要拉动或切换搜索菜单时, 大拇指需要做纵向或横向的操作, 不 符合人体工学的需求, 大拇指活动起来不太方便, 容易点击到非目标字符, 造 成误操作。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种弧形菜单索引显示方法及相关装置,用于以弧形 的显示条显示索引字符。

本发明实施例中, 沿操作弧线排布的索引字符可以为中文字符,也可以为 英文字符, 具体的字符可以按英文 26个字符的次序排列 (中文字符可按该字 拼音的首个字母排序)。 可选的,索引操作区域的弧形边界线可以为以显示屏幕外任意一点为圆心 在显示屏幕上所画的圆弧;该弧形边界线也可以为以所述显示屏幕的左下角或 右下角的顶点为圆心在所述显示屏幕上所画的圆弧,且所述圆弧的半径小于所 述显示屏幕的宽度;该弧形边界线还可以任一预置的位置为圆心在所述显示屏 幕上所画的圆弧。
可选的, 若以所述显示屏幕的左下角或右下角的顶点为圆心, 则该索引操 作区域则为一个扇形区, 具体的, 该扇形区的大小(决定于该圆弧的半径)可 以为固定值(即该圆弧的半径固定), 也可以由用户指定, 即用户在打开本发 明的弧形菜单索引时,可以通过在显示屏幕上点击任意点来决定该圆弧的半径 (如, 以用户所点击的点到左下角或右下角的顶点的距离为半径), 若弧形菜 单索引设定了最大半径小于显示屏幕的宽度,则当用户在显示屏幕上点击最大 半径以外的点时, 都会默认为选择最大半径的索引操作区域。
其中, 如图 3所示, 在实现的过程中根据圆心确定方式的不同, 索引操作 区域可以为如图 301所示扇形区域,也可以为如图 302所示半圆区域,还可以 为如图 303所示圆弧形区域。
本发明的弧形菜单索引包括有索引操作区域和索引字符,该索引操作区域 为弧形边界线与在该弧形边界线内侧的显示屏幕的边框连接而成的区域,该索 引字符沿弧形边界线的内侧排布; 由于人的大拇指是以手掌的虎口位为圆心, 以大拇指的长度为半径活动的, 因此, 弧形的操作区域符合手指的人机工学, 更加便于用户的操作, 提高了用户操作定位的准确性。
为了适应不同用户拇指的大小,本发明实施例还提供了设置索引操作区域 大小的方法, 请参阅图 4, 本发明实施例中弧形菜单索引显示方法的另一个实 施例包括:
401、 接收用户发送的菜单展开指令;

402、 获取用户在所述显示屏幕内点击的第一指定位置;
在弧形菜单索引显示装置接收到了用户发送的菜单展开指令之后,弧形菜 单索引显示装置在显示屏幕中显示出设定所述弧形边界线的半径的界面,用户 可以在所述显示屏幕内点击任意位置,在用户进行了点击操作以后, 弧形菜单 索引显示装置就可以获取到用户在显示屏幕内点击的第一指定位置。
403、 确定所述弧形边界线的圆心;
弧形菜单索引显示装置确定所述弧形边界线的圆心。可选的, 所述圆心可 以通过以下方法确定:
一、 弧形菜单索引显示装置获取预置的 N个圆心, 所述 N为大于 1的整 数; 其中, 用户可以根据个人习惯或喜好在所述 N个圆心中选取一个作为所 述弧形边界线的圆心;
二、 以所述显示屏幕的左下角或右下角的顶点作为所述弧形边界线的圆 心; 其中, 具体是左下角还是右下角的顶点, 还可以由用户进行选择;

404、 根据所述第一指定位置和所述圆心确定所述弧形边界线的半径; 弧形菜单索引显示装置根据所述第一指定位置和所述圆心确定所述弧形 边界线的半径; 具体的, 可以以所述第一指示位置到所述圆心的距离为半径。

在实际应用中, 由于用户手握移动终端时有一定的倾斜度, 而该倾斜度与 用户手掌的虎口位有一定的位置关系,可以通过预设算法设定该倾斜度与用户 手掌的虎口位的位置关系,在用户接收到了用户发送的菜单展开指令之后, 弧 形菜单索引显示装置通过重力感应装置检测出该倾斜度,并根据该倾斜度和预 设的算法计算出用户手掌的虎口位。
可选的, 若用户预置了所述弧形边界线的半径, 则在确定所述虎口位作为 所述弧形边界线的圆心之后, 可直接触发步骤 504; 若弧形菜单索引显示装置 获取了所述第一指定位置,则弧形菜单索引显示装置先根据所述第一指定位置 和所述圆心的距离确定所述弧形边界线的半径。

在实际应用中, 用户用哪种手抓住移动终端, 则该重力感应装置就可以感 知到作用力往那边倾斜,则通过一些预配置参数则可以大致得测量到用户手掌 的虎口位, 移动终端则可以以该虎口位为圆心在显示屏幕上画圆弧; 类似的, 如上述实施例所述, 圆弧的半径可以通过用户来指定, 因此, 根据用户指定的 半径的长度以及该重力感应装置感知到的圆心的位置,最终所构造出来的索引 操作区域可以为扇形、 半圆形或圆弧形的区域。 这样一来, 一旦用户横屏操作 移动终端,本发明实施例中的弧形菜单索引也可以通过重力感应装置在显示屏 幕中调整弧形菜单的位置和角度, 使得用户的体验进一步的提高。
可选的, 若单层的字符显示栏无法完全的排布所需要显示的索引字符,如
26 个英文字母, 则在沿第一层排布的索引字符的内侧, 设置有第二层字符显 示栏, 该第二层字符显示栏上可以排布剩余需要显示的索引字符,根据实际的 情况, 若第二层字符显示栏仍未能显示完全, 则可以设置第三或第四字符显示 栏, 依次类推; 或者, 在单层的字符显示栏无法完全的排布所需要显示的索引 字符时, 本发明实施例中的字符显示栏还可以支持滑动操作, 即当用户的手指 在上述索引操作区域内沿弧形边界线的某个方向滑动时,索引字符的位置就会 沿该方向依次切换, 即索引字符也会沿该方向滑动, 如此, 通过滑动则可以切 换出当前未能显示的索引字符。

506、 关闭弧形菜单索引。
用户可以通过点击弧形菜单索引的关闭键,弧形菜单索引显示装置则接收 到关闭所述弧形菜单索引的指令, 并根据该指令关闭所述弧形菜单索引。
具体的, 弧形菜单索引的关闭键和开启键可以为同一个按键, 点击一次为 开启, 而再次点击则为关闭。
可选的,当移动终端检测到在索引操作区域上在预设的时间内没有用户的 操作, 则移动终端可以自动关闭该弧形菜单索引。

本发明实施例中的弧形菜单索引显示装置还可以包括:
第一获取单元 603 , 用于获取用户在所述显示屏幕内点击的第一指定位 置, 所述第一指定位置用于确定所述弧形边界线的半径;
相应,所述菜单显示单元 602还用于根据所述菜单展开指令在以所述第一 指定位置所确定的半径为半径在显示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索引。
第二获取单元 604 , 用于获取用户在所述索弓 )操作区域内点击的第二指定 位置,并触发所述圆心与所述第二指定位置的连线及所述连线的延伸线所经过 的索引字符对应的操作;
检测单元 605 , 用于在接收到用户发送的菜单展开指令之后, 检测用户手 掌的虎口位, 所述虎口位用于确定所述弧形边界线的圆心。
相应,所述菜单显示单元 602还用于根据所述菜单展开指令和所述虎口位 在显示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索引,所述弧形菜单索引的弧形边界线为以所述虎 口位为圆心在所述显示屏幕上所画的圆弧。
突出显示单元 606 , 用于在获取到所述第二指定位置之后, 突出显示所述 圆心与所述第二指定位置的连线及所述连线的延伸线所经过的索引字符。
可选的, 本发明实施例中的菜单显示单元 602可以包括:
圆心获耳 ^莫块 6021 ,用于获取预置的 N个圆心,所述 N为大于 1的整数; 弧形生成模块 6022, 用于根据所述第一指示位置所确定的半径和所述 N 个圆心生成 N个弧形边界线, 以供用户选择;
菜单展开模块 6023 , 用于根据用户选择的弧形边界线在显示屏幕上展开 弧形菜单索引。
本发明实施例中弧形菜单索引显示装置各个单元具体的操作过程如下: 用户点击弧形菜单索引的开启键之后,指示接收单元 601接收到菜单展开 指令。 本发明实施例是应用于支持触屏操作的移动终端, 具体的, 所述弧形菜 单索引的开启键可以设置在移动终端显示屏幕的右下角位置; 可选的,根据用 户左右手操作习惯的不同, 弧形菜单索引的开启键的位置可以由用户选择,如 用户有左手握住移动终端的习惯,则所述弧形菜单索引的开启键可以设置在移 动终端显示屏幕的左下角位置。
可选的, 若本发明实施例中的移动终端带有重力感应装置, 则在接收到了 用户发送的菜单展开指令之后,检测单元 605通过重力感应装置检测用户手掌 的虎口位, 并以所述虎口位作为所述弧形边界线的圆心。
在实际应用中, 由于用户手握移动终端时有一定的倾斜度, 而该倾斜度与 用户手掌的虎口位有一定的位置关系,可以通过预设算法设定该倾斜度与用户 手掌的虎口位的位置关系,在用户接收到了用户发送的菜单展开指令之后, 弧 形菜单索引显示装置通过重力感应装置检测出该倾斜度,并根据该倾斜度和预 设的算法计算出用户手掌的虎口位。
可选的, 所述圆心还可以通过以下方法确定:
一、 弧形菜单索引显示装置获取预置的 N个圆心, 所述 N为大于 1的整 数; 其中, 用户可以根据个人习惯或喜好在所述 N个圆心中选取一个作为所 述弧形边界线的圆心;
二、 以所述显示屏幕的左下角或右下角的顶点作为所述弧形边界线的圆 心; 其中, 具体是左下角还是右下角的顶点, 还可以由用户进行选择。
在确定圆心之后, 则可以根据所述圆心确定半径, 可选的, 若本发明需要 用户确定索引操作区域的大小, 则在接收到了用户发送的菜单展开指令之后, 显示屏幕中显示出设定所述弧形边界线的半径的界面,用户可以在所述显示屏 幕内点击任意位置,在用户进行了点击操作以后, 第一获取单元 603就可以获 取到用户在显示屏幕内点击的第一指定位置。
在获取到第一指定位置之后,菜单显示单元 602根据所述第一指定位置和 所述圆心确定所述弧形边界线的半径(具体的, 可以以所述第一指示位置到所 述圆心的距离为半径), 并根据所述半径和圆心在所述显示屏幕上生成弧形菜 单索引。
具体的, 在实际应用中, 确定了圆心和半径后就可以确定一个圆, 所述圆 与所述显示屏幕相交的区域则可以作为弧形菜单索引的索引操作区域,在弧形 菜单索引显示装置确定了索引操作区域之后,在所述索引操作区域中生成索引 字符和索引指针,所述索引字符可沿所述弧形边界线排布, 所述索引指针可以 以所述显示屏幕的左下角或右下角为起点, 指向所述索引字符。
可选的, 若是 N个圆心的方案, 则可以由菜单显示单元 602的圆心获取模 块 6024获取预置的 N个圆心,由弧形生成模块 6022根据所述第一指示位置所 确定的半径和所述 N个圆心生成 N个弧形边界线, 以供用户选择; 再由菜单展 开模块 6023根据用户选择的弧形边界线在显示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索引。 具 体的,弧形菜单索引显示装置可以根据所述第一指示位置与所述 N个圆心生成 N个半径, 在根据所述 N个圆心与所述 N个半径生成 N个弧形边界线, 所述 N 个半径分别为所述第一指示位置分别到所述 N个圆心的距离;所述弧形边界线 为根据所述圆心与所述圆心对应的半径在所述显示屏幕所生成的圆弧。
在所述搜索菜单展开以后, 若用户在所述搜索菜单内进行点击操作, 则第 二获取单元 604就会获取用户在所述索引操作区域内点击的第二指定位置,并 触发所述圆心经过所述第二指定位置所指向的索引字符对应的操作。例如, 该 搜索的应用为查找联系人, 则点击某个字符则会显示出该字符所对应的联系 人, 如被点击的索引字符为" A", 则移动终端就会以弹窗的形式显示出联系人 姓名的第一个字的拼音为 "A"的联系人。
可选的, 用户不但可以直接在字符显示栏上点击索引字符,还可以在非字 符显示栏的索引操作区域上进行点击,触发目标的索引字符所对应的操作, 具 体为:
弧形菜单索引显示装置会获取用户在所述索引操作区域内点击的第二指 定位置, 若所述第二指定位置非索引字符所在的位置, 则弧形菜单索引显示装 置可以触发所述圆心与所述第二指定位置的连线区域所经过的索引字符对应 的操作。例如, 索引操作区域为以显示屏幕的左下角的顶点为圆心的一个扇形 区, 用户则可以点击在该索引操作区域圆心指向该索引字符的射线,从而触发 该射线所指向的索引字符对应的操作; 进一步的, 为了使用户可以看清所需要 点击的索引字符, 当确定了第二指定位置之后, 突出显示单元 606突出显示该 射线所指向的索引字符, 可选的, 突出显示的方式冒泡, 或放大, 或变换颜色 等方式。而当用户的手指在上述索引操作区域内沿弧形边界线的某个方向滑动 时, 索引字符的位置就会沿该方向依次切换, 即索引字符也会沿该方向滑动, 使得用户可以查找到所需的索引字符。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到, 所揭露的装置和方法可以 通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如, 所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分, 实际实现时可以有另外的划分方 式, 例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统, 或一些特征可 以忽略, 或不执行。 另一点, 所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通 信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性, 机才戒或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为 单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元, 即可以位于一个地方, 或者 也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部 单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元 中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的 形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售 或使用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解, 本发 明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全 部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储 介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器, 的存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器(ROM, Read-Only Memory ), 随机存取存储器(RAM, Random Access Memory ), 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以 存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应 所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种弧形菜单索引显示方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收菜单展开指令;
根据所述菜单展开指令在显示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索引;
所述弧形菜单索引包括: 索引操作区域、 索引指针和索引字符; 所述索引操作区域为显示于所述显示屏幕上的弧形边界线以及与所述弧 形边界线相交的显示屏的边框所环绕的区域,所述索引字符沿所述弧形边界线 排布;
所述索引指针位于所述索引操作区域内用于指示被选中的所述索引字符。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进一步包括: 获取用户在所述显示屏幕内点击的第一指定位置,所述第一指定位置用于 确定所述弧形边界线的半径;
相应, 所述根据所述菜单展开指令在显示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索引包括: 根据所述菜单展开指令在以所述第一指定位置所确定的半径为半径在显 示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索引。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述菜单展开指 令在以所述第一指定位置所确定的半径为半径在显示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索 引包括:
获取预置的 N个圆心, 所述 N为大于 1的整数;
根据所述第一指示位置所确定的半径和所述 N个圆心生成 N个弧形边界 线, 以供用户选择;
根据用户选择的弧形边界线在显示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索引。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述第一指示位 置所确定的半径和所述 N个圆心生成 N个弧形边界线, 包括:
根据所述第一指示位置与所述 N个圆心生成 N个半径, 所述 N个半径分 别为所述第一指示位置分别到所述 N个圆心的距离;
根据所述 N个圆心与所述 N个半径生成 N个弧形边界线, 所述弧形边界 线为根据所述圆心与所述圆心对应的半径在所述显示屏幕所生成的圆弧。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述弧形边界线为以所述 显示屏幕的左下角或右下角的顶点为圆心在所述显示屏幕上所生成的圆弧,所 述圆弧的半径小于所述显示屏幕的宽度。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收用户发送的菜单 展开指令之后, 还包括:
检测用户手掌的虎口位, 所述虎口位用于确定所述弧形边界线的圆心。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若弧形边界线为以所述显 示屏幕的左下角或右下角的顶点为圆心在所述显示屏幕上所生成的圆弧,则所 述方法还包括:
获取用户在所述索弓 I操作区域内点击的第二指定位置;
触发所述圆心与所述第二指定位置的连线及所述连线的延伸线所经过的 索引字符对应的操作。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 触发所述圆心与所述第二 指定位置的连线及所述连线的延伸线所经过的索引字符对应的操作, 包括: 突出显示所述圆心与所述第二指定位置的连线及所述连线的延伸线所经 过的索引字符。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 突出显示所述圆心与所述 第二指定位置的连线区域所经过的索引字符, 包括:
以冒泡, 或放大, 或变换颜色的方式突出显示所述圆心与所述第二指定位 置的连线区域所经过的索引字符。
10、 一种弧形菜单索引显示装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
指示接收单元, 用于接收菜单展开指令;
菜单显示单元,用于根据所述菜单展开指令在显示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索 引; 所述弧形菜单索引包括: 索引操作区域、 索引指针和索引字符; 所述索引 操作区域为显示于所述显示屏幕上的弧形边界线以及与所述弧形边界线相交 的显示屏的边框所环绕的区域, 所述索引字符沿所述弧形边界线排布;所述索 引指针位于所述索引操作区域内用于指示被选中的所述索引字符。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的弧形菜单索引显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述 弧形菜单索引显示装置还包括:
检测单元, 用于在接收到用户发送的菜单展开指令之后,检测用户手掌的 虎口位, 所述虎口位用于确定所述弧形边界线的圆心;
相应,所述菜单显示单元还用于根据所述菜单展开指令和所述虎口位在显 示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索引,所述弧形菜单索引的弧形边界线为以所述虎口位 为圆心在所述显示屏幕上所画的圆弧。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的弧形菜单索引显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述弧形菜单索引显示装置还包括:
第一获取单元, 用于获取用户在所述显示屏幕内点击的第一指定位置, 所 述第一指定位置用于确定所述弧形边界线的半径;
相应,所述菜单显示单元还用于根据所述菜单展开指令在以所述第一指定 位置所确定的半径为半径在显示屏幕上展开弧形菜单索引。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的弧形菜单索引显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述 菜单显示单元包括:
圆心获取模块, 用于获取预置的 N个圆心, 所述 N为大于 1的整数; 弧形生成模块, 用于根据所述第一指示位置所确定的半径和所述 N个圆 心生成 N个弧形边界线, 以供用户选择;
菜单展开模块,用于根据用户选择的弧形边界线在显示屏幕上展开弧形菜 单索引。
14、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的弧形菜单索引显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述弧形菜单索引显示装置还包括:
第二获取单元, 用于获取用户在所述索引操作区域内点击的第二指定位 置,并触发所述圆心与所述第二指定位置的连线及所述连线的延伸线所经过的 索引字符对应的操作;
突出显示单元, 用于在获取到所述第二指定位置之后, 突出显示所述圆心 与所述第二指定位置的连线及所述连线的延伸线所经过的索引字符。
