Description

高进快出隔膜滤板或滤布滤板及高速进料方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种既具有高速进料,又具有快速排料的高进快出隔膜滤板或滤布滤板及高速进料方法,属隔膜滤板或滤布滤板制造领域。
背景技术
本申请人所有CN 101385913 A、名称'由平隔膜与滤板构成的角进料隔膜滤板或滤布滤板总成', 它包括平隔膜滤板或滤布滤板及滤布滤板,平隔膜滤板或滤布滤板和滤布滤板均为单角进料通孔且平隔膜滤板或滤布滤板与滤布滤板呈交叉排列。优点:一是孔道具有自洁功能,能够保持通道的畅通无阻;二是实现了快速过滤料浆;三是不仅便于正向洗涤滤饼,也可以反向洗涤滤饼,使被过滤料浆中的有效成份的过净率高大大提高,同时进料泵与洗涤泵可以共用一个泵;四是通过调整芯板厚度,可以满足不同物料的滤饼厚度要求;五是隔膜滤板或滤布滤板可无支撑凸台或布支撑凸台;六是平隔膜滤板或滤布滤板不需装滤布。 需要改进的是:多块隔膜滤板或滤布滤板叠加构成进料通道且由进料通道再转过近90度的角度进入隔膜滤板或滤布滤板与滤板构成压榨腔内,受其通道弯道阻力的影响,进料效率低。
技术问题
设计目的:在背景技术的基础上,设计一种既具有高速进料,又具有快速排料的高进快出隔膜滤板或滤布滤板及高速进料方法。
技术解决方案
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。隔膜滤板或滤布滤板中的进料口直对隔膜滤板或滤布滤板压榨腔的设计,是本发明的技术特征之一。这样做的目的在于:由于进料口及进料通道直对隔膜滤板或滤布滤板压榨腔,因此没有弯道阻力,物料可以直接进入压榨腔,不仅速度快,而且加压进料所需的能耗小。2、进料口上装有进料阀的设计,是本发明的技术特征之二。这样做的目的在于:由于进料阀为单向阀,而 单向阀是典型的座阀,又称止回阀或逆止阀 , 用于 流体 系统中防止 流体 反向流动 ,本申请将其作为隔膜滤板或滤布滤板压榨腔的供料阀,既能在高压状态下高速允许物料通过,给压榨腔供料,又能在进料结束后自动锁闭,满足滤板的压榨要求,不仅开创了隔膜滤板或滤布滤板直通供料的先例,极大地提高了进料效率,而且制造工艺简单,操作方便。3、出料口设在隔膜滤板或滤布滤板下部的设计,是本发明的技术特征之三。这样做的目的在于:受地球引力的作用,物料被压榨后所生液体在地球引力的作用下自然下流且经过出料口快速排出,既提高了排料效率,又节省了能耗。
技术方案1:一种高进快出隔膜滤板或滤布滤板,它包括隔膜滤板或滤布滤板,隔膜滤板或滤布滤板中设有进料口和出料口,所述隔膜滤板或滤布滤板中的进料口直通压榨腔且进料口上装有进料阀。
技术方案2:一种高进快出隔膜滤板或滤布滤板的高速进料方法,隔膜滤板与隔膜滤板或滤布滤板与滤布滤板或隔膜滤板与滤布滤板间构成的料腔需要进料时,供料系统中的供料嘴与位于滤板上的单向进料阀快速对接,对接完成后,加压将物料通过进料阀注入隔膜滤板与隔膜滤板或滤布滤板与滤布滤板或隔膜滤板与滤布滤板构成的料腔内,供料结束后,进料阀锁闭,然后进行鼓膜压榨,压榨出的液体经出料口快速排出。
有益效果
本发明与背景技术相比,一是开创造了隔膜滤板或滤布滤板直通进料的先例,不仅进料效率高,进料通畅,而且能耗低;二是采用单向阀作为进料口的阀门,不仅能够满足高速进料的要求,而且当进料结束后,能够自动锁闭阀门,满足隔膜滤板或滤布滤板的压榨要求;三是出料口设在隔膜滤板或滤布滤板下部,不仅排料速度快,而且不消耗能耗。

本发明的实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1-5。一种高进快出隔膜滤板或滤布滤板,它包括隔膜滤板或滤布滤板1,隔膜滤板或滤布滤板1中设有进料口和出料口,所述隔膜滤板或滤布滤板1中的进料口直通压榨腔且进料口上装有进料阀2。所述进料阀2为单向阀或电磁进料阀。所述进料阀2位于滤板1上端面。所述出料口3位于滤板1下部。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,所述单向阀由管接头及锥形橡胶套构成,管接头上部为进料对接插口且位于滤板外、下部套有高弹性锥头橡胶头且位于滤板内,锥形橡胶头的锥头在高压物料流体的压力下被撑开,当进料完成后自动恢复原状---即关闭,阻止物料倒流。
实施例3:在实施例1和2的基础上,一种高进快出隔膜滤板或滤布滤板的高速进料方法,隔膜滤板与隔膜滤板或滤布滤板与滤布滤板或隔膜滤板与滤布滤板间构成的料腔需要进料时,供料系统中的供料嘴与位于滤板上的单向进料阀快速对接,对接完成后,加压将物料通过进料阀注入隔膜滤板与隔膜滤板或滤布滤板与滤布滤板或隔膜滤板与滤布滤板构成的料腔内,供料结束后,进料阀锁闭,然后进行鼓膜压榨,压榨出的液体经出料口快速排出。所述加压物料是指物料经过高压泵加压通过进料阀注入隔膜滤板与隔膜滤板或滤布滤板与滤布滤板或隔膜滤板与滤布滤板间构成的料腔内。所述所述进料阀2为单向阀或电磁进料阀。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明的设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路范围内的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

5、一种高进快出隔膜滤板或滤布滤板的高速进料方法,其特征是:隔膜滤板与隔膜滤板或滤布滤板与滤布滤板或隔膜滤板与滤布滤板间构成的料腔需要进料时,供料系统中的供料嘴与位于滤板上的单向进料阀快速对接,对接完成后,加压将物料通过进料阀注入隔膜滤板与隔膜滤板或滤布滤板与滤布滤板或隔膜滤板与滤布滤板构成的料腔内,供料结束后,进料阀锁闭,然后进行鼓膜压榨,压榨出的液体经出料口快速排出。
6、根据权利要求5所述的高进快出隔膜滤板或滤布滤板的高速进料方法,其特征是:所述加压物料是指物料经过高压泵加压通过进料阀注入隔膜滤板与隔膜滤板或滤布滤板与滤布滤板或隔膜滤板与滤布滤板间构成的料腔内。
