电缆竖井消防装置及其消防方法
本发明涉及一种电缆竖井消防装置及其方法, 竖井内部安装竖立消防管和下排风装置, 防火阀门并分层设置灭火喷射头, 电缆之间设置隔离控烟挡板, 井道门下部安装双金属片控 制的灭火装置, 出现火灾可实现了电缆与空气的物理隔离, 广泛应用于电缆竖井的消防, 提 高电缆竖井的安全指标, 该技术实现的产品可工业化、 标准化、 通用化、 系列化生产, 属于 建筑防火和电气消防领域。
背景技术
现有的电缆竖井现状, 根本没有防火措施, 只能被动的在着火后人工救火, 由于不能及 时救火, 造成的损失很大。
本发明提供了一种电缆竖井消防装置及其消防方法, 可以实现自动、 及时、 有效的灭火, 提高了 电缆竖井的安全指标。
发明内容
一种电缆竖井消防装置及其方法, 在电缆竖井内设置消防喷淋装置, 电缆竖井外壁设置 消防联动装置, 电缆竖井实现自动防火。
本发明具有以下特征:
1.消防喷淋装置为火灾自动感应式喷淋。
2.电缆竖井外壁消防联动装置为三级联动, 将灭火用土自动滑落入着火电缆处。

1、 电缆竖井消防装置整体结构示意图如图 1所示:电缆竖井 1, 外墙 2,门 3, 转轴 4, 灭火土 5, 从传动板 6, 主传动板 7, 热能感应板 8, 消防管 9, 阀门 10, 电缆线 11, 清理口 12, 处理箱 13。
2、 电缆竖井消防装置遇火工作示意图如图 2所示:转轴 41, 灭火土 51, 从传动板 61, 主传动板 71, 热能感应板 81。
具体实施方式
电缆竖井内消防喷淋装置: 在竖井内部竖立消防管道如图 1 ( 9) 所示, 管道为防火金 属材质, 内部充满消防液, 在阀门如图 1 ( 10) 所示处安装火灾感应器, 电缆着火后阀门自 动开启喷淋消防液。
电缆竖井外壁消防联动装置: 电缆着火后, 热能感应板如图 1 (8) 所示为可弯曲防火柔 性材料, 自动感应热能后弯曲向上, 本装置运用跷跷板原理, 主传动板如图 1 (7) 所示受到 (8) 传来的推力斜向上移动, (7) 同时传力给从传动板如图 1 (6) 所示, (6) 下部受力向 上抬起, 灭火土如图 1 (5) 所示自动沿着斜板向下滑动落入着火电缆处。

3.根据权利要求 1所述的电缆竖井消防装置及其方法, 其特征是: 电缆竖井外壁消防联 动装置为三级联动, 将灭火用土自动滑落入着火电缆处。
