一种烟道消防系统及自动喷淋装置,属于消防自动控制设备领域。其特征是在每层楼的水平烟道与垂直烟道的交接处安装一只喷淋装置,每层楼的楼板顶处也安装一只喷淋装置;各楼层的喷淋装置之间通过管道连接,并与主消防水管连通,形成系统;直接监控烟道内的温度异变,当有火情发生时,喷淋装置自动开启消防介质喷淋而出,当火情被扑灭以后喷淋装置自动关闭,避免了因烟道起火带来的频繁火灾。

技术领域
烟道消防系统及自动喷淋装置,属于降温、消防自动控制设备领域。
背景技术
据官方公布,2011年一至十月份北京市共发生餐饮场所火灾13起,占全市火灾总数的6.74%,其中,燃排油烟管道内油垢被引燃起火蔓延成灾又是餐饮火灾数占总起数比例居高不下的主要成因。为了减少烟道火灾的发生,采取有效技术手段控制烟道起火,北京消防部门总结了近期几起烟道火灾案例,在督促社会单位经常对烟道进行清洗外,提出应有预防烟道起火蔓延成灾的技术措施。根据《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》,第8.5.3.3条的规定,垂直风管与每层水平风管交接处的水平管段上应设置防火阀。考虑到烟道火灾蔓延迅速,当厨房与垂直排烟道距离较远时,建议在厨房内烟道末端增加防火阀,从而将火灾控制在较小范围内,避免火灾蔓延至厨房外区域增加损失和扑救难度,但由于没有切实可行的能自动启闭的消防技术手段,所以烟道火灾仍然年年发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种可根据烟道内环境温度的异常变化,自动开启或关闭的消防系统及其装置。 本发明的技术方案是这样来实现的:在现有建筑特别是饭店,酒店、餐厅,在每楼层的垂直烟道风管与水平风管上安装本发明的自动喷淋装置;系统包括油烟进口,水平烟道, 消防水管,喷淋头,喷淋装置,防油罩,垂直烟道;每层楼的水平烟道与垂直烟道的交接处安装一只喷淋装置,每层楼的楼板顶处也安装一只喷淋装置;喷淋装置之间通过管道连接,并与主消防水管连通;每只喷淋装置上方可安装防油罩;喷淋装置主要由阀体、阀芯、阀帽,复位装置以及带记忆功能的热敏元件、磁耦合机构组成,热敏元件外露安装在阀帽上方,并套在连动杆的外面,直接与烟道内的热气流接触,其顶端通过螺母与聚热罩、连动杆连接,连动杆下部与一磁部件连接并放置在阀帽内,该磁部件套在阀体上的阀芯套外,阀芯套密封安装在阀体上,阀芯可在阀芯套内上下滑动,阀芯与阀体内的出水口配合控制阀门的启闭,阀体的进水口与消防水连接,出水口通过管道与喷淋头连接;各楼层的喷淋装置通过消防水管连接在一起,形成系统。
本发明的有益效果是,烟道内安装了本发明的消防系统,直接监控烟道内的温度异变;当有火情发生时,喷淋装置自动开启消防介质喷淋而出,当火情被扑灭以后喷淋装置自动关闭,避免了因烟道起火带来的频繁火灾。

具体实施方式
现结合附图进一步说明;烟道消防系统由油烟进口(1),热敏元件(2),水平烟道(8), 消防水管(5),喷淋头(3),喷淋装置(4),防油罩(6),垂直烟道(7)组成;在每层楼的水平烟道(8)与垂直烟道(7)的交接处安装一只喷淋装置(4),在每层楼的楼板处也安装一只喷淋装置(4),如果烟道横截面较大,可以安装多只喷淋装置;喷淋装置(4)之间通过管道(5)连接,并与主消防水管连通;每只喷淋装置(4)上方可增设防油罩(6);喷淋装置(4)主要由阀体、阀芯、阀帽,复位装置以及带记忆功能的热敏元件(2)、磁耦合机构组成,热敏元件(2)外露安装在阀帽上方,并套在连动杆的外面,直接与烟道内的热气流接触,其顶端通过螺母与聚热罩、连动杆连接,连动杆下部与一磁部件连接并放置在阀帽内,该磁部件套在阀体上的阀芯套外,阀芯套密封安装在阀体上,阀芯可在阀芯套内滑动,阀芯与阀体内的出水口配合控制阀门的启闭,阀体的进水口与消防水连接,出水口通过管道与喷淋头连接;各楼层的喷淋装置(4)通过消防水管(5)连接在一起,形成系统;本发明是这样工作的,当某楼层的油烟进口(1),水平烟道(8)内的空气环境温度在正常范围内时,喷淋装置(4)上的热敏元件(2)处于收缩状态,阀芯在复位机构、阀芯套外的磁部件共同作用下,将阀体内的出水口封堵,阀门关闭;当水平烟道(8)内的沉积油层因某种原因,突然着火,导致水平烟道(8)内的环境温度异常升高,热敏元件(2)检测到温度的异变超过设定值时,立即形变膨胀,推动聚热罩、连动杆向外运动,连动杆带动磁部件、并通过磁耦合拉动阀芯离开阀体内的出水口,阀门开启,消防介质经喷淋头(3)喷射而出,当火情被扑灭以后,烟道内的温度迅速下降到设定值以下时,热敏元件(2)收缩到原始状态,阀门关闭;如在火情发生时火势迅速蔓延到垂直烟道(7)内,安装在垂直烟道(7)内的喷淋装置(4)开启,消防水喷淋而下与水平烟道(8)内的喷淋装置(4)一起灭火,避免了火势向其他楼层蔓延;如果此时水平烟道(8)内已无明火,此喷淋装置(4)自动关闭(避免了水资源的浪费),而如果垂直烟道(7)内仍有火情,则垂直烟道(7)内的喷淋装置(4)仍喷泄直至火情被扑灭。

1.一种烟道消防系统及自动喷淋装置,其特征是每层楼的水平烟道与垂直烟道的交接处安装喷淋装置,每层楼的楼板顶处也安装喷淋装置;各楼层的喷淋装置之间通过管道连接,并与主消防水管连通,形成系统;所述喷淋装置主要由阀体、阀芯、阀帽,复位装置以及带记忆功能的热敏元件、磁耦合机构组成;热敏元件外露安装在阀帽上方,并套在连动杆的外面,直接与烟道内的热气流接触,其顶端通过螺母与聚热罩、连动杆连接,连动杆下部与一磁部件连接并放置在阀帽内,该磁部件套在阀体上的阀芯套外,阀芯套密封安装在阀体上,阀芯可在阀芯套内上下滑动,阀芯与阀体内的出水口配合控制阀门的启闭;喷淋装置上方增设防油罩。
