SIP 终端是通信网络系统中的一种终端。 和传统话机的区别是, SIP 终端和注册服务器之间使用 SIP协议。 SIP终端可以是普通的话机, 也可 以是 SIP硬终端(具有视频通话和移动能力),还可以是个人电脑( Personal Computer, 简称 PC )软终端。
图 1示出了本发明一实施例提供的业务发放的方法的流程示意图, 如 图 1所示, 本实施例的业务发放的方法如下文所述。
101、 注册服务器接收 SIP终端发送的注册消息, 注册消息携带支持 订阅标识。 举例来说, 本实施例中的注册消息的 Supported头域中增加参数 Subscription标识, 即支持订阅标识。
当然, 在 SIP基本协议 RFC3261 中定义了扩展参数的格式, 进而注 册服务器能够识别上述注册消息中的支持订阅标识。 可以理解的是, 支持 订阅标识表示 SIP终端可支持接收注册服务器发送的业务信息。

303、 注册服务器接收业务支撑系统发送的业务变更消息, 业务变更 消息携带业务信息变更的信息; 此时, 注册服务器根据业务信息变更的信 息, 变更 SIP终端的业务信息, 并将业务信息变更的信息通知 SIP终端。
需要说明的是, 该处的业务信息变更的信息可理解为业务支撑系统主 动对某一类或一项业务信息进行变更。
在其他实施例中, 在前述的 SIP终端使用业务时, SIP终端可向注册 服务器发送激活业务的请求, 其用于激活前述的业务; 相应地, 注册服务 器根据激活业务的请求激活前述的业务, 以使 SIP终端使用该业务, 同时 注册服务器还可主动向 S I P终端发送携带另一新业务信息的业务发放消 自
也就是说, 终端的业务发生改变的时候, 注册服务器也会主动向 SIP 终端发送业务发放消息。
由上述实施例可知, 本实施例中的业务发放的方法通过 SIP 协议扩 展, 可有效提高 SIP终端的业务发放性能, 同时注册服务器无需支持 SIP 订阅功能, 且可节省网络侧的成本。
图 4示出了本发明一实施例提供的业务发放的方法的流程示意图, 如 图 4所示, 本实施例的业务发放的方法如下文所述。
401、 SIP终端向注册服务器发送注册消息, 注册消息携带支持订阅 标识。
402、 SIP终端接收注册服务器根据注册消息发送的注册响应消息, 以及接收注册服务器根据支持订阅标识发送的业务发放消息, 并使用与业 务发放消息中携带的业务信息对应的业务。
在其他的实施例中, 前述的注册消息还携带重启标识, 此时, 业务发 放方法中的步骤 402可如下:
SIP终端接收注册服务器根据注册消息发送的注册响应消息, 以及接 收注册服务器根据支持订阅标识和重启标识发送的业务发放消息, 并使用 与业务发放消息中携带的业务信息对应的业务。
在实际的应用场景中, 还可能出现注册服务器接收业务支撑系统发送 的业务变更消息, 该业务变更消息中携带业务信息变更的信息;
此时, SIP终端还可接收注册服务器根据业务变更的信息变更 SIP终 端的业务信息之后发送的通知消息。
当然, 在注册服务器的业务量较少时, SIP终端可接收注册服务器发 送的用于对 S I P终端的业务信息进行校验的业务发放消息。
由上述实施例可知,本实施例中的业务发放的方法 SIP终端向注册服 务器发送携带支持订阅标识的注册信息, 以使注册服务器在发送注册响应 消息的同时发送业务发放消息,进而使 SIP终端和注册服务器之间的消息 量减少, 同时注册服务器无需支持 SIP订阅功能, 减少了网络侧的开销。 上述实施例仅为简要说明, 可参照前述方法实施例中的描述。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明还提供一种注册服务器,如图 5所示, 该注册服务器包括: 接收单元 51、 发送单元 52; 其中, 接收单元 51用于 接收 SIP终端发送的注册消息, 注册消息携带支持订阅标识; 发送单元用 于根据注册消息向 SIP终端发送注册响应消息 ,以及用于根据支持订阅标 识向 SIP终端发送业务发放消息,以使 SIP终端使用与业务发放消息中携 带的业务信息对应的业务。
前述的注册消息还可以携带重启标识; 此时, 发送单元 52具体用于 根据支持订阅标识和重启标识向 SIP终端发送业务发放消息。
在实际应用中, 前述的接收单元 51还用于接收业务支撑系统发送的 业务变更消息, 该业务变更消息携带业务信息变更的信息。 由此, 前述的 注册服务器还可以包括: 变更单元和通知单元; 其中, 变更单元用于根据 业务信息变更的信息变更 SIP终端的业务信息;通知单元用于在变更单元 变更 SIP终端的业务信息之后, 将业务信息变更的信息通知 SIP终端。
在其他实施例中, 注册服务器的发送单元 52还用于向 SIP终端发送 用于对 SIP终端的业务信息进行校验的业务发放消息。 由上述实施例可知, 本实施例中的注册服务器通过接收单元接收 SIP 终端发送的携带支持订阅标识的注册消息, 进而通过发送单元根据支持订 阅标识向 SIP终端发送业务发放消息,进而使 SIP终端和注册服务器之间 的消息量减少, 同时减少了网络侧的开销。
根据本发明的另一方面, 本发明还提供一种终端, 如图 6所示, 终端 包括: 发送单元 61、 接收单元 62和业务单元 63; 其中, 发送单元 61用 于向注册服务器发送注册消息, 注册消息携带支持订阅标识;接收单元 62 用于接收注册服务器根据注册消息发送的注册响应消息, 以及用于接收注 册服务器根据支持订阅标识发送的业务发放消息; 业务单元 63用于使用 与业务发放消息中携带的业务信息对应的业务。
在其他实施例中, 前述的注册消息还可以携带重启标识; 此时, 接收 单元 62具体用于接收注册服务器根据支持订阅标识和重启标识发送的业 务发放消息。
在实际应用中, 若注册服务器接收业务支撑系统发送的业务变更消 息, 业务变更消息携带业务信息变更的信息; 则接收单元 62还用于接收 注册服务器根据业务变更的信息变更终端的业务信息之后发送的通知消 自
在其他的应用场景中, 终端的接收单元 62还用于接收注册服务器发 送的对终端的业务信息进行校验的业务发放消息, 以防止异常情况下, 终 端未接收到相关的业务信息或终端的业务信息丟失等现象。
由上述实施例可知, 本实施例中的终端通过发送单元向注册服务器发 送携带支持订阅标识的注册信息, 进而通过接收单元接收注册服务器发送 的业务发放消息, 进而可使终端和注册服务器之间的消息量减少, 同时减 少了网络侧的开销。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中, 应该理解到, 所揭露的系统, 装置 和方法, 可以通过其它的方式实现。 例如, 以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅 是示意性的。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的, 作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元, 即可以位于一个地 方, 或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。 可以根据实际的需要选择其中的 部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元 中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在, 也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在 一个单元中。 上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现, 也可以采用软 件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品 销售或使用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理 解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技 术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品 存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是 个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法 的全部或部分步骤。 而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储 器( ROM , Read-Only Memory )、随机存取存储器( RAM , Random Access Memory ) 、 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对 其限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修 改, 或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不 使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

1、 一种业务发放的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
注册服务器接收会话发起协议 SIP终端发送的注册消息,所述注册消 息携带支持订阅标识;
所述注册服务器根据所述注册消息向所述 SIP终端发送注册响应消 自 ·
所述注册服务器根据所述支持订阅标识向所述 SIP终端发送业务发 放消息, 以使所述 S I P终端使用与所述业务发放消息中携带的业务信息对 应的业务。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述注册消息还携带 重启标识;
相应地,所述注册服务器根据所述支持订阅标识向所述 SIP终端发送 业务发放消息的步骤为:
所述注册服务器根据所述支持订阅标识和所述重启标识向所述 SIP 终端发送业务发放消息。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述注册服务 器接收业务支撑系统发送的业务变更消息时, 所述业务变更消息携带所述 业务信息变更的信息;
所述注册服务器根据所述业务信息变更的信息, 变更所述 SIP终端的 业务信息, 并将所述业务信息变更的信息通知所述 SIP终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述注册服务器向所述 SIP终端发送用于对所述 SIP终端的业务信息 进行校验的业务发放消息。
5、 一种业务发放的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
会话发起协议 SIP终端向注册服务器发送注册消息,所述注册消息携 带支持订阅标识;
所述 SIP终端接收所述注册服务器根据所述注册消息发送的注册响 应消息, 以及接收所述注册服务器根据所述支持订阅标识发送的业务发放 消息, 并使用与所述业务发放消息中携带的业务信息对应的业务。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述注册消息还携带 重启标识;
相应地,所述 SIP终端接收所述注册服务器根据所述支持订阅标识发 送的业务发放消息的步骤为:
所述 SIP终端接收所述注册服务器根据所述支持订阅标识和所述重 启标识发送的业务发放消息。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若所述注册服务 器接收业务支撑系统发送的业务变更消息, 所述业务变更消息携带所述业 务信息变更的信息;
则所述 SIP终端还接收所述注册服务器根据所述业务变更的信息变 更所述 SIP终端的业务信息之后发送的通知消息。
8、 根据权利要求 5至 7任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述 SIP终端接收所述注册服务器发送的用于对所述 SIP终端的业务 信息进行校验的业务发放消息。
9、 一种注册服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收会话发起协议 SIP终端发送的注册消息, 所述注 册消息携带支持订阅标识;
发送单元,用于根据所述注册消息向所述 SIP终端发送注册响应消息, 以及用于根据所述支持订阅标识向所述 SIP终端发送业务发放消息, 以使 所述 S I P终端使用与所述业务发放消息中携带的业务信息对应的业务。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的注册服务器, 其特征在于, 所述注册消息 还携带重启标识;
相应地, 所述发送单元, 具体用于根据所述支持订阅标识和所述重启 标识向所述 SIP终端发送业务发放消息。

则所述注册服务器还包括:
变更单元,用于根据所述业务信息变更的信息变更所述 SIP终端的业 务信息;
通知单元, 用于在所述变更单元变更所述 SIP终端的业务信息之后, 将所述业务信息变更的信息通知所述 SIP终端。
12、 根据权利要求 9至 1 1任一所述的注册服务器, 其特征在于, 所 述发送单元,还用于向所述 SIP终端发送用于对所述 SIP终端的业务信息 进行校验的业务发放消息。
13、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送单元, 用于向注册服务器发送注册消息, 所述注册消息携带支持 订阅标识;
接收单元, 用于接收所述注册服务器根据所述注册消息发送的注册响 应消息, 以及用于接收所述注册服务器根据所述支持订阅标识发送的业务 发放消息;
业务单元, 用于使用与所述业务发放消息中携带的业务信息对应的业 务。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述注册消息还携 带重启标识;
相应地, 所述接收单元, 具体用于接收所述注册服务器根据所述支持 订阅标识和所述重启标识发送的业务发放消息。
15、 根据权利要求 13或 14所述的终端, 其特征在于, 若所述注册服 务器接收业务支撑系统发送的业务变更消息, 所述业务变更消息携带所述 业务信息变更的信息;
则所述接收单元还用于接收所述注册服务器根据所述业务变更的信 息变更所述终端的业务信息之后发送的通知消息。
16、 根据权利要求 13至 15任一所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述接收 单元, 还用于接收所述注册服务器发送的对所述终端的业务信息进行校验 的业务发放消息。
