本发明实施例提供的信息上报与下载的方法及系统,由于第一客户端 通过与所述第二客户端进行了 TCP连接,而第二客户端与网络服务器进行 了连接,使得所述第一客户端能够通过所述第二客户端向所述网络服务器 上报行为信息,而且能够通过所述第二客户端接收到网络服务器发送的反 馈信息。 与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例通过将隔离网络中的任一客户端 作为代理服务器, 来实现客户端与服务器之间的信息交互, 可以减少代理 服务器的复杂配置过程, 并且是节省了硬件上的资源, 同时在当前的代理 服务器出现故障时, 能够灵活选取其他的客户端作为代理服务器,从而提 高了提高客户端与服务器之间信息上报与下载的稳定性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没 有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的 范围。
为使本发明技术方案的优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和实施例对本发 明作伴细说明。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供的信息上报与下载的方法, 应用于一 种隔离网络系统, 所述隔离网络系统包括多个客户端及一个网络服务器, 各个客户端通过交换设备进行通信, 所述方法包括:
步骤 1 01、 从所述多个客户端中选取一个客户端, 作为第二客户端, 并将所述第二客户端连接到所述网络服务器;
具体地, 可以按照预置规则来选取特定的客户端作为第二客户端, 在 一个实施例中,可以选取所有客户端中处理能力最强的客户端作为第二客 户端, 与网络服务器连接; 在另一个实施例中, 可以选取当前最空闲的客 户端作为第二客户端, 当然可以理解的是, 还可以采取随机选取或者轮流 充当第二客户端的方式, 此处不再贅述。
步骤 1 02、 第一客户端在需要向所述网络服务器上报行为信息时, 与 所述第二客户端建立传输控制协议 ( Transm i s s i on Con t ro l Pro t oco l , 简称 TCP ) 连接。
其中, 所述第一客户端为所述多个客户端中, 除所述第二客户端之外 的其它任一客户端。
其中, 所述 TCP是一种面向连接导向的, 基于字节流的运输层通信协 议。
步骤 1 03、所述第一客户端将自身的行为信息发送给所述第二客户端, 使得所述第二客户端将所述行为信息转发给所述网络服务器。
其中, 所述行为信息可以是例如下载请求、 通话信息等业务数据, 但 不仅局限于此。
步骤 1 04、 所述第一客户端接收所述第二客户端转发的与所述行为信 息对应的反馈信息。
其中, 所述反馈信息可以是例如针对所述下载请求的数据内容, 或者 通话信息等业务数据, 但不仅局限于此。
值得说明的是本实施例的执行主体为所述隔离网络系统中的未连接 网络服务器的第一客户端, 所述第一客户端可以是例如台式计算机、 笔记 本计算机等, 但不仅局限于此。
如图 2所示, 本发明又一实施例提供的信息上报与下载的方法, 应用 于一种隔离网络系统,所述隔离网络系统包括多个客户端及一个网络服务 器, 各个客户端通过交换设备进行通信, 所述方法包括:
步骤 201、 从所述多个客户端中选取一个客户端, 作为第二客户端, 并将所述第二客户端连接到所述网络服务器;

步骤 203、 所述第二客户端接收所述第一客户端发送的行为信息, 并 将所述行为信息转发给所述网络服务器。
其中, 所述行为信息可以是例如下载请求、 通话信息等业务数据, 但 不仅局限于此。
步骤 204、 所述第二客户端接收所述网络服务器发送的与所述行为信 息对应的反馈信息, 并将所述反馈信息转发给所述第一客户端。
其中, 所述反馈信息可以是例如针对所述下载请求的数据内容, 或者 通话信息等业务数据, 但不仅局限于此。
值得说明的是本实施例的执行主体为所述隔离网络系统中的连接了 网络服务器的第二客户端, 所述第二客户端可以是例如台式计算机、 笔记 本计算机等, 但不仅局限于此。
采用本发明实施例提供的信息上报与下载的方法,由于第一客户端通 过与所述第二客户端进行了 TCP连接,而第二客户端与网络服务器进行了 连接,使得所述第一客户端能够通过所述第二客户端向所述网络服务器上 报行为信息,而且能够通过所述第二客户端接收到网络服务器发送的反馈 信息。 与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例通过将隔离网络中的任一客户端作 为代理服务器, 来实现客户端与服务器之间的信息交互, 可以减少代理服 务器的复杂配置过程, 并且是节省了硬件上的资源, 同时在当前的代理服 务器出现故障时, 能够灵活选取其他的客户端作为代理服务器, 从而提高 了提高客户端与服务器之间信息上报与下载的稳定性。
如图 3所示, 本发明另一实施例提供的信息上报与下载的方法, 应用 于一种隔离网络系统,所述隔离网络系统包括多个客户端及一个网络服务 器, 各个客户端通过交换设备进行通信, 所述方法包括:
步骤 301、 从所述多个客户端中选取一个客户端, 作为第二客户端, 并将所述第二客户端连接到所述网络服务器;
具体地, 可以按照预置规则来选取特定的客户端作为第二客户端, 在 一个实施例中,可以选取所有客户端中处理能力最强的客户端作为第二客 户端, 与网络服务器连接; 在另一个实施例中, 可以选取当前最空闲的客 户端作为第二客户端, 当然可以理解的是, 还可以采取随机选取或者轮流 充当第二客户端的方式, 此处不再贅述
步骤 302、 第一客户端在需要向所述网络服务器上报行为信息时, 向 交换设备发送用户数据包协议 (U s er Da t a g r am P ro t oco l , 简称 UDP ) 数 据包。
其中, 所述第一客户端为所述多个客户端中, 除所述第二客户端之外 的其它任一客户端,所述 UDP数据包用于向所述多个客户端询问所述多个 客户端是否连接了所述网络服务器。
其中, 所述行为信息可以是例如下载请求、 通话信息等业务数据, 但 不仅局限于此。
步骤 303、 所述交换设备将所述 UDP数据包在与所述交换设备连接的 客户端中进行广播。
步骤 304、所述第二客户端开启预先设置的用户数据包协议 UDP端口, 以监听是否有 UDP数据包到来。
步骤 305、 所述第二客户端在监听到所述交换设备广播的 UDP数据包 时, 根据所述 UDP数据包确定发送所述 UDP数据包的客户端的地址, 并向 所述客户端的地址对应的第一客户端发送 UDP数据包对应的返回信息。
其中, 所述 UDP数据包对应的返回信息可以包括所述第二客户端的身 份标识等信息,用于通知所述第一客户端所述第二客户端连接了所述网络 服务器。
具体的, 由于所述第二客户端开启了预先设置的 UDP端口, 因此在所 述交换设备广播所述 UDP数据包时,只有开启了 UDP端口的第二客户端能 够监听得到所述 UDP数据包。
步骤 306、 所述第一客户端在获取得到所述 UDP数据包对应的返回信 息后, 向所述第二客户端发送 TCP连接请求, 以连接所述第二客户端。
步骤 307、所述第一客户端将自身的行为信息发送给所述第二客户端, 使得所述第二客户端将所述行为信息转发给所述网络服务器。
其中, 所述行为信息可以是例如下载请求、 通话信息等业务数据, 但 不仅局限于此。 例如, 所述第一客户端需要从所述网络服务器上下载某一 软件, 则所述行为信息可以是所述某一软件的下载请求。
步骤 308、 所述第一客户端接收所述第二客户端转发的与所述行为信 息对应的反馈信息。
其中, 所述反馈信息可以是例如针对所述下载请求的数据内容, 或者 通话信息等业务数据, 但不仅局限于此。
采用本发明实施例提供的信息上报与下载的方法,由于第一客户端通 过与所述第二客户端进行了 TCP连接,而第二客户端与网络服务器进行了 连接,使得所述第一客户端能够通过所述第二客户端向所述网络服务器上 报行为信息,而且能够通过所述第二客户端接收到网络服务器发送的反馈 信息。 与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例通过将隔离网络中的任一客户端作 为代理服务器, 来实现客户端与服务器之间的信息交互, 可以减少代理服 务器的复杂配置过程, 并且是节省了硬件上的资源, 同时在当前的代理服 务器出现故障时, 能够灵活选取其他的客户端作为代理服务器, 从而提高 了提高客户端与服务器之间信息上报与下载的稳定性。
如图 4所示, 本发明实施例提供的第一客户端, 应用于一种隔离网络 系统, 所述隔离网络系统包括多个客户端及一个网络服务器, 各个客户端 通过交换设备进行通信,所述多个客户端中的一个客户端通过网口与所述 网络服务器连接, 以形成第二客户端, 所述第一客户端包括:
第一连接单元 41, 用于在需要向所述网络服务器上报行为信息时, 与所述第二客户端建立传输控制协议 TCP连接。其具体实现方式可以参见 图 1 中步骤 101所示, 此处不再贅述。
发送单元 42, 用于将自身的行为信息发送给所述第二客户端, 使得 所述第二客户端将所述行为信息转发给所述网络服务器。其具体实现方式 可以参见图 1 中步骤 102所示, 此处不再贅述。
接收单元 43, 用于接收所述第二客户端转发的与所述行为信息对应 的反馈信息。 其具体实现方式可以参见图 1 中步骤 103所示, 此处不再贅 述。
进一步的, 如图 5所示, 所述第一连接单元 41, 包括:
数据包发送模块 411 ,用于在需要向所述网络服务器上报行为信息时 , 向所述交换设备发送用户数据包协议 UDP 数据包以向所述多个客户端询 问所述多个客户端是否连接了所述网络服务器,以使得所述第二客户端通 过所述交换设备监听到所述 UDP数据包后,并向所述第一客户端发送与所 述 UDP 数据包对应的返回信息。 其具体实现方式可以参见图 3 中步骤 301-303所示, 此处不再赞述。
请求模块 412, 用于根据所述 UDP数据包对应的返回信息, 向所述第 二客户端发送 TCP连接请求, 以连接所述第二客户端。 其具体实现方式可 以参见图 3中步骤 305所示, 此处不再贅述。
采用本发明实施例提供的第一客户端, 由于第一客户端通过与所述第 二客户端进行了 TCP连接, 而第二客户端与网络服务器进行了连接, 使得 所述第一客户端能够通过所述第二客户端向所述网络服务器上报行为信 息, 而且能够通过所述第二客户端接收到网络服务器发送的反馈信息。 与 现有技术相比,本发明实施例通过将隔离网络中的任一客户端作为代理服 务器, 来实现客户端与服务器之间的信息交互, 可以减少代理服务器的复 杂配置过程, 并且是节省了硬件上的资源, 同时在当前的代理服务器出现 故障时, 能够灵活选取其他的客户端作为代理服务器, 从而提高了提高客 户端与服务器之间信息上报与下载的稳定性。
如图 6所示, 本发明实施例提供的第二客户端, 应用于一种隔离网络 系统, 所述隔离网络系统包括多个客户端及一个网络服务器, 各个客户端 通过交换设备进行通信,所述多个客户端中的一个客户端通过网口与所述 网络服务器连接, 以形成第二客户端, 所述第二客户端包括:
第二连接单元 51 ,用于在接收到第一客户端发送的传输控制协议 TCP 连接请求时, 与所述第一客户端建立 TCP连接。 其具体实现方式可以参见 图 2中步骤 201所示, 此处不再贅述。
第一转发单元 52 , 用于接收所述第一客户端发送的行为信息, 并将 所述行为信息转发给所述网络服务器。其具体实现方式可以参见图 2中步 骤 202所示, 此处不再贅述。
第二转发单元 53 , 用于接收所述网络服务器发送的与所述行为信息 对应的反馈信息, 并将所述反馈信息转发给所述第一客户端。 其具体实现 方式可以参见图 2中步骤 203所示, 此处不再贅述。
进一步的, 如图 7所示, 所述第二客户端, 还包括:
监听单元 54 , 用于开启预先设置的用户数据包协议 UDP 端口, 以监 听是否有 UDP数据包到来。
其中, 所述 UDP数据包用于向所述多个客户端询问所述多个客户端是 否连接了所述网络服务器。其具体实现方式可以参见图 3中步骤 303所示, 此处不再贅述。
获取单元 55 , 用于在监听到所述交换设备广播的 UDP数据包时, 根 据所述 UDP数据包确定发送所述 UDP数据包的客户端的地址。其具体实现 方式可以参见图 3中步骤 304所示, 此处不再贅述。
返回单元 56 , 用于向所述客户端的地址对应的第一客户端发送 UDP 数据包对应的返回信息, 以使得所述第一客户端向所述第二客户端发送 TCP连接请求。 其具体实现方式可以参见图 3中步骤 305所示, 此处不再 贅述。
采用本发明实施例提供的第二客户端, 由于第一客户端通过与所述第 二客户端进行了 TCP连接, 而第二客户端与网络服务器进行了连接, 使得 所述第一客户端能够通过所述第二客户端向所述网络服务器上报行为信 息, 而且能够通过所述第二客户端接收到网络服务器发送的反馈信息。 与 现有技术相比,本发明实施例通过将隔离网络中的任一客户端作为代理服 务器, 来实现客户端与服务器之间的信息交互, 可以减少代理服务器的复 杂配置过程, 并且是节省了硬件上的资源, 同时在当前的代理服务器出现 故障时, 能够灵活选取其他的客户端作为代理服务器, 从而提高了提高客 户端与服务器之间信息上报与下载的稳定性。
如图 8所示, 本发明实施例提供的信息上报与下载的系统, 包括多个 客户端, 网络服务器 61以及交换设备 62 , 各个客户端通过所述交换设备 62 进行通信, 所述多个客户端中的一个客户端通过网口与所述网络服务 器连接, 与所述网络服务器连接的客户端为第二客户端 63 ; 所述多个客 户端中, 除所述第二客户端 63之外的其它任一客户端, 为第一客户端; 其中,
所述多个客户端中的第一客户端 64 用于, 在需要向所述网络服务器 61上报行为信息时, 与所述第二客户端 63建立传输控制协议 TCP连接, 将自身的行为信息发送给所述第二客户端 63 , 并接收所述第二客户端 63 转发的与所述行为信息对应的反馈信息。
所述第二客户端 63用于, 与所述第一客户端 64进行 TCP连接后, 接 收所述第一客户端 64发送的行为信息, 并将所述行为信息转发给所述网 络服务器 61 , 接收所述网络服务器 61发送的与所述行为信息对应的反馈 信息, 并将所述反馈信息转发给所述第一客户端 64。
具体的, 如图 8所示, 所述第一客户端 64具体用于, 在需要向所述 网络服务器 61上报行为信息时,向所述交换设备 62发送用户数据包协议 UDP数据包; 接收与所述 UDP数据包对应的返回信息, 并根据所述返回信 息,向所述第二客户端 63发送 TCP连接请求,以连接所述第二客户端 63。
具体的, 所述交换设备 62具体用于, 在接收到所述第一客户端 64发 送的 UDP数据包之后 ,向与之连接的所述多个客户端广播所述 UDP数据包。
具体的, 所述第二客户端 63具体用于, 通过预先开启的 UDP端口, 监听是否有 UDP数据包到来, 当监听到所述交换设备 62广播的 UDP数据 包时, 根据所述 UDP数据包确定发送所述 UDP数据包的客户端的地址; 向 所述客户端的地址对应的第一客户端 64发送与所述 UDP数据包对应的返 回信息; 接受所述第一客户端 64发送的 TCP连接请求, 与所述第一客户 端 64建立 TCP连接。
其具体实现方式可以参见上述第一客户端及第二客户端的具体实施 例, 此处不再贅述。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到 本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬 件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技 术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式 体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中, 如计算机的软 盘, 硬盘或光盘等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人 计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。 以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种信息上报与下载的方法, 应用于一种隔离网络系统, 所述隔离 网络系统包括多个客户端及一个网络服务器, 各个客户端通过交换设备进 行通信, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
从所述多个客户端中选取一个客户端, 作为第二客户端, 并将所述第 二客户端连接到所述网络服务器;
第一客户端在需要向所述网络服务器上报行为信息时, 与所述第二客 户端建立传输控制协议 TCP连接,所述第一客户端为所述多个客户端中,除 所述第二客户端之外的其它任一客户端;
所述第一客户端将自身的行为信息发送给所述第二客户端, 使得所述 第二客户端将所述行为信息转发给所述网络服务器;
所述第一客户端接收所述第二客户端转发的与所述行为信息对应的反 馈信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一客户端在需要 向所述网络服务器上报行为信息时, 与所述第二客户端建立传输控制协议 TCP连接, 包括:
所述第一客户端在需要向所述网络服务器上报行为信息时, 向所述交 换设备发送用户数据包协议 UDP数据包, 以使所述交换设备向与之连接的 所述多个客户端广播所述 UDP数据包, 以使得所述第二客户端监听到所述 UDP数据包后, 向所述第一客户端发送与所述 UDP数据包对应的返回信息; 所述第一客户端根据所述 UPD数据包对应的返回信息, 向所述第二客 户端发送 TCP连接请求, 以连接所述第二客户端。
3、 一种信息上报与下载的方法, 应用于一种隔离网络系统, 所述隔离 网络系统包括多个客户端及一个网络服务器, 各个客户端通过交换设备进 行通信, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
从所述多个客户端中选取一个客户端, 作为第二客户端, 并将所述第 二客户端连接到所述网络服务器; 所述第二客户端在接收到第一客户端发送的传输控制协议 TCP连接请 求时, 与所述第一客户端建立 TCP连接, 所述第一客户端为所述多个客户 端中, 除所述第二客户端之外的其它任一客户端;
所述第二客户端接收所述第一客户端发送的行为信息, 并将所述行为 信息转发给所述网络服务器;
所述第二客户端接收所述网络服务器发送的与所述行为信息对应的反 馈信息, 并将所述反馈信息转发给所述第一客户端。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二客户端在接收 到传输控制协议 TCP连接请求时, 与所述第一客户端建立 TCP连接之前, 还包括:
所述第二客户端开启预先设置的用户数据包协议 UDP端口, 以监听是 否有 UDP数据包到来;
所述第二客户端在监听到所述交换设备广播的 UDP数据包时, 根据所 述 UDP数据包确定发送所述 UDP数据包的客户端的地址;
所述第二客户端向所述客户端的地址对应的第一客户端发送与所述 UDP 数据包对应的返回信息, 以使得所述第一客户端向所述第二客户端发 送 TCP连接请求。
5、 一种信息上报与下载的系统, 包括多个客户端、 网络服务器以及交 换设备, 各个客户端通过所述交换设备进行通信, 其特征在于, 所述多个 客户端中的一个客户端通过网口与所述网络服务器连接; 与所述网络服务 器连接的客户端为第二客户端; 所述多个客户端中, 除所述第二客户端之 外的其它任一客户端, 为第一客户端; 所述多个客户端中的第一客户端用 于, 在需要向所述网络服务器上报行为信息时, 与所述第二客户端建立传 输控制协议 TCP连接, 将自身的行为信息发送给所述第二客户端, 并接收 所述第二客户端转发的与所述行为信息对应的反馈信息;
所述第二客户端用于, 与所述第一客户端建立 TCP连接后, 接收所述 第一客户端发送的行为信息, 并将所述行为信息转发给所述网络服务器, 接收所述网络服务器发送的与所述行为信息对应的反馈信息, 并将所述反 馈信息转发给所述第一客户端。
6、如权利要求 5所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一客户端具体用于, 在需要向所述网络服务器上报行为信息时, 向所述交换设备发送用户数据 包协议 UDP数据包; 接收与所述 UDP数据包对应的返回信息, 并根据所述 返回信息, 向所述第二客户端发送 TCP连接请求, 以连接所述第二客户端; 所述交换设备具体用于, 在接收到所述第一客户端发送的 UDP数据包 之后, 向与之连接的所述多个客户端广播所述 UDP数据包。
7、如权利要求 6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第二客户端具体用于, 通过预先开启的 UDP端口, 监听是否有 UDP数据包到来, 当监听到所述交 换设备广播的 UDP数据包时, 根据所述 UDP数据包确定发送所述 UDP数据 包的客户端的地址; 向所述客户端的地址对应的第一客户端发送与所述 UDP数据包对应的返回信息; 接受所述第一客户端发送的 TCP连接请求, 与所述第一客户端建立 TCP连接。
