上述积木块 10是在顶部形成复数插接部 15 , 且该复数插接部 15呈中空柱 状, 而在底部设置有一防水绝缘装饰座 102, 并使控制电路板 12上的复数插接 孔 121分别对应位于该复数插接部 15的下方, 其中该防水绝缘装饰座 102可为 任意不导电的材质且可为任意造型, 并可一体成型于该积木块 10的底部, 在本 实施例中, 该防水绝缘装饰座 102为圓盘状, 可在拼组汽车等具有轮胎的交通 工具时, 当作装饰轮胎的积木用, 因其防水绝缘, 故该装饰轮胎的积木可置于 有水的地面;
上述各第一单向接电件 20的中空套筒 21是在顶部形成一穿孔 213 ,供该接 电柱 22设置于中空套筒 21内顶部并外露, 该中空套筒 21底部插设于控制电路 板 12的插接孔 121内, 且其顶部则突出于积木块 10的插接部 15内, 该压缩弹 簧 23则以顶、底部分别抵靠于接电柱 22及中空套筒 21内底面,在本实施例中, 该中空套筒 21在侧壁面上形成一侧孔 212供该导线 231穿出, 各接电柱 22包 含有一狭部 221及一阔部 222, 其阔部 222设置于中空套筒 21内, 狭部 221则 穿出中空套筒 21顶部穿孔 213而外露于中空套筒 21外;
上述各第二单向接电件 30则固定于第一单向接电件 20中空套筒 21顶部外 壁面, 以分别位于插接部 15内, 并在底部设置一导线 31 , 该导线 31则与该控 制电路板 12电连接, 在本实施例中, 各第二单向接电件 30为一漏斗形的弹簧。
再请进一步配合参阅图 7,本发明的第一及第二较佳实施例是可分别插设于 一设置有第一、 第二双向接电件 80、 90的基本组合用发光积木的顶部及底部, 以下仅进一步先说明第一较佳实施例与基本组合用发光积木组合; 其中, 顶部 设置有防水绝缘装饰座 101的积木块 10,其底部为插接孔的插接部 11可供基本 组合用发光积木块 70顶部为插接柱的插接部 72插入, 此时, 该第一双向接电 件 80顶部的接电柱 82则与本发光积木的第一单向接电件 20底部的接电柱 22 接触连接, 而第二双向接电件 90则与本发光积木的第二单向接电件 30接触连 接, 使本发光积木与具有第一、 第二双向接电件 80、 90的基本组合用发光积木 构成电性连接, 除可装饰并发光外, 其防水绝缘的顶部, 可避免上方液体渗入 发光积木中, 从而避免发光积木内电子零件的损坏或短路。
本发明的第二较佳实施例则是用来设置于基本组合用发光积木的底部, 其 使用时, 则以积木块 10顶部为插接柱的插接部 15插入具有第一、 第二双向接 电件 80、 90发光积木的积木块 70底部为插接孔的插接部 72中, 此时, 本发光 积木的第一单向接电件 20顶部的接电柱 22与该第一双向接电件 80底部的接电 柱 82接触连接, 而本发光积木的第二单向接电件 30则与该第二双向接电件 90 外露于控制电路板 71底部的弯折部 92接触连接, 使本发光积木与具有第一、 第二双向接电件 80、 90的基本组合用发光积木构成电性连接, 除可装饰并发光 外, 其防水绝缘的底部可避免下方液体渗入发光积木中, 从而避免发光积木中 电子零件的损坏及短路。
综上所述, 本发明主要是在积木块的顶部或底部设置防水绝缘装饰座, 并 在积木块内部设置分别可与第一、 二双向接电件连接的第一、 二单向接电件, 提供可分别设置于基本组合用发光积木顶部及底部, 并与基本组合用发光积木 构成电性连接关系, 供使用者可在组合复数个基本组合用发光积木后, 分别组 合在基本组合用发光积木的顶部或底部, 除可在顶部或底部有各种不同的发光 造型外, 其防水绝缘的顶部或底部更可防止上方或下方的液体渗入, 以保护发 光积木内的电子零件, 并且避免形成短路。
以上结合最佳实施例对本发明进行了描述, 但本发明并不局限于以上揭示 的实施例, 而应当涵盖各种根据本发明的本质进行的修改、 等效组合。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种防水绝缘装饰发光积木, 其特征在于, 包括:
一透光的积木块, 具有顶、 底二相对端部, 其中一端部设置有一防水绝缘 装饰座, 另一端部形成有复数插接部, 该积木块的内部设置有一控制电路板, 该控制电路板上设置有一灯体, 该控制电路板上形成有复数插接孔分别对应该 复数插接部;
复数第一单向接电件, 分别设置于该控制电路板上, 各第一单向接电件包 含有一中空套筒、 一接电柱及一压缩弹簧; 其中, 该中空套筒插设于该控制电 路板的插接孔上并突出于积木块的插接部内, 该接电柱设置于该中空套筒内并 穿出于该中空套筒的穿孔外, 该压缩弹簧设置于该中空套筒内部, 压缩弹簧的 顶、 底部则分别抵靠中空套筒的内壁面及该接电柱, 且压缩弹簧上设置有一导 线, 该导线连接至该控制电路板;
复数第二单向接电件, 分别设置于该积木块的复数插接部内, 并与该控制 电路板电连接。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的防水绝缘装饰发光积木, 其特征在于, 该防水绝缘 装饰座设置于该积木块的顶部, 该复数插接部形成于该积木块底部, 且各插接 部呈凹洞状;
该中空套筒的底部插设于该控制电路板的插接孔上, 并突出于积木块对应 的插接部中。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的防水绝缘装饰发光积木, 其特征在于, 该防水绝缘 装饰座为屋顶造型, 且一体成型于该积木块顶部。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的防水绝缘装饰发光积木, 其特征在于, 各第二单向 接电件为一弯折成 U形的金属线。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的防水绝缘装饰发光积木, 其特征在于, 该防水绝缘 装饰座设置于该积木块的底部, 该复数插接部形成于该积木块顶部, 且各插接 部呈中空柱状。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的防水绝缘装饰发光积木, 其特征在于, 该防水绝缘 装饰座为圓盘型, 且一体成型于该积木块底部。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的防水绝缘装饰发光积木, 其特征在于, 各第二单向 接电件为一漏斗形的弹簧。
8. 如权利要求 1-7任一项所述的防水绝缘装饰发光积木, 其特征在于, 该 中空套筒的侧壁面上形成一侧孔供该导线穿出。
9. 如权利要求 1-7任一项所述的防水绝缘装饰发光积木, 其特征在于, 各 接电柱包含有一狭部及一阔部, 该阔部设置于中空套筒内, 狭部穿出中空套筒 底部穿孔并外露于中空套筒外。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的防水绝缘装饰发光积木, 其特征在于, 各接电柱包 含有一狭部及一阔部, 该阔部设置于中空套筒内, 狭部穿出中空套筒底部穿孔 并外露于中空套筒外。
