Abstract

Eine Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung (10) umfasst einen Zerkleinerungsraum (12) mit einer Bodenwandung (16) und einer von der Bodenwandung (16) nach oben abstehenden Umfangswandung (14), eine im Wesentlichen orthogonal zur Bodenwandung (16) verlaufende, um eine Drehachse (A) drehantreibbare Antriebswelle und wenigstens ein in dem Zerkleinerungsraum (12) angeordnetes Zerkleinerungselement (38), wobei das Zerkleinerungselement (38) ausschließlich in einer orthogonal zu der Drehachse (A) verlaufenden Ebene bezüglich der Antriebswelle schwenkbar gelagert ist, und wobei das der Umfangswandung (14) zugewandtes radial äußere Ende des Zerkleinerungselements (38) eine wenigstens abschnittsweise parallel zu der Umfangswandung (14) verlaufende radial äußere Fläche aufweist oder/und die bei einer Drehung der Antriebswelle vorauslaufende Seite des Zerkleinerungselements (38) abgeflacht ist.
