본 발명의 과제를 해결하기 위한 마켓 확장 검색 장치에 따르면, 사용자 단말기로부터 검색어 및 마켓 확장검색 명령을 전송 받고, 상기 검색어에 대한 메인 마켓 데이터베이스 검색 결과 및 확장검색 명령에 대한 확장 검색 결과를 상기 사용자 단말기로 전송하는 통신부 및 상기 메인 마켓 데이터베이스에 대한 검색을 수행하고, 상기 확장검색 명령에 대해 확장 검색어를 생성해 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스에 대해 검색을 수행하며, 상기 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스에 대한 검색 결과로부터 확장 검색 결과를 생성하는 검색부를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 마켓 확장 검색 장치에서 상기 검색부는 상기 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스 검색 결과에서 상기 메인 마켓 검색 결과를 제거하여 확장 검색 결과를 생성할 수 있다.

본 명세서에서 메인 마켓은 사용자 단말기로부터 검색어를 전송 받은 마켓을 의미하고, 확장 마켓은 메인 마켓 이외의 마켓으로서 메인 마켓 시스템에 미리 설정된 마켓을 의미한다.
이하, 도면을 참고하여 본 발명의 실시예인 어플리케이션(Application) 마켓 확장 검색 방법을 설명한다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 마켓 확장 검색 방법의 일 실시예를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 마켓 확장 검색 장치의 실시예이다.
도 2 및 도 4를 참조하면, 메인 마켓(420)의 마켓 검색 장치(422)는 사용자 단말기(410)로부터 검색어를 전송 받는다(S200).
메인 마켓은 검색어가 입력된 마켓 시스템을 의미하고, 확장 마켓은 검색어가 입력된 마켓 시스템이 아니라 메인 마켓 시스템에 검색 결과를 제공하기로 미리 설정된 다른 마켓 시스템을 의미한다.
예를 들어 도 4에서 사용자 단말기가 접속하여 검색어를 입력한 마켓 시스템이 메인 마켓(420)이며, 메인 마켓으로부터 확장 검색어를 전송 받아 검색을 수행하는 마켓 시스템이 확장 마켓(440)이다.
사용자 단말기는 특별히 휴대폰 및 태블릿(Tablet) 단말기 등의 휴대용 단말기에만 한정하지 않고, 개인용 컴퓨터 등 마켓 검색 장치에 접속이 가능한 단말기는 모두 가능하다.
메인 마켓 검색 장치는(422) 전송 받은 검색어에 대해 미리 정해진 방법으로 메인 마켓 데이터베이스(424)에서 검색을 수행한 결과를 사용자 단말기(410)로 전송한다(S202).
사용자 단말기는 도 1의 검색결과(111)처럼 검색결과를 디스플레이 장치에 표시할 수 있고, 사용자는 검색결과가 만족스럽지 않거나 더 많은 검색 결과를 원하는 경우 도 1처럼 마켓 확장검색 명령(112)을 입력할 수 있다.
이 경우, 메인 마켓의 메인 마켓 검색 장치는 기존에 전송 받았던 검색어를 마켓 확장검색 명령과 함께 전송 받거나, 검색어를 전송했던 사용자의 단말기 정보 및 검색어를 일정 시간 메인 마켓 검색 장치에 저장하는 경우에는 단순히 마켓 확장검색 명령만을 전송 받을 수도 있다.
메인 마켓 검색 장치(422)는 사용자 단말기로부터 마켓 확장검색 명령을 전송 받은 후 확장 검색어를 생성한다(S206).
확장 검색어는 자세하고 넓은 범위의 검색을 수행하기 위해 사용자 단말기로부터 전송 받은 검색어를 중심으로 생성되는 검색어를 말하며, 단순히 검색어만을 이용하여 생성되거나 유사어 확장을 통해 생성될 수도 있다.
예를 들어, 검색어가 ‘앱 매니져’인 경우, 메인 마켓 검색 장치는 검색어만으로 확장 검색어를 생성하여 ‘앱 매니져’를 생성할 수도 있고, 유사어 확장을 이용하여 ‘앱 매니져’ 뿐만 아니라 ‘앱 매니저’, ‘어플 매니져’, ‘어플 관리자’, ‘앱 관리자’ 및 ‘app manager’ 등을 확장 검색어로 생성할 수 있다.
메인 마켓 검색 장치가 유사어 확장을 통해 확장 검색어를 생성하는 경우 상기 확장된 검색어들을 분리자와 함께 “앱 매니저|어플 매니져|어플 관리자|앱 관리자|app manager”로 확장 검색어를 생성할 수도 있고, 검색 연산자를 이용하여 “(앱 어플 app) and (매니저 매니져 관리자 manager)”로 확장 검색어를 생성할 수도 있다. 확장 검색어 생성시에 분리자를 이용하거나 검색 연산자를 이용하는 등 확장 명령어의 포맷(format)은 본 발명의 본질적인 부분에 영향을 미치지 않는다.
또한, 메인 마켓 검색 장치는 전송 받은 검색어에 대해 온톨로지(Ontology) 확장을 통해 확장 검색어를 생성할 수 있다.
예를 들어 검색어가 ‘배 요리법’일 경우, 메인 마켓 검색 검색 장치는 온톨로지 의미 파악을 통해 과일 및 음식이라는 것을 파악 가능하므로, ‘배 요리법’을 포함하여 ‘과일 요리법’, ‘배 레시피’, ‘배 레서피’ ‘과일 레시피’, ‘과일 레서피’ 및 ‘fruit recipe’, ‘pear recipe’ 등을 확장 검색어로 생성할 수 있다.
또 다른 예를 들면, 검색어가 ‘Earth Defense’이고 온톨로지 데이터베이스에 해당 검색어가 A사의 전략 시뮬레이션 게임과 관계를 가지고 있고 A사의 전략 시뮬레이션 게임으로 ‘Moon Defense’, ‘Alien Attack’ 등이 존재한다면, 메인 마켓 검색 장치는 검색어에 대한 온톨로지 확장을 통해 ‘Earth Defense’ 뿐만 아니라 ‘게임제작사:A’, ‘전략 시뮬레이션 게임’, ‘Moon Defense’, ‘Alien Attack’을 포함하여 확장 검색어를 생성할 수 있다.
또한, 메인 마켓 검색 장치가 온톨로지 확장을 통해 확장 검색어를 생성할 경우 온톨로지 언어에 따라 검색어에 대해 온톨로지 확장된 스키마(Schema)를 확장 검색어에 포함시킬 수 있다. 이 경우, 확장 마켓이 메인 마켓과 다른 온톨로지 스키마를 가지고 있는 경우에도 온톨로지 확장된 확장 검색어를 이용하여 온톨로지 검색을 수행할 수 있다.
검색어의 유사어 확장 및 온톨로지 확장을 통해 확장 검색어를 생성하여 확장 마켓으로 전송하고 그 검색결과를 전송 받을 경우, 해당 검색어에 대한 검색 결과가 정확해지고 풍부해지는 효과가 있다. 또한, 유사어 확장 및 온톨로지 확장을 지원하지 않는 확장 마켓의 경우에도 해당 기능을 지원하는 것과 같은 검색 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자의 검색 결과 만족도를 높일 뿐만 아니라 사용자의 구입 기회 및 가능성을 높임으로써 마켓의 경제성을 증가시키는 효과도 얻을 수 있다.
메인 마켓 검색 장치(422)는 확장 검색어를 생성한 후, 미리 설정된 확장 마켓 검색 장치(442)로 상기 확장 검색어를 전송하고(S208), 전송 받은 확장 검색어에 대해 확장 마켓 검색 장치(442)가 수행한 검색 결과를 전송 받아(S210) 확장 검색 결과를 생성한다(S212).
확장 검색 결과는 확장 마켓으로부터 전송 받은 검색 결과를 중심으로 생성되는 검색 결과를 말하며, 단순히 확장 마켓으로부터 전송 받은 검색 결과만으로 생성되거나, 중복 결과 제거를 통해 생성될 수도 있다.
즉, 메인 마켓 검색 장치(422)는 확장 마켓으로부터 전송 받은 검색 결과에서 확장 검색 이전에 메인 마켓 데이터베이스(424)에서 수행한 검색 결과를 제거하여 중복 결과를 제거한 확장 검색 결과를 생성할 수 있다.
중복 결과를 제거한 확장 검색 결과를 생성함으로써, 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 검색 결과를 제공 가능하고 통신 부하를 줄이는 효과도 가능하다.
메인 마켓 검색 장치(422)는 확장 검색 결과를 사용자 단말기(410)로 전송하고(S214), 사용자 단말기(410)는 도 1의 확장 검색 결과(121)처럼 확장 마켓 이름과 함께 확장 검색 결과를 표시한다.
확장 마켓으로부터 전송 받은 검색 결과는 검색어에 해당하는 어플리케이션 정보뿐만 아니라, 해당 어플리케이션들의 다운로드 링크들도 포함할 수 있다. 따라서 사용자는 확장 마켓에 별도 접속 없이 확장 검색 결과에서 확장 마켓의 어플리케이션을 다운로드 받을 수도 있고, 마켓의 정책에 따라 확장 마켓의 접속 링크를 따라 접속 후에 다운로드 받을 수도 있다.

메인 마켓 검색 장치(422)는 확장 검색어를 생성한 후, 상기 확장 검색어를 이용하여 메인 마켓 시스템(420)의 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스(Cache Database) (426)에서 검색을 수행하고, 사용자 단말기로 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스 검색 결과를 전송한다 (S308).
확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스(426)는 확장 마켓 시스템(440)의 확장 마켓 데이터베이스(444)의 일부를 미리 설정된 기준에 따라 메인 마켓 시스템(420)에 로컬(Local) 데이터베이스 형태로 저장해 놓은 것을 말한다.
확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스에는 어플리케이션들의 정보와 다운로드 링크가 데이터베이스 형태로 저장될 수 있다. 또한, 온톨로지 검색을 수행하기 위해 해당 어플리케이션과 관계가 있는 검색어와의 관계도 저장될 수 있다.
확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스 설정 기준의 예를 들면, 확장 마켓에서 각 카테고리별로 어플리케이션에 대한 다운로드 수가 일정 순위 안에 들거나, 미리 정해진 다운로드 수를 상회하는 경우를 들 수 있다.
또 다른 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스 설정 기준의 예로서 검색어 중심의 설정 기준을 살펴보면, 확장 마켓에서 검색 회수가 일정 순위 안에 들거나, 미리 정해진 검색 회수를 상회하는 경우를 들 수 있다. 이 경우, 해당 검색어들의 확장 마켓 데이터베이스에 대한 검색 결과를 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스에 저장해 놓을 수 있다.
일반적으로 어플리케이션에 대한 일정 기간의 다운로드 수 및 검색 회수는 자주 변할 수 있으므로, 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스는 일정 주기로 갱신될 수 있고, 상기 갱신 주기도 조정 가능하다.
메인 마켓에서 검색이 실패하여 확장 마켓으로 확장 검색이 필요한 경우에도 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스를 이용함으로써 확장 마켓의 검색 부하와 인터넷 부하 없이 빠르고 편리하게 확장 마켓의 검색 결과를 알 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 많은 사용자들이 비슷한 기간에 같은 어플리케이션을 다운로드 받거나 유사한 검색어를 검색하는 경향이 있으므로, 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스의 갱신 주기를 조정함으로써 작은 크기의 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스를 통해서도 확장 마켓의 검색 부하와 인터넷 부하 없이 빠르고 편리하게 확장 마켓의 검색 결과를 알 수 있는 효과가 있다.
사용자는 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스에 대한 검색결과가 만족스럽지 않거나 더 많은 검색 결과를 원하는 경우 도 1처럼 마켓 확장검색 명령(112)을 다시 입력할 수 있다.
이 경우, 메인 마켓 검색 장치(422)는 사용자 단말기로부터 마켓 확장검색 명령을 전송 받고, 미리 설정된 확장 마켓 검색 장치(442)로 상기 확장 검색어를 전송할 수 있다.

    (c) 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 마켓 확장검색 명령을 전송 받고, 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 전송 받은 검색어에 대한 확장 검색어를 생성하는 단계;
    (d) 상기 확장 검색어를 미리 설정된 확장 마켓 검색 장치로 전송하는 단계;
    (e) 상기 확장 마켓 검색 장치로부터 검색 결과를 전송 받아, 확장 검색 결과를 생성하는 단계; 및

    (f) 상기 확장 검색어를 미리 설정된 확장 마켓 검색 장치로 전송하는 단계;
    (g) 상기 확장 마켓 검색 장치로부터 검색 결과를 전송 받아, 확장 검색 결과를 생성하는 단계; 및
    (h) 상기 확장 검색 결과를 사용자 단말기로 전송하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 마켓 확장 검색 방법
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 (g) 단계는, 상기 (g) 단계의 전송 받은 검색 결과에서 상기 (b) 단계의 검색 결과 및 상기 (d) 단계의 검색 결과를 제거하여 확장 검색 결과를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마켓 확장 검색 방법
  7. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 (c) 단계는 상기 전송 받은 검색어, 상기 검색어의 유사어, 상기 검색어 또는 유사어를 분리 조합한 검색어, 및 상기 검색어에 대해 온톨로지 확장을 통해 추출한 검색어 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 확장 검색어를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마켓 확장 검색 방법
  8. 사용자 단말기로부터 검색어 및 마켓 확장검색 명령을 전송 받고, 상기 검색어에 대한 메인 마켓 데이터베이스 검색 결과 및 확장검색 명령에 대한 확장 검색 결과를 상기 사용자 단말기로 전송하며, 확장 마켓 검색 장치로 확장 검색어를 전송하고 상기 확장 마켓 검색 장치로부터 확장 마켓 검색 결과를 전송 받는 통신부; 및
    메인 마켓 데이터베이스에 대한 검색을 수행하고, 상기 통신부로부터 전송된 확장검색 명령에 대해 상기 검색어에 대한 확장 검색어를 생성하며, 상기 확장 마켓 검색 결과로부터 확장 검색 결과를 생성하는 검색부;
    를 포함하는 마켓 확장 검색 장치
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 검색부는 상기 확장 마켓 검색 결과에서 상기 메인 마켓 데이터베이스 검색 결과를 제거하여 확장 검색 결과를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마켓 확장 검색 장치
  10. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 검색부는 사용자 단말기로부터 전송 받은 상기 검색어, 상기 검색어의 유사어, 상기 검색어 또는 유사어를 분리 조합한 검색어, 및 상기 검색어에 대해 온톨로지 확장을 통해 추출한 검색어 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 확장 검색어를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마켓 확장 검색 장치
  11. 사용자 단말기로부터 검색어 및 마켓 확장검색 명령을 전송 받고, 상기 검색어에 대한 메인 마켓 데이터베이스 검색 결과 및 확장검색 명령에 대한 확장 검색 결과를 상기 사용자 단말기로 전송하는 통신부; 및
    메인 마켓 데이터베이스에 대한 검색을 수행하고, 상기 확장검색 명령에 대해 상기 검색어에 대한 확장 검색어를 생성해 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스에 대해 검색을 수행하며, 상기 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스에 대한 검색 결과로부터 확장 검색 결과를 생성하는 검색부;
    를 포함하는 마켓 확장 검색 장치
  12. 제 11항에 있어서,
    상기 검색부는 상기 확장 마켓 캐쉬 데이터베이스 검색 결과에서 상기 메인 마켓 데이터베이스에 대한 검색 결과를 제거하여 확장 검색 결과를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마켓 확장 검색 장치
  13. 제 11항에 있어서,
    상기 검색부는 사용자 단말기로부터 전송 받은 상기 검색어, 상기 검색어의 유사어, 상기 검색어 또는 유사어를 분리 조합한 검색어, 및 상기 검색어에 대해 온톨로지 확장을 통해 추출한 검색어 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 확장 검색어를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마켓 확장 검색 장치
