- the output unit 0904 has a function of outputting the generated recommended information, and can be realized by, for example, a CPU, a main memory, a communication IF (interface), an output program, or the like.
- the output unit may be configured to output to a recommended distribution server that distributes recommended information to the server device, not to the server device of the first embodiment as described above.
- the recommended distribution server distributes the recommended information collected from other AV devices in the same manner to the server device of the first embodiment.
- an average is calculated for each item of a plurality of recommended information items related to one content ID, or new recommended information is generated by using a large number of values for each item as a representative value.
- the plurality of pieces of recommended information related to the content A indicate the first attributes “male, 40 years old”, “male, 40 years old”, and “female, 20 years old”.
- the recommended information including any of the first attributes is delivered as it is.
- each item has more than the values “female” and “20 years old”, such as “male” and “40 years old”. For example, “40 years old” is generated and distributed as new recommended information.
- the content attribute may be included in the recommended information by the same processing as described above.
- the AV apparatus can generate and output recommended information including the second attribute that is the attribute of the user. Then, the server device of the first embodiment can perform operation control of other AV devices using the recommended information.
- FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the configuration of the AV apparatus when the functional components are realized as hardware. The operation of each hardware component in the recommended information generation process will be described with reference to FIG.
- the AV apparatus is a recommended information generation unit, and includes a CPU 1201 for executing various other arithmetic processes and a main memory 1202. Also, HDD 1203 that holds various programs and second attributes, a communication circuit 1204 for communicating with an external recommended distribution server device via a network, a broadcast receiving tuner 1205 for acquiring content, and an operation input from a user , An input device 1206 for receiving the content, a display 1207 for outputting content, and a speaker 1208. Then, they are connected to each other by a data communication path such as a system bus, and perform transmission / reception and processing of information.
- a data communication path such as a system bus
- the program is read out to the main memory, and the CPU refers to the read out program and executes various arithmetic processes according to the procedure indicated by the program.
- a plurality of addresses are assigned to the main memory and the HDD, respectively.
- the arithmetic processing using the data is performed by specifying the address and accessing the stored data. It is possible.
- the CPU of the AV apparatus first interprets the second attribute acquisition program and displays a GUI screen for acquiring the second attribute on the display. Then, the user's age, sex, and the like input on the GUI screen are acquired as the second attribute. Moreover, you may acquire information, such as a favorite content genre, as a 2nd attribute from the utilization history of the content acquired so that it may mention later. Further, a second attribute associated with a matching pattern image may be acquired by performing pattern matching on a photographed image of a user photographed by a camera (not shown) and a pattern image held in the HDD by an arithmetic process. The second attribute acquired in this way is recorded in the HDD as that of its own user.
- the channel number specified by the operation is stored at address 1 of the main memory.
- the video / audio data carried in the same frequency band is acquired from the broadcast receiving tuner tuned in the frequency band indicated by the channel, and is output from the display or the speaker.
- the CPU interprets the history acquisition program and acquires the content usage history according to the interpretation result.
- the channel ID and the current time may be acquired as the content ID, or the title of the content and various content attributes are acquired by referring to the electronic program guide that is separately acquired using the information as a key.
- the CPU interprets the recommended information generation program and combines the second attribute and content usage history recorded in the HDD according to the interpretation result, or the process of calculating the average value and the representative value as described above. To generate recommended information and store it at address 3 of the main memory. Then, the CPU interprets the output program, and outputs the generated recommended information from the communication circuit to a destination defined by the program or the like, for example, a recommended distribution server connected via the Internet network.
