一种壁炉 技术领域
本发明涉及一种壁炉。
背景技术
传统液体壁炉一般包括外壳、油箱和燃烧槽,燃烧槽设置于外壳内,油箱还需配置加液装置,但是传统加液装置往往存在安全系数较低,且容易漏液等问题。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种加液更加安全且更加不易漏液的壁炉。
技术解决方案
为此,本发明提供的壁炉,包括外壳、油箱和燃烧槽,燃烧槽设置于外壳内,油箱配置有安全加液装置,安全加液装置包括油管、按钮装置和复位装置,油管设置于外壳上,按钮装置设置于油管内,油管侧壁上开设有与油箱相通的输油通道,复位装置与按钮装置配套使用,按钮装置被下压的过程中按钮装置的顶部会处于输油通道的下方,油箱配置有排气孔。
有益效果
由于本发明提供的壁炉中配置有安全加液装置,安全加液装置中的按钮装置设置于油管内,油管侧壁上开设有与油箱相通的输油通道,复位装置与按钮装置配套使用,按钮装置被下压的过程中按钮装置的顶部会处于输油通道的下方,因此使用者只有在克服复位装置的作用力并使输油通道与油管接通时,燃料才能够通过油管和输油通道进入到油箱中,由于按钮下压的力量可以设定适用于成人的力量,因此可以避免儿童冒用,而且复位装置能够保障按钮处于常闭状态,因此能够更好地防止漏液。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供的壁炉包括外壳1、油箱2 和燃烧槽,燃烧槽设置于外壳1内,油箱2 配置有安全加液装置4,安全加液装置4 包括油管5、按钮装置和复位装置7,油管5 设置于外壳1 上,按钮装置设置于油管5 内,油管5 侧壁上开设有与油箱2 相通的输油通道8,复位装置7 与按钮装置配套使用,按钮装置被下压的过程中按钮装置的顶部会处于输油通道8 的下方( 一般指按钮装置顶部处于输油通道8 顶壁的下方),油箱配置有排气孔,该排气孔可以直接沟通外界和油箱,当然该排气孔也可能不是以孔的形式存在,例如油箱具有敞开的部位。在本实施例中,按钮装置包括与油管5 螺纹连接的旋盖9 和按钮6,按钮6 上设置有挡块10,旋盖9 或油管口11 通过阻挡挡块10 防止按钮6 脱出油管5,按钮装置的这种结构更加便于拆卸和安装,进而便于维修,而且结构牢固度也较好。
如图1所示,在上述实施例中,按钮6 上设置有感应点12,按钮6 处于未受压力的自然状态下感应点12 所处的位置的侧边设置有感应开关13,在本实施例中感应点12 一般为磁铁,而感应开关13 一般为磁性开关,当然还可以采用其他电子感应装置,感应开关13 与燃烧槽的燃烧控制装置连接,常态下感应点12 接近感应开关13,当感应开关13 被下压远离感应点12 时,感应开关13 向燃烧控制装置发出关闭燃料管道和/ 或灭火的指令,在此可以单独实施关闭燃料管道或灭火的指令,也可以两者一起实施以增强效果,在此关闭燃料管道是指切断油箱5 到燃烧槽之间的管路,在此可以通过设置电子阀门实现,或者让设置在油箱5 到燃烧槽之间的油泵停止泵液;而灭火是指启动燃烧槽上方的滑盖,滑盖盖住燃烧槽后可以隔绝燃料与空气,从而起到灭火的作用。本实施例中设置感应开关13 的结构可以增强安全控制的效果,使壁炉在进行加液时能够及时关闭燃烧系统,从而将危险消灭在萌芽状态。
在上述实施例中燃烧槽配置有温度感应装置和温度报警装置,当燃烧状态的燃烧槽温度超过最高设定值时温度感应装置向温度报警装置发出信号,温度报警装置发出报警信号,此时过高的温度会影响电子部分,或者使燃液大量气化,造成火焰暴涨;或者在启动壁炉的瞬间温度感应装置感应到燃烧槽的温度超过60 摄氏度时,温度感应装置向燃烧控制装置发出关闭燃料管道的指令并且燃烧槽的点火装置停止工作,该结构可防止燃液在未燃烧的燃烧槽内接触温度过高的燃烧槽侧壁,进而导致燃液大量气化而爆炸。在本实施例中,壁炉配置有中央处理器,中央处理器连接感应装置和终端控制装置,中央处理器将接收到的感应信号进行计算处理并根据预先设定的条件向终端控制装置发出动作指令。
在上述实施例中,燃烧槽内设置有燃烧槽液位感应装置,燃烧槽液位感应装置与油箱2 的燃烧控制装置接通,在燃烧槽内的燃料液位超过设定值时液位控制感应装置接收感应信息并向燃烧控制装置发出指令切断燃料供应,一般该燃烧槽液位感应装置为防溢针,该结构可预防燃液溢出燃烧槽。在本实施例中,壁炉配置有中央处理器,中央处理器连接感应装置和终端控制装置,中央处理器将接收到的感应信号进行计算处理并根据预先设定的条件向终端控制装置发出动作指令。
在上述实施例中,油箱2 内设置有液位感应开关,并设定液位最低设定值和液位最高设定值,在壁炉外壳1 上设置显示屏用于接收并显示来自液位感应开关的液位值数据,显示屏上设置加液键,加液键在被按下时启动液位感应装置同时向燃烧控制装置发出关闭燃料管道的指令,当接收到的当前液位值高于液位最高设定值或当前液位值低于液位最低设定值时,显示屏发出声音警报并且加液键闪烁,只有在液位处于最低值以下时按下加液键,然后进行加液时,显示屏的声音报警才停止且加液键停止闪烁;或液位处于最高值以上时停止加液,然后复位加液键,显示屏的声音警报才停止且加液键才停止闪烁。该装置可保障油箱液位处于安全使用状态。在本实施例中,壁炉配置有中央处理器,中央处理器连接感应装置和终端控制装置,中央处理器将接收到的感应信号进行计算处理并根据预先设定的条件向终端控制装置发出动作指令。
