为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的又一个技术方案是:提供一种选择服务器的装置,该装置包括:第一判断模块,用于判断移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码是否相同;第二判断模块,用于在第一判断模块的判断结果为不相同时,判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区;清除模块,用于在第二判断模块的判断结果均为属于时,清除移动终端中浏览器的配置文件,以使浏览器进行服务器的切换;第一保存模块,用于保存本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码。
其中,第二判断模块具体用于判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于非中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡、本次使用的SIM卡是否属于中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡。
其中,清除模块具体用于清除移动终端中浏览器的包括@OperaMini文件夹在内的配置文件。
其中,该装置包括第二保存模块,第二保存模块具体用于在第二判断模块的判断结果中的任何一项或以上判断为否时,保存本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码。
其中,第一保存模块具体用于将本次使用的SIM卡的信息保存在非易失性随机访问存储器中。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术移动终端在跨境使用时为消除访问互联网的限制而需恢复出厂设置的情况,本发明首先判断移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码是否相同,如果不同则说明是在跨境后第一次使用移动终端,有可能存在因跨境使用而导致访问互联网受限的情况,因而继续判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,而本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区,判断是否确实存在访问互联网受限的情况,若是则仅清除移动终端中浏览器的配置文件以代替恢复出厂设置的手段,这样也同样可以正常地进行服务器的切换以访问互联网,同时保存本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码。通过上述方式,显然能够在不恢复出厂设置的情况下,移动终端能够自动选择合适的服务器,并且能够避免不必要的互联网访问限制。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
图1是本发明选择服务器的方法一实施例的流程示意图,具体实施步骤如下:
步骤101,判断移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码是否相同;
首先移动终端在使用SIM卡时,会记录SIM卡的信息,这样,再更换SIM卡时,移动终端会读取上次记录的SIM
卡信息与本次SIM 卡的信息,并将二者进行比较。这里所述的SIM卡的信息是指SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码(international mobile
subscriber identity,IMSI)。IMSI是国际上为唯一识别一个移动用户所分配的号码。
IMSI共有15位,其结构如下:
MCC+MNC+MSIN
MCC:Mobile Country Code,移动国家码,共3位,中国为460;
MNC:Mobile Network
Code,移动网络码,共2位,如:联通CDMA系统使用03,一个典型的IMSI号码为460030912121001;
MSIN:Mobile Subscriber Identification
Number,移动用户识别码,共有10位,其结构如下:
09+M0M1M2M3+ABCD
其中,M0M1M2M3和MDN号码中的H0H1H2H3可存在对应关系,ABCD四位为自由分配。IMSI和
MDN是存储在不同的网络实体中。MDN (Mobile Directory Number)
是每个用户的个人号码,如中国联通MDN是以133打头的,并存储在归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,HLR)中。
IMSI是系统内部对每个用户的标识,存储在用户识别模块(User Identity
Module,UIM)中。用户购买了一张UIM卡,并选择了一个号码,就建立了IMSI和MDN的对应关系,这个对应关系存储在HLR中。
可以看出IMSI在MSIN号码前加了MCC,可以区别出每个用户的来自的国家,因此可以实现国际漫游。在同一个国家内,如果有多个运营商,可以通过MNC来进行区别。
步骤102,若上述判断的结果为不相同,则判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区;
当判断出移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码不相同时,需要继续判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区。这里所说的第一国家或地区是指中国大陆,第二国家或地区是指国外的任何一个国家。具体需要判断的是,前一次使用是否为中国大陆通信运营商的SIM
卡,本次使用是否为国外通信运营商的SIM 卡,我们可以根据IMSI的前三位来判断是否为中国大陆通信运营商的SIM 卡更换为国外通信运营商的SIM
卡。同时移动终端还需要判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于非中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡、本次使用的SIM卡是否属于中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡。
当判断出移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码相同时,不进行任何操作。
在其它实施例中,上述第一国家或地区是指访问互联网受限的国家或地区,第二国家或地区是指访问互联网不受限制的国家或地区。移动终端的SIM卡的切换过程中,浏览器的访问凡是从访问互联网受限的国家或地区到不受限制的国家或地区的情况,均在本发明保护范围之内。
步骤103,若上述判断的结果均为属于,则清除移动终端中浏览器的配置文件,以使浏览器进行服务器的切换;
当判断结果为中国大陆通信运营商的SIM 卡更换为国外通信运营商的SIM 卡时,删除浏览器的配置文件。
以OperaMini浏览器为例,需要删除OperaMini浏览器的配置文件,即@OperaMini文件夹。配置文件的信息是指用户使用Opera浏览的痕迹,包括Opera服务器的信息、用户设置以及浏览信息等。所有配置文件的信息保存在@OperaMini文件夹中。
当用户第一次使用中国大陆运营商的SIM
卡后,OperaMini浏览器的配置文件会记录Server的信息,这样,如果再换为国外通信运营商的SIM
卡,OperaMini浏览器就不能切换为国外的Server,使得本来国外通信运营商允许访问的网站被中国大陆的Server屏蔽掉。所以需要删除配置文件的信息,以使OperaMini浏览器可以切换到国外的Server。删除OperaMini浏览器的所有配置信息,用户只是丢失了浏览器的用户信息,而不会使移动终端中所有的用户信息都丢失。避免了现有技术中中国大陆运营商的SIM
卡更换为国外通信运营商的SIM
卡时,需恢复移动终端的出厂设置,才能切换到国外Server的弊端,即恢复出厂设置后,所有用户信息都丢失的困扰。本发明可以最小程度上减少用户信息的丢失,给用户带来了方便,并且为有此类问题的C/S方式的手机应用程序,提供了一个解决方案。
步骤104,保存本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码。
本次使用的SIM卡的信息保存在非易失性随机访问存储器(Non-Volatile Random Access
Memory,NVRAM)中。当判断出移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码不相同时,需要保存本次使用的SIM卡的信息。
其中,如果使用国外的SIM卡在中国漫游,没有切换服务器的问题,因为在中国漫游还是使用国外运营商的网络,所以不会有限制网站浏览的问题。本发明是针对中国国内和外国经常出差的人来说,即只要切到中国的服务器,就再也切换不到国外的服务器了。
区别于现有技术移动终端在跨境使用时为消除访问互联网的限制而需恢复出厂设置的情况,本发明首先判断移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码是否相同,如果不同则说明是在跨境后第一次使用移动终端,有可能存在因跨境使用而导致访问互联网受限的情况,因而继续判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,而本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区,判断是否确实存在访问互联网受限的情况,若是则仅清除移动终端中浏览器的配置文件以代替恢复出厂设置的手段,这样也同样可以正常地进行服务器的切换以访问互联网,同时保存本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码。通过上述方式,显然能够在不恢复出厂设置的情况下,移动终端能够自动选择合适的服务器,并且能够避免不必要的互联网访问限制。
图2是本发明选择服务器的方法另一实施例的流程示意图,具体实施步骤如下:
步骤201,
读取移动终端前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码以及本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码;
移动终端在使用SIM卡时,会记录SIM卡的信息,并将SIM卡的信息保存在非易失性随机访问存储器中,这样,再更换SIM卡时,移动终端会读取上次记录的SIM
卡信息与本次SIM 卡的信息。这里所述的SIM卡的信息是指SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码。
步骤202,判断移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码是否相同;
具体需要判断移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的IMSI与前一次使用的SIM卡的IMSI是否相同。
步骤203,移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码相同,则转至步骤208;
当判断出移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码相同时,结束选择服务器的操作。
步骤204,若上述判断的结果为不相同,则判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区;
当判断出移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码不相同时,需要继续判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区。这里所说的第一国家或地区是指中国大陆,第二国家或地区是指国外的任何一个国家。本实施例中,国家或地区的判断主要是通过IMSI的移动国家码来判断。
具体需要判断的是,前一次使用是否为中国大陆通信运营商的SIM 卡,本次使用是否为国外通信运营商的SIM
卡,我们可以根据IMSI的前三位来判断是否为中国大陆通信运营商的SIM 卡更换为国外通信运营商的SIM
卡。同时移动终端还需要判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于非中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡、本次使用的SIM卡是否属于中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡。
步骤205,若上述判断的结果均为属于,则清除移动终端中浏览器的配置文件,以使浏览器进行服务器的切换;
当判断结果为中国大陆通信运营商的SIM 卡更换为国外通信运营商的SIM 卡时,删除浏览器的配置文件。
以OperaMini浏览器为例,需要删除OperaMini浏览器的配置文件,即@OperaMini文件夹。配置文件的信息是指用户使用Opera浏览的痕迹,包括Opera服务器的信息、用户设置以及浏览信息等。所有配置文件的信息保存在@OperaMini文件夹中。
当用户第一次使用中国大陆运营商的SIM

卡时,需恢复移动终端的出厂设置,才能切换到国外Server的弊端,即恢复出厂设置后,所有用户信息都丢失的困扰。本发明可以最小程度上减少用户信息的丢失,给用户带来了方便,并且为有此类问题的C/S方式的手机应用程序,提供了一个解决方案。
步骤206,若上述任何一项或以上判断为否,则转至步骤207;
上述任何一项或以上判断为否的情况包括:前一次使用的SIM卡不属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡属于第二国家或地区;前一次使用的SIM卡属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡不属于第二国家或地区;前一次使用的SIM卡不属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡不属于第二国家或地区。
步骤207,保存本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码;
在步骤204判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区的判断结果中,不论判断结果是全部属于,还是判断结果中有任何一项或以上不属于,都需要将本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码保存在非易失性随机访问存储器中。
步骤208,结束选择服务器的操作。

图3是本发明选择服务器的装置一实施例的结构示意图,如图所示,该装置包括:第一判断模块31、第二判断模块32、清除模块33、第一保存模块34以及第二保存模块35。
第一判断模块31用于判断移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码是否相同;第二判断模块32用于在第一判断模块31的判断结果为不相同时,判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区;清除模块33用于在第二判断模块32的判断结果均为属于时,清除移动终端中浏览器的配置文件,以使浏览器进行服务器的切换;第一保存模块34用于保存本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码;第二保存模块35具体用于在第二判断模块32的判断结果中的任何一项或以上判断为否时,保存本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码。
其中,第二判断模块32具体用于判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于非中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡、本次使用的SIM卡是否属于中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡。清除模块33具体用于清除移动终端中浏览器的包括@OperaMini文件夹在内的配置文件。第一保存模块34具体用于将本次使用的SIM卡的信息保存在非易失性随机访问存储器中。
在本实施例中,首先移动终端读取上次记录的SIM 卡的国际移动用户识别码与本次SIM
卡的国际移动用户识别码,然后,第一判断模块31判断移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码是否相同,当第一判断模块31的判断结果为不相同时,第二判断模块32继续判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区。这里所说的第一国家或地区是指中国大陆,第二国家或地区是指国外的任何一个国家。本实施例中,国家或地区的判断主要是通过IMSI的移动国家码来判断。
当第二判断模块32判断出移动终端前一次使用为中国大陆通信运营商的SIM 卡,本次使用为国外通信运营商的SIM
卡时,清除模块33清除移动终端中浏览器的配置文件,以使浏览器进行服务器的切换。以OperaMini浏览器为例,需要删除OperaMini浏览器的配置文件,即@OperaMini文件夹。配置文件的信息是指用户使用Opera浏览的痕迹,包括Opera服务器的信息、用户设置以及浏览信息等。所有配置文件的信息保存在@OperaMini文件夹中。
第二判断模块32的作用是判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区,不论第二判断模块32的判断结果是全部属于,还是判断结果中有任何一项或以上不属于,第一保存模块34或第二保存模块35都需要将本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码保存在非易失性随机访问存储器中。当保存本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码以及浏览器切换服务器后,结束选择服务器的操作。

- 一种选择服务器的方法,其中,包括:判断移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码是否相同;若上述判断的结果为不相同,则判断所述前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于非中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡、本次使用的SIM卡是否属于中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡;若上述判断结果均为属于,则清除所述移动终端中浏览器的包括@OperaMini文件夹在内的配置文件;保存所述本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述判断前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于非中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡、本次使用的SIM卡是否属于中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡的步骤之后包括:若上述任何一项或以上判断为否,则保存所述本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在保存所述本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码,以使所述浏览器进行所述服务器的切换的步骤中,所述本次使用的SIM卡的信息保存在非易失性随机访问存储器中。
- 一种选择服务器的方法,其中,包括:判断移动终端本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码与前一次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码是否相同;若上述判断的结果为不相同,则判断所述前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,所述本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区;若上述判断的结果均为属于,则清除所述移动终端中浏览器的配置文件,以使所述浏览器进行所述服务器的切换;保存所述本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述判断所述前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于第一国家或地区,本次使用的SIM卡是否属于第二国家或地区的步骤包括:判断所述前一次使用的SIM卡是否属于非中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡、本次使用的SIM卡是否属于中国大陆通信运营商所使用SIM卡。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述清除移动终端中浏览器的配置文件,以使所述浏览器进行所述服务器的切换的步骤包括:清除所述移动终端中浏览器的包括@OperaMini文件夹在内的配置文件。

- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在保存所述本次使用的SIM卡的国际移动用户识别码,以使所述浏览器进行所述服务器的切换的步骤中,所述本次使用的SIM卡的信息保存在非易失性随机访问存储器中。
