目前,手机大多使用插拔式或掀盖式SIM(Subscriber Identification

本发明实施例提供一种虚拟SIM卡的实现方法、装置、系统及移动终端,可以提升整机的稳定性,防水性及SIM卡的接触良率。

本发明实施例提供一种虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,包括:
移动终端,所述移动终端包括主板以及通过贴片集成方式电性连接于所述主板上的虚拟SIM卡芯片;
读卡装置,所述读卡装置与所述移动终端信号连接;
外置SIM卡,插设于所述读卡装置内并存储有SIM卡数据信息,所述移动终端识别所述外置SIM卡中的SIM卡数据信息并将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片中。
在一些实施方式中,所述虚拟SIM卡芯片设有多个用于数据传输的引脚,所述主板设有与各所述引脚相对应且相连接的焊盘。
在一些实施方式中,所述焊盘的材质包括铜。
在一些实施方式中,所述焊盘上设置有锡膏。
在一些实施方式中,还包括信号连接于所述读卡装置与所述移动终端之间的数据线。

请参照图1和图2,本发明实施例提供的移动终端10包括主板12以及通过贴片集成方式电性连接于所述主板12上的虚拟SIM卡芯片14。本发明实施例提供的移动终端10通过将所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14通过贴片集成的方式电性连接于所述主板12上,从而无需使用卡托或者卡座即可实现SIM卡的功能,保证了所述移动终端10整机的整体性,并且不会存在因为需要开设卡托孔而造成防水问题,避免了因为卡座或者卡座中弹片接触不良而无法识别SIM卡的问题,通过大大减少了移动终端10的布板面积,提升了移动终端10的生产效率和品质。
可以理解地,所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14为可以写入SIM卡数据信息并存放该SIM卡数据信息的SIM卡IC芯片。
请参照图1和图2,进一步地,所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14设有多个用于数据传输的引脚140,所述主板12设有与各所述引脚140相对应且相连接的焊盘(未图示)。通过将所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14的引脚140电性连接于所述主板12的焊盘上,以实现所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14与所述主板12的电性连接。在一实施方式中,所述焊盘为所述主板12在电路设计是预留的与所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14的引脚140相对应的裸露的所述焊盘,更优地,所述焊盘为铜焊盘,其他实施例中,所述焊盘也可以其他导电材料。
在该实施例中,所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14贴片设置于所述主板12上时,通过钢网在所述主板12的焊盘上刷锡膏,然后利用SMT设备将所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14的引脚140与所述焊盘相对应贴合在一起,以使所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14与所述主板12的电路连接导通。
请参照图1和图2,本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡的实现系统包括移动终端10、与所述移动终端10连接的读卡装置20和外置SIM卡。
所述移动终端10包括主板12以及通过贴片集成方式电性连接于所述主板12上的虚拟SIM卡芯片14。
所述读卡装置20与所述移动终端10信号连接。
所述外置SIM卡(未图示)用于插设于所述读卡装置20内并存储有SIM卡数据信息,所述移动终端10识别所述外置SIM卡中的SIM卡数据信息并将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中。
本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡的实现系统中的移动终端10通过将所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14通过贴片集成的方式电性连接于所述主板12上,从而无需使用卡托或者卡座即可实现SIM卡的功能,保证了所述移动终端10整机的整体性,并且不会存在因为需要开设卡托孔而造成防水问题,避免了因为卡座或者卡座中弹片接触不良而无法识别SIM卡的问题,通过大大减少了移动终端10的布板面积,提升了移动终端10的生产效率和品质;并且利用所述读卡装置20与所述移动终端10信号连接以将插设于所述读卡装置20中的外置SIM卡中的SIM卡数据信息复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中,从而使得该虚拟SIM卡芯片14具有SIM卡的功能,从而建立用户的移动终端10与外置SIM卡中数据信息一一对应关系,这样,用户的移动终端10就可以根据话费情况进行通话或者待机。
在该实施例中,所述SIM卡数据信息包括运营商数据ICCID、国际移动用户识别码(International Mobile
Subscriber Identification Number ,简称IMSI)、密匙KI(Key
identifier)、短消息中心(SMSP)、号卡名称及卡所对应的电话号码和短信息。
在将所述SIM卡数据信息复制至所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中时,上述SIM卡数据信息都将复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中。
请参照图1和图2,进一步地,所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14设有多个用于数据传输的引脚140,所述主板12设有与各所述引脚140相对应且相连接的焊盘。通过将所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14的引脚140电性连接于所述主板12的焊盘上,以实现所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14与所述主板12的电性连接。在一实施方式中,所述焊盘为所述主板12在电路设计是预留的与所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14的引脚140相对应的裸露的所述焊盘,更优地,所述焊盘为铜焊盘,其他实施例中,所述焊盘也可以其他导电材料。
在该实施例中,所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14贴片设置于所述主板12上时,通过钢网在所述主板12的焊盘上刷锡膏,然后利用SMT设备将所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14的引脚140与所述焊盘相对应贴合在一起,以使所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14与所述主板12的电路连接导通。
请参照图1和图2,进一步地,所述SIM卡的实现系统还包括信号连接于所述读卡装置20与所述移动终端10之间的数据线30。在将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中时,利用所述数据线30连接所述读卡装置20和所述移动终端10,避免了受网络限制的影响,并且可以保证所述SIM卡数据信息不被泄露,使得数据连接方式更为保密和安全,而且操作简单。
在其他实施例中,所述读卡装置20与所述移动终端10之间可以采用无线传输方式将所述外置SIM卡中的SIM卡数据信息复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中,所述无线传输方式可以是蓝牙、wifi或者zigbee等,不限于此。
请参照图1和图2,进一步地,所述移动终端10设有USB接口(未图示),所述数据线30设有与所述USB接口相互插接以实现所述读卡装置20与所述移动终端10信号连接的USB插头32。通过所述USB插头32与所述USB接口相互连接,以使所述读卡装置20与所述移动终端10信号连接,从而将所述外置SIM卡中的SIM卡数据信息复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中。
采用所述数据线30进行SIM卡数据信息的复制时,向将所述外置SIM卡插在所述读卡器上,通过所述数据线30的所述USB插头32与所述移动终端10的USB接口相连接,连接好后,所述移动终端10自动识别来自所述USB和所述读卡装置20内的信号,并运行驱动程序SimMaster,按照程序引导逐步完成相应操作。
在操作完成后,重启所述移动终端10,所述移动中的用户界面出现“中国移动”、“中国联通”等字样,在一些实施方式中,所述字样还可以是“中国电信”等,不限于此,也可以是中国以外的其他任意地区的运营商。打开电话本就可以看到所述外置SIM卡中所有的SIM卡数据信息,这样,所述虚拟SIM卡就成为一个辅助快,继承了外置SIM卡中的所有信息。
本发明实施例提供一种虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,包括:
移动终端控制读卡装置获取外置SIM卡内的SIM卡数据信息,并将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述移动终端的虚拟SIM卡芯片中;
从所述虚拟SIM卡芯片中读取所复制的SIM卡数据信息并进行初始化。

请参照图1至图3,本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法包括以下步骤:
移动终端10控制读卡装置20获取外置SIM卡内的SIM卡数据信息,并将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述移动终端10的虚拟SIM卡芯片14中。
从所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中读取所复制的SIM卡数据信息并进行初始化。
本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法利用所述移动终端10控制所述读卡器获取所述外置SIM卡内的SIM卡数据信息,并将读取到的SIM卡数据信息复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中,并且例如在重启所述移动终端10后,所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14读取所复制的SIM卡数据信息并进行初始化,从而使得所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14继承了所述外置SIM卡的所有SIM卡数据信息,例如卡号码特性等。
在该实施例中,通过在所述读卡装置20与所述移动终端10之间电性连接所述数据线30。在将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中时,利用所述数据线30连接所述读卡装置20和所述移动终端10,避免了受网络限制的影响,并且可以保证所述SIM卡数据信息不被泄露,使得数据连接方式更为保密和安全,而且操作简单。
请参照图1和图2,进一步地,在将所述外置SIM卡内的SIM卡数据信息复制到所述移动终端10的虚拟SIM卡芯片14中的步骤中,还包括步骤:
检测所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中的各数据存储模块中是否存在闲置的数据存储模块。
若存在闲置的数据存储模块,则将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述闲置的数据存储模块中。
在该实施例中,所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14被划分为多个数据存储模块,例如数据存储模块1、数据存储模块2、……数据存储模块N(N为大于0的自然数),如图4所示,通过检测所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中各所述数据存储模块是否为闲置状态,若存在闲置的数据存储模块,则在复制过程中将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述闲置的数据存储模块中,以实现一个虚拟SIM卡芯片14中存放多个运营商的SIM卡数据信息,此处多个运营商可以是指同一运营商的不同SIM卡数据信息或者不同运营商的不同SIM卡数据信息,即可以实现所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14具有单卡多待功能。
可以理解地,当所述外置SIM卡插入所述读卡装置20中时,所述移动终端10控制所述读卡器识别所述外置SIM卡中的所述SIM卡数据信息,并检测所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中各数据存储模块是否有闲置的数据存储模,如果存在闲置的所述数据存储模块,则将所述SIM卡数据信息复制至该闲置的数据存储模块中。
进一步地,所述检测所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中的各数据存储模块中是否存在闲置的数据存储模块,还包括:
若不存在所述闲置的数据存储模块,则输出各所述数据存储模块中存储的数据信息的描述信息及提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户选择用于存储所述SIM卡数据信息的数据存储模块。

本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡的实现装置利用所述信息识别模块40控制所述读卡器获取所述外置SIM卡内的SIM卡数据信息,并利用所述信息复制模块60将读取到的SIM卡数据信息复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中,并且通过所述初始化模块50在重启所述移动终端10后,从所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中读取所复制的SIM卡数据信息并进行初始化,从而使得所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14继承了所述外置SIM卡的所有SIM卡数据信息,例如卡号码特性等。
在该实施例中,通过在所述读卡装置20与所述移动终端10之间电性连接所述数据线30。在将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中时,利用所述数据线30连接所述读卡装置20和所述移动终端10,避免了受网络限制的影响,并且可以保证所述SIM卡数据信息不被泄露,使得数据连接方式更为保密和安全,而且操作简单。
请参照图2和图3,进一步地,所述信息复制模块60包括检测模块62和第一复制模块64。
所述检测模块62,用于检测所述虚拟SIM卡芯片14中的各数据存储模块中是否存在闲置的数据存储模块。
所述第一复制模块64,用于若所述检测模块62检测存在闲置的数据存储模块,则将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述闲置的数据存储模块中。

所述提示模块66,用于若所述检测模块62检测到不存在所述闲置的数据存储模块,则输出各所述数据存储模块中存储的数据信息的描述信息及提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户选择用于存储所述SIM卡数据信息的数据存储模块。
所述第二复制模块68,用于根据所述用户的选择操作,清空所述选择操作指向的目标数据存储模块中存储的SIM卡数据信息,将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述目标数据存储模块中。
用户利用所述提示模块66可以根据所述提示信息选择存放所述SIM卡数据信息的数据存储模块,并根据需要情况所选择的数据存储模块,利用所述第二复制模块68将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到该数据存储模块中,从而实现同一数据存储模块的重复使用,提高了所述虚拟SIM卡的使用次数。

- 如权利要求14所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其中,所述检测所述虚拟SIM卡芯片中的各数据存储模块中是否存在闲置的数据存储模块,还包括:若不存在所述闲置的数据存储模块,则输出各所述数据存储模块中存储的数据信息的描述信息及提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户选择用于存储所述SIM卡数据信息的数据存储模块;根据所述用户的选择操作,清空所述选择操作指向的目标数据存储模块中存储的SIM卡数据信息,将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述目标数据存储模块中。
- 一种虚拟SIM卡的实现装置,其中,包括:信息识别模块,用于控制读卡装置获取外置SIM卡内的SIM卡数据信息;信息复制模块,用于将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述移动终端的虚拟SIM卡芯片中;初始化模块,用于重启所述移动终端,从所述虚拟SIM卡芯片中读取所复制的SIM卡数据信息并进行初始化。
- 如权利要求17所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现装置,其中,所述初始化模块,用于:自动识别从所述虚拟SIM卡芯片中读取所复制的SIM卡数据信息,并运行驱动程序,生成引导指令。
- 如权利要求17所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现装置,其中,所述信息复制模块,包括:检测模块,用于检测所述虚拟SIM卡芯片中的各数据存储模块中是否存在闲置的数据存储模块;第一复制模块,用于若所述检测模块检测存在闲置的数据存储模块,则将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述闲置的数据存储模块中。
- 如权利要求19所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现装置,其中,所述信息复制模块,还包括:提示模块,用于若所述检测模块检测到不存在所述闲置的数据存储模块,则输出各所述数据存储模块中存储的数据信息的描述信息及提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户选择用于存储所述SIM卡数据信息的数据存储模块;第二复制模块,用于根据所述用户的选择操作,清空所述选择操作指向的目标数据存储模块中存储的SIM卡数据信息,将所述SIM卡数据信息复制到所述目标数据存储模块中。
