使用小基站的无线通信系统和 WLAN系统如果通过各自的维护链路进 行软件升级等操作, 在远程操作维护链路中断时, 维护人员只能到基站端 进行手动升级软件或设置参数。 本发明实施例给出了一种无线通信系统小 基站和 WLAN无线接入点 AP集成的组网方法, 如图 1所示, 为小基站和 WLAN无线接入点集成的系统结构。 Micro、 Pico, Femto等小基站和 AP 可以通过交换机相连接, 小基站再经由该交换机连接到路由器等 IP网络设 备, AP经由该交换机连接到接入控制器 AC等 WLAN网络设备, 小基站 和 AP的近端维护 IP地址默认配置在同一网段, 可以通过上述交换机进行 通信。 上述小基站、 AP以及交换机可以构成一种新型基站, 上述交换机可 以是一个普通交换机, 也可以是由一个交换芯片加上必要的接口组成的交

需要说明的是, 在组网方式上, 小基站和 AP通过交换机实现了互通, 在通过交换机接入到各自网络时, 小基站和 AP 可以共用交换机的一个端 口, 也可以使用不同的端口, 无线通信系统和 WLAN系统的其它网元, 如 基站控制器、核心网设备,以及接入控制器 AC等可以保持原有的组网结构。 图 1仅示意性地表示了基本的组网结构, 实际组网时可以更复杂包含更多 的网元, 组网结构也不限于图 1 的结构。 本发明所有实施例中所说的无线 通信系统, 包括但不限于 CDMA、 WCDMA、 UMTS , WiMAX、 LTE、 TD-SCDMA等系统。

所述 AP可以通过交换机与所述小基站相连接,并与所述小基站近端维 护 IP地址配置在同一网段。
通过应用本发明实施例提供的小基站或无线接入点 AP, 可以实现小基 站为 AP升级软件或 AP为小基站升级软件, 避免无线通信系统或 WLAN 系统单系统远程维护链路中断时无法及时升级, 用户业务中断的问题, 提 高了用户体验, 降低了运维成本。 需要说明的是, 本发明实施例仅仅是以无线通信系统融合 WLAN系统 为例来说明本发明的技术方案, 本发明实施例中的方案可以应用于 UMTS、 LTE、 TD-SCDMA等可以与 WLAN系统融合的移动通信系统, 本发明实施 例中的小基站包括但不限于 Micro、 Femto、 Pico等类型小基站。

Claims
1、 一种设备软件升级的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 第一设备从所述第一设备所属系统的远程维护平台下载第二设备的升 级软件;
所述第一设备将所述升级软件发送到所述第二设备, 以使得所述第二 设备安装所述升级软件并完成升级; 其中, 所述第一设备为无线通信系统 的小基站且第二设备为无线局域网 WLAN系统的无线接入点 AP, 或者所述 第一设备为 WLAN系统的无线接入点 AP且第二设备为无线通信系统的小 基站。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一设备将所述升级 软件发送到所述第二设备为:
所述第一设备作为 FTP客户端, 所述第二设备作为 FTP服务器, 所述 第一设备将所述升级软件上传到所述第二设备。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一设备将所述升级 软件发送到所述第二设备之前, 还包括步骤:
所述第一设备与所述第二设备的近端维护 IP地址配置在同一网段。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括 步骤:
所述第一设备从所述第一设备所属系统的远程维护平台下载所述升级 软件下载失败时, 向所述远程维护平台反馈升级软件下载失败消息。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括步骤: 所述第一设备向所述第二设备查询软件升级结果并反馈给所述远程维 护平台。
6、 一种新型基站, 其特征在于, 所述新型基站包括无线通信系统的小 基站、 无线局域网 WLAN系统的无线接入点 AP和交换机, 其中: 所述小基站:用于从所述无线通信系统的远程维护平台下载所述 AP的 升级软件并将所述 AP的升级软件发送到所述 AP;
所述 AP: 用于从所述 WLAN 系统远程维护平台下载所述小基站的升 级软件并将所述小基站的升级软件发送到所述小基站;
所述交换机: 用于连接所述小基站和所述 AP, 使所述小基站和所述 AP能够相互通信, 并将所述小基站连接到 IP网络, 将所述 AP连接到所述 WLAN系统。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的新型基站, 其特征在于, 所述小基站和所述 AP的近端维护 IP地址配置在同一网段。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7任一所述的新型基站, 其特征在于, 所述小基站 还用于查询所述 AP软件升级是否成功,并将查询结果反馈给所述无线通信 系统远程维护平台, 所述 AP还用于查询所述小基站升级是否成功, 并将查 询结果反馈给所述 WLAN系统远程维护平台。
9、 一种无线通信系统的小基站, 其特征在于, 所述小基站包括: 接收器: 用于从所述小基站所属无线通信系统远程维护平台下载无线 局域网 WLAN无线接入点 AP的升级软件; 和
发送器: 用于将所述 AP的升级软件发送到所述 AP。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的小基站, 其特征在于, 所述小基站还包括处 理器: 用于查询所述 AP软件升级结果; 所述发送器还用于将所述 AP软件 升级结果发送给所述远程维护平台。
11、 如权利要求 9或 10任一所述的小基站, 其特征在于, 所述小基站 通过交换机与所述 AP相连接, 并与所述 AP近端维护 IP地址配置在同一 网段。
12、 一种无线局域网 WLAN 系统的无线接入点 AP, 其特征在于, 所 述 AP包括: 接收器: 用于从所述 WLAN系统远程维护平台下载无线通信系统小基 站的升级软件; 和
发送器: 用于将所述小基站的升级软件发送到所述小基站。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的 AP, 其特征在于, 所述 AP还包括处理器: 用于查询所述小基站软件升级结果; 所述发送器还用于将所述小基站软件 升级结果发送给所述远程维护平台。
14、 如权利要求 12或 13所述的 AP, 其特征在于, 所述 AP通过交换 机与所述小基站相连接,并与所述小基站近端维护 IP地址配置在同一网段。
