Abstract

La présente invention concerne la fabrication de structures métalliques constituées de profilés métalliques cintrés. Le tuyau comprend des parois gauche (1) et droite (2) dont la partie supérieure est repliée de manière à former une lèvre supérieure (3) et la partie inférieure est repliée de manière à former une lèvre inférieure (4). Les parois possèdent deux parties repliées raccordées entre elles (6) et (7) et possédant une hauteur égale, qui forment une saillie (5) dirigée vers l'intérieur du tuyau. La partie repliée (6) sur les parois est formée par un côté de la feuille ou de la bande d'acier et est orientée parallèlement vers le haut. La partie repliée (7) est formée par le côté de la feuille ou de la bande venant de la lèvre inférieure (4) et est orientée parallèlement vers le haut. A l'intérieur des parties repliées, on a formé un canal longitudinal (8) orienté vers le haut, et un canal longitudinal (9) orienté vers le bas. Les côtés repliés sont regroupés en canaux longitudinaux et forment un assemblage à joint saillant de type "pli couché".
