They are arranged so as to overlap.
The halves 52a and 52b of the activation block are rotatably fixed by a drawing bolt 57 and a nut element 58 to form an activation block 59. The pull-out bolt 57 can be rotated by a T-bar 60 fixed to the pull-out bolt 57. By rotating the T-bar 60, the fixing operation and the unlocking operation of the pair of arm portions 56a and 56b can be performed. It can be carried out.
Inside the starting block 59, toggle lever plates 61a and 61b capable of pressing the pair of push rods 55a and 55b are housed, and the pair of arm portions 56a and 56b are fixed by the fixing operation of the T bar 60. And the toggle lever plates 61a and 61b press the push rods 55a and 55b, respectively. Further, the fixing of the T bar 60 releases the rotation of the arms 56a and 56b, and the pressing of the push rods 55a and 55b by the toggle lever plates 61a and 61b is released.
The universal joint portions 54a and 54b include fastening jaws 62a and 62b that can be pressed by the push rods 55a and 55b, spherical fastening members 63a and 63b that can be pressed by the fastening jaws 62a and 62b, and the spherical fastening member, respectively. A ball sleeve 65a having cup portions 64a and 64b that can clamp the spherical fastening members 63a and 63b together with the fastening jaws 62a and 62b and fix the operation of the spherical fastening members 63a and 63b when the 63a and 63b are pressed. , 65b.
That is, when the fastening jaws 62a and 62b are pressed by the push rods 55a and 55b, the movement of the spherical fastening members 63a and 63b is fixed, so that the movement of the universal joints 54a and 54b is fixed. Is done.
Therefore, by performing the fixing operation using the T bar 60, the rotation of the pair of arm portions 56a and 56b is fixed, and the toggle lever plates 61a and 61b press the push rods 55a and 55b, respectively. Then, the operation of the universal joint portions 54a and 54b is fixed.
Further, by performing the fixing release operation using the T bar 60, the arm portions 56a and 56b can be rotated and the universal joint portions 54a and 54b are released from being fixed.
Therefore, the joint support structure 50 can simultaneously fix the rotation of the arm portions 56a and 56b and the universal joint portions 54a and 54b by the fixing operation by the T lever 60. Further, the fixing release operation by the T-lever 60 can simultaneously release the rotation of the arms 56a and 56b and release the fixing of the universal joints 54a and 54b.
When the joint support structure 50 is used for a surgical operation, one of the universal joints 54a is attached to a fixed part (not shown) such as a rail around the operating table, and the joint support structure 50 is attached to the fixed part. Fix it.
The other universal joint portion 54b of the joint support structure 50 is provided with a surgical instrument fixing member 66 for attaching a surgical instrument, and the surgical instrument fixing member 66 is a surgical instrument such as a retractor. (Not shown) is fixed and used.
The joint support structure 50 fixed around the operating table can freely move the universal joints 54a and 54b in a state where the rotation of the arms 56a and 56b by the T bar 60 is released, By rotating the pair of arm portions 56a and 56b, the surgical instrument can be disposed at a desired position, and then the surgical instrument is fixed by performing a fixing operation with the T lever 60. It can be fixed to the position to do.
The rotation of the pair of arm portions 56a and 56b of the joint support structure 50 is restricted by the frictional force acting on the contact surface portions 68a and 68b with which the housings 67a and 67b of the activation block half portions 52a and 52b abut. Usually, the fixing of the rotation of the arm portions 56a and 56b is not released without the fixing releasing operation of the T-bar 60 being performed.
However, during surgery, a doctor's body comes into contact with a part of the joint support structure 50 or a surgical instrument fixed to the joint support structure 50, and a force is applied to release the fixation of the arms 52a and 52b. In such a case, there is a problem that the operation is interrupted because the fixation of the arm portions 52a and 52b is released without performing the fixation release operation by the T bar 60.
Further, the rotation of the arm portions 52a and 52b is regulated by the frictional force acting on the contact surface portions 68a and 68b with which the housings 67a and 67b abut. Therefore, the length dimension of the arm portions 52a and 52b is set. To increase the size, it is necessary to increase the frictional force that restricts the rotation of the arm portions 52a and 52b, and it is necessary to increase the area of the contact surface portions 68a and 68b.

The rods 21a and 21b are separated from each other by contacting the portions 19a and 19b, respectively.
The rods 21a and 21b separated from each other press the cup portions 29a and 29b of the universal joint portions 14a and 14b, respectively, and the pressed cup portions 29a and 29b turn the spherical portions 31a and 31b into the cover portion 33a, By pressing against the contact surface portions 35a and 35b of 33b, the operation of the spherical portions 31a and 31b is fixed, and the universal joint portions 14a and 14b are fixed.
Therefore, the fixing device 10 performs the fixing operation of rotating the operation portion 17 in the tightening direction, whereby the rotation of the pair of tubular arm portions 15a and 15b is fixed and the universal joint portions 14a and 14b. Is fixed.
In this case, the convex portions 26a and 26b provided on the contact surface portions 24a and 24b of the short cylindrical base portions 12a and 12b are engaged with each other, and the rotation of the tubular arm portions 15a and 15b is firmly restricted. is doing.
Hereinafter, the operation of the fixing device 10 according to the present embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIG. 2, the fixing device 10 can be engaged with the contact surface portions 24a and 24b of the short cylindrical base portions 12a and 12b, respectively, to restrict the rotation of the tubular arm portions 15a and 15b. Since the convex portions 25a and 25b having a triangular cross section are formed, when the fixing operation is performed by the operation portion 17, the convex portions 26a and 26b are spaced from each other in the contact surface portions 24a and 24b. By engaging with each other, the fixing portion 16 is firmly fixed.
Therefore, when the fixing operation by the operation unit 17 is performed, the fixing unit 16 is firmly fixed. Therefore, the rotation of the pair of tubular arm portions 15a and 15b and the universal joint portions 14a and 14b are performed. The state where the operation is fixed is firmly maintained.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the rotation of the arm portions 56a and 56b is regulated by the friction acting on the smooth contact surface portions 68a and 68b of the half portions 52a and 52b of the activation block. Unlike the joint support structure 50, as shown in FIG. 2, the convex portions 26a and 26b can be engaged with each other and the fixed portion 16 can be reliably maintained. Can be miniaturized.
The convex portions 26a and 26b respectively formed on the contact surface portions 24a and 24b of the short cylindrical base portions 12a and 12b of the fixing device 10 are radially continuous over the entire area of the contact surface portions 24a and 24b. Therefore, the angle formed by the pair of tubular arm portions 15a and 15b can be adjusted in multiple stages over the entire area.
Further, since the convex portions 26a and 26b are formed at intervals of 5 degrees, the angle formed by the pair of tubular arm portions 15a and 15b can be adjusted at intervals of 5 degrees.
Therefore, the fixing device 10 can adjust the angle formed by the pair of tubular arm portions 15a and 15b substantially continuously over the entire region.
When the fixing device 10 is used in a surgical operation, the fixing member 27 attached to the universal joint portion 14a is fixed to a rail member (not shown) around the operating table and attached to the universal joint portion 14b. A surgical instrument (not shown) such as a retractor is fixed to the instrument fixing member 28 thus used.
In this case, the universal joint portions 14a and 14b can be moved freely, and the angle formed by the pair of tubular arm portions 15a and 15b can be adjusted steplessly over the entire region. The instrument can be placed at a desired location.
Further, by performing the fixing operation by the operation unit 17, the state in which the rotation of the pair of tubular arm portions 15a and 15b and the operation of the universal joint portions 14a and 14b are fixed is firmly maintained. The surgical instrument can be operated with the surgical instrument firmly fixed at a desired position, and the doctor's body is fixed to a part of the fixing device 10 or the fixing device 10 during the operation. There is no possibility that the fixed rotation of the pair of tubular arm portions 15a and 15b is released even when the pair of tubular arm portions 15a and 15b come into contact.
In the present embodiment, the case where the fixing device 10 is used for fixing a surgical instrument has been described. However, the fixing device 10 is not limited to a surgical instrument, and various devices such as a camera and a dial gauge. It is also possible to use for fixing.
